i guess acting like customers in a store was just unacceptable to her ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i don't know if we would've gotten anything from there but her basically telling us we're not welcome definitely killed any chance of that happening.
saw some other reviews mention that the chocolates are good, but even if that's the case, i honestly wouldn't even feel good giving any money to the company if it means i have to get yelled at first
Les choix sont très variés, les chocolats sont de qualité, les tarifs sont raisonnables vu la qualité.
On regrette juste le manque de chaleur et de gentillesse du personnel. Très sec. C'est dommage.
Sinon, on recommande.

Oh boy, where do I even begin with this chocolate shop? Let me tell you, it was quite the experience. Prepare yourself for a rollercoaster of delights and frustrations.
Let's start with the positives, shall we? The chocolate. Oh, the chocolate! It was absolutely divine. I mean, seriously, I could practically hear the angels singing as I took my first bite. The flavors were rich, the textures were smooth, and the overall quality was top-notch. Kudos to the chocolatiers for creating such delectable treats.
Now, onto the not-so-great part: the customer service. Brace yourself, because this is where things get interesting. The women working there were clearly on a mission to make customers feel like they were participating in a speed-eating competition. I mean, who needs time to make decisions, right? They were so kind as to rush me along, making me feel like I was holding up the line (even though we were the only ones there). How thoughtful of them.
But wait, there's more! The cherry on top of this delightful customer service sundae was the sheer rudeness. Oh, how I adore being treated with disrespect. It's like a breath of fresh air, really. The woman who assisted me had mastered the art of making customers feel like an inconvenience. I must say, her talent for being curt and dismissive truly impressed me.
So, in summary, the chocolate was absolutely amazing. I would go back just for that. However, if you're looking for a side of warm and friendly customer service, well, you might want to look elsewhere. This place is perfect if you enjoy feeling rushed and unimportant. But hey, who needs good manners when you have great chocolate, right?
Maybe the saleswoman was having a bad day but it wasn't our fault.
Not recomendable to go late in the evening.
Also, we didn't expect we need to have cash to pay for chocolates.. (suggestion that always have at least 5 euros in cash)

Quelle horreur. De quel droit se permet-elle de juger mon niveau en Flamand ou autre langue ?
Il doit y avoir beaucoup d'autres chocolatiers à Bruges où l'accueil y est bien meilleur.
