NICE BUT BLAND. NO FLAVOR
The people here are really nice, and the service is excellent, the food is really clean and fresh, but both times I've ordered the kebab it just didn't have any flavor. Really really bland. A lot of the other places that I've had ground kabob it has had tones of garlic, sumac, salt, and other spices. Here I sense none of that. I'll try some different dishes here anyway, since they were really cool, and maybe the doner type kabab is just not their forte.

We ate here for dinner and the food was very good. The restaurant is small and cozy, and the seating was comfortable. We had the falafel plate and the Alexander's favorite house special. Both plates were filling and we left happy. They have complementary tea and water.

I love this place for the mezze platter, minus the tzadziki as I only eat vegan. They added olives for me as a replacement. I particularly love their hummus and the red beet salad. They are very kind to their customers. Its a beautiful plate! (Comes with pita bread too)

Absolutely the best tasting healthy food I've ever had. There's a reason that perhaps well off and working class alike frequent this meeting grounds as a staple of their diet, myself included. If you want food that will make you feel good, but is also very tasty--this is your spot. Phenomenal service, too. Very friendly.

Omg I am so happy to found this spot. We tried so many turkish spots in Bay area and always looking for real doner. But every single time it was terrible experience. (Who knows know the taste of real doner) and finally I tried the combo of lamb and chicken doner in Rojbas and this is real the same taste what I literally tried in Turkey. Chicken was so delicious and flavorful, lamb was perfectly cooked and juicy. Little, cozy place in downtown Berkeley. The guys are so friendly and they give free turkish tea as compliment. We ordered the doner plate combo which comes with homemade humus, tzaziki, salad, rice and warm pita. Everything was perfect. Definitely we will back again. Thanks for this great foods????

Recently eaten at Ronna’s Grill! I got the Alexander Plate, and we also sampled some of the Kunefe. The alexander plate was decent, though the sauce seemed like a typical marinara sauce rather than the tomato paste based sauce i’m used to. The Kunefe was ???? with just the right ratio of cheese to syrup that made it addicting as hell. The service was warm and friendly! Food 6/10 Service 8/10

Hands down best Kurdish/Mediterranean food I've ever personally had, I would recommend some spanikopita to start, followed by salmon kebab with sweet baklava to top it all off.. Above all though, the service here is next level. Will be returning anytime I'm in the Bay - her biji my friends ????❤️????

Terribly disappointed, absolutely bland. Such a shame... The service was great. All though it's called a Gyro it's definitely a wrap. The meat was flavorless so we're all the fillings.

On my first time here...when I walked in I was the only customer....there was this nice man standing there as if he was an Angel????...and I say this because he showered me with his loving kindness...the food was absolutely delicious ????????????????????????...and the prices are very reasonable????????????????!..great atmosphere &great location

The Alexander Kabob is amazing. The tomato sauce is perfect for sauce lovers, They could add more rice to the dish, but overall, it is very filling. Would recommend if you're looking for something new
