Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’isolation sonore intérieure et extérieure est à revoir on attend du calme et très peu de bruit dans une chambre de ce standing.
Les points forts :
- le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté avec coupe(s) de Cava
- Les matériaux sont nobles marbre etc..
- la chambre atypique et moderne et luxueuse.
- le personnel certains parlent le français

les moins :
- l’isolation sonore intérieure et extérieure
- le bruit

Il faut penser à changer les huisseries car beaucoup de bruit lorsque votre chambre donne sur le devant de l’hôtel avec la petite terrasse.

My family of 4 spent 2 nights in the family suite. The location of the hotel is great -- near the center square but on a quiet street away from the tourist crowds. The room and hotel were beautifully decorated. The family room had a huge wall of windows and a nice view of the neighboring church. A few quibbles: the sofa bed in the family room was very uncomfortable with very hard springs in the mattress, so our kids didn't sleep well. And the helpful staff gave us lots of recommendations for things like waffles, frites, etc. but almost all of the establishments were closed when we went to them. Overall though, I'd recommend the hotel.

love the location! it’s on a quiet street but still only a 4 minute walk to the belfry tower where also other attractions and restos are.

service was great, i booked straight from their website and their online checkin & checkout were easy to do. no hassle and quick handover of hotel room cards.

breakfast was also lovely. we stayed for 2 nights and always got the breakfast option. lots of choices to choose from and the breakfast service was also great & well appreciated ????

thanks for making our staying memorable during our first time in Bruges ❤️

Echt een aanrader! We hebben hier 2 dagen geslapen en het is echt een super hotel! Mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en het hotel ligt midden in het centrum

Very close to city’s center and important things to see.
We had a great stay and the reception people were very gentle to us, we would definitely come back.
The only problem was that the toilet was a little bit loose and it felt like we could break it anytime.
Also, it’s 2024 and you can’t cast whatever you want to the TV, that is something worth improving. We wanted to see our favorite series before going to bed and it was impossible because we couldn’t cast it.

Wat een fijn hotel! Vriendelijke ontvangst, je wordt naar de kamer begeleid. Klein missertje in de reservering wordt netjes opgelost, mooie grote kamer, goed bed. Badkamer beetje klein wel erg schoon en netjes. Heerlijk bad !
En het klapstuk het ontbijt. Alles aanwezig in een fijne ambiance, dit verdient meer dan 5 sterren.
Hotel ligt in het centrum, 100 meter van openbare parking (Zilverpand) wat zeker niet te duur is per etmaal (€15,80).
Brugge is erg mooi, niet voor niets op de wereld erfgoed lijst. Prachtig!
Komen zeker terug en ook in hetzelfde hotel, geen enkele rede om verder te zoeken.

Heel vriendelijk en enthousiast onthaald geweest.Wat een gezellig en heel net hotel.Ruime kamer , zalige matras en voldoende kussens.Ontbijt niks op aan te merken .Het hotel ligt in een zijstraat vlak bij de winkelstraat .Alles dichtbij.En toch heel rustig gelegen.
We komen zeker terug .Een aanrader!

Absolutely beautiful ❤️. The hotel staff made every moment of our stay just perfect. They gave us loads of local knowledge of where to visit and what is going on. A beautiful warm living room bar with a fire was the perfect place to warm up. Our room.was so comfy and clean and warm with a nice view of the Belfry. We would stay here again if we come back to Bruges.
