The luggage attendants, reception, room service and restaurant personnel are very qualified and so helpful and friendly amazing! The stay was amazing! Looking forward to staying there after the renovations!!!!

I can say this is the only hotel I go for when I'm downtown Montreal. The team, service, location, and overall atmosphere is right up my alley.

Absolutely amazing stay ! We came for the eclipse, and the location was perfect for seeing the city. Everyone working was attentive to our needs.
Comfy beds, roomy bathroom (with shower and tub), and room to move.

Wonderful hotel. Walking distance to McGill and many, many restaurants and shops. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

Stayed only one night but it’s very central to all the hips restaurants (10 min walk). Friendly concierge and had a really nice sleep here! Dropped in for a 6:30a breakfast before taking the train to Quebec & it was tasty!!!

Vous avez un bel hôtel. Malheureusement j'ai trouvé que les chambres étaient trop très petites du moins celle que j'avais. le fait d'être obligé de prendre un valet pour stationner, je n'aime pas. des frais de 45 $ de stationnement c'est rediculement élevé. Le restaurant semble très bon mais les prix sont extrêmement élevé aussi
Je finis sur une note positive. Il est possible de caster nos applications telles que Disney, plus youtube ou Netflix directement sur le téléviseur, ce qui est très génial

It was great. Everyone went above and beyond to create a fantastic experience!

Wine glasses in the room would be great. A mini fridge instead of the weighted vending machine, would be appreciated.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed but the decor of the rooms and especially the lobby made the hotel feel like late 90s/early 2000s

We stayed overnight on the 12 floor and enjoyed the amenities the hotel provided. The staff was extremely courteous. The only down side was the price of parking, which is listed at $45.00 but when it was time to check and pay the gave a parking bill for almost 75$, 18$ of the fee was for “Urban Experience Fee” which was very surprising. Just mentioning so client’s are aware.

Fantastic hotel well located near many great restaurants, shopping and sites. The historic McGill campus and the steps up Mont Royal are very close. Great service and amenities. Parking is Valet only with street parking being very competitive.

Parfait sur toute la ligne, digne des meilleurs Sofitel. Et probablement le meilleur accueil que j'ai pu recevoir, les professionnels Québecois sont les meilleurs du monde pour cela !
