Hidden(?) gem. Unpretentious Thai restaurant with excellent food. Recommend the Tofu Basil. Friendly, attentive service. Unpretentious, reasonable prices.

I gave this place a couple tries and it’s just not good. Every bite of every dish was a big miss.

The curries lack depth and flavor. Everyone knows that O.O moment when your first bite of a rich, spicy Thai curry hits. Unfortunately we met lackluster, watery curry comparable to a powder mix from the grocery. Similarly, you vow to never do THAT again.

The other orders were no saving grace. The kra pow was the oddest rendition and shrimp cakes tasted rubbery and bland with an uninspiring sauce to drown the disappointment.

Lastly, the fried rice was the final nail in the coffin. My home wok + scorching heat never fails to deliver, so I expect far better wok hei from an industrial kitchen’s flame. Was it prepared on a nonstick?

I’m sure this restaurant would do fine elsewhere, but this is SF and the bar is sky high. I just can’t help but wish for a big turnaround. Please fill the air on my daily walk by with irresistible sweet nothings. Tempt me for I am weak for authentic curry.

Ordered fried rice with tofu and chicken satay through Uber eats and the rice was such a disappointment. Bland, tasteless & nothing like the delicious Thai fried rice one finds at a Thai restaurant. The satay was just ok. $54 dollars for 2 items including delivery charge & tip.

Very good food and big portions to share or to-go.
Very nice staff, and good atmosphere.
The only downside for the asparagus plate with shrimp and scallops was that it only had 2 scallops. But it was very tasty.

Really liked the veggie egg rolls.

I came in to order Roti to-go and they then told us about the $15 card minimum. I didn’t have cash so I said nevermind. I only wanted to spend what I came in to spend. She chased us outside to complain because she already put in the order to the kitchen as soon as I asked to order roti, but before she told me about the minimum! Why run out to harass me?

Very solid neighborhood spot. Very nice staff. Good prices. Atmosphere is not 5 star but still nice. You can get a good meal starting at $14 - which is a steal in SF these days. This place has cranked out consistently good food for 20+ years.

This is my go to place when I want some yummy Thai food. I have never been disappointed. They are also really great when ordering for an office lunch. They get everyone's special request just right.

10/10 restaurant!!

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and it is located at a nice street.

When it comes to the food, it was great. I've always loved Thai cuisine, but the one here had great attention to detail, was made with fresh ingredients and was absolutely espectacular.

It would be a pity not to eat here if given the chance.

We were parry of 4 in the area & I was hungry so we went. I'm vegan & figured that I would find something on the menu. We were the only party inside, quite & clean place.

All the curry dishes or any dish w curry are non vegan because the shrimp paste is premixed so that is unfortunate & unnecessary.

I ordered so dish w onions & soft tofu but it was very salty, it was just an ok dish but nothing special. I had to ask for more water two times. My friend ordered the snapper & said it was just ok.

Us being the only party at the restaurant, the service was not attentive.

This was a Door Dash order so I have no idea what the restaurant is like. The Pad Thai was the best I've had since I was in Thailand 20 years ago. If I lived locally I would definitely go here again. I can't stress enough how good this Pad Thai was.
