Great little hotel to explore Cassis - walkable to town, the Calanques, and the beaches. Loved our stay! And the rooms have AC in case you’re there during a heat wave like we were!

Très joli établissement de petite taille 7 chambres décorées avec bcp de charme à 2 pas de la plage, avec un parking. Nous avions la chambre 7 avec une terrasse ombragée par de jolis pins, un plus en période estivale. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, le service très sympathique, une adresse que nous partagerons et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Cet établissement est à côté de restaurants et à 5 min à pied du centre de Cassis et proche du départ pour les Calanques. Parfait.

Incredible hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed at. Our room oversaw the sea with a great private terrace. The hotel is right across the street from an accessible beach with swimming as well as a beach bar/restaurant. The hotel also has free parking which was a huge time and money saver. And it was only a short and easy 8-10min walk to the center of town (the perfect distance to avoid excess noise while remaining very close and accessible).

Finally - more than the hotel itself, I was incredibly impressed by the service. Special shout out to Charlyne for making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay in Cassis.

Would 100% stay at this hotel again for any future visits.

Très beau séjour dans ce petit hotel a deux pas de la plage. Nous avions pris 2 chambres pour 3 nuits et me personnel a été aux petit soins.

Absolutely adored our stay at Le Jardin d’Emile! A charming respite tucked right off the beach. Staff was so helpful and attentive, especially Jacques, who helped us book a taxi for our super early train out! This is a special place I will be thinking about for a long time (ps—definitely get the breakfast—it is great!!).

Site Fabuleux , petit hôtel de charme provençal , mais quel dommage! Le prix de notre chambre était très élevé sans vue mer, pas de possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de la chambre côté jardin , (pas de room service) et une savonnette usagée pour la toilette .
Un service minimum .. J’aimais y venir , depuis quelques années ..

Beautiful hotel. Quietly tucked behind another hotel, which at first I thought would be a negative but I enjoyed the privacy and the quiet. The view wins your heart immediately. The balcony of room 1 is so spacious it's essentially an extra room. We spent most of our time in the balcony, I set up my home office outside with the view of the Mediterranean while my partner rested inside. The hosts were very courteous. The breakfast, albeit a bit pricey, was also very nice. Loved the rustic vibe. The colors, the decorations were beautiful and really added so much to our trip. I have some small nitpicks: not having much privacy for the toilet, the dust in the balcony, etc but besides these miniscule gripes, our stay was perfect. Great location. Beautiful beach right outside with some cool cafes. Right on the way of your hike to Les Calanques so you save an extra maybe 5-10 mins versus if you stayed near the pier. Happy to recommend it to anyone, but the room we booked was mainly for couples.

This charming romantic hotel is perfectly located right by the sea. My room was clean and cozy, with a super comfy bed and a stunning balcony that was definitely the highlight. The bathroom didn’t have a full door, just a screen, but it wasn’t a big deal for me.

The hosts were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. We tried the breakfast one morning and really enjoyed it—everything was great, though eggs weren't included and had to be purchased separately. Honestly, if eggs were part of the breakfast, it would be a 10/10 breakfast experience.

I absolutely loved my stay here. If I visit Cassis again, I’d definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting—it's just a 5-minute walk from the town center and the beach view is unbeatable!

Très bon petit hôtel c'est comme à la maison en plus mon petit chien a bénéficié de gentille attention gamelles avec friandises couverture confortable juste pour elle
Le patron a résolu le petit problème de réception TV très rapidement.
Le lieu est très bien décoré avec goût et le jardin est plein de charme.
La plage est de l'autre côté de la route c'est super.

Our room had a shower with no curtain or door. Water sprayed everywhere, including into the sleeping area. It was impossible to contain as there also wasn’t a bathroom door. Truly bizarre setup. Why not just add a shower curtain? Or a door? Also, you better be comfortable showering in front of your roommate as you’re in full view when standing in the tub.

The hotel is decorated in a boho style but everything up close looks and feels cheap. Chairs on the verge of breaking. Unstable tables. It’s more hostel than hotel.

The highlight of our stay was the location. Great for walking to the calanques, there’s a beach across the street, and it’s a short walk into town.

Es war super. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Alles sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Gutes und leckeres Frühstück mit immer frischen Produkten. Der Parkplatz war top. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Falls wir noch einmal nach Cassis fahren werden, würden wir wieder dieses Hotel nehmen :)

Our stay at Jardin d'Emile was delightful. Very quaint and well-appointed boutique hotel. The staff was attentive and helpful. Our room had amazing sea views and was just across the street from one of the beaches. The town of Cassis is beautiful. Although the hotel is not in the main part of town it is a short 10 minute walk.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und Hafen entfernt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, und die jüngeren Mitarbeiter trugen durch ihre Freundlichkeit zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Leider hatten wir bei einer älteren Mitarbeiterin häufig den Eindruck, nicht besonders willkommen zu sein, was den Gesamteindruck trübte.||Die Zimmer machten auf den ersten Blick einen ordentlichen Eindruck, bei näherer Betrachtung schien jedoch eine gründlichere Reinigung angebracht. An mehreren Stellen der Klimaanlage und im Bad sah es zudem so aus, als ob sich dort schimmelähnliche Flecken gebildet haben könnten. In Verbindung mit einem deutlich feucht-muffigen Geruch führte dies zu einem starken Unbehagen im Zimmer.||Es ist schade, dass die Mängel den Gesamteindruck negativ beeinflusst haben, da das Hotel ansonsten viel Potential hat. Mit mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung und einem durchweg freundlichen Service könnte es eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft sein.

We stayed here past 2 nights. Really quaint and nice hotel. Comfortable and clean room with a lot of character. Breakfast was simple but of good quality and nice. More coffee could have been offered though. Service was very friendly and the hotel location is excellent, just across from the beach.

Heerlijk klein charmant hotel in Cassis. Wij hadden een kamer met dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op zee en Cap Canaille. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerterrein direct naast het hotel. De oude haven is slechts een paar minuten lopen en direct naast het hotel zijn diverse restaurants en cafés. De service in het hotel, in het bijzonder door Charlyne, was zeer persoonlijk en gastvrij. Zij bakte speciaal voor onze terugreis een lekkere bananencake. Wij waren blij verrast door de gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel in het hotel en de restaurants en cafés die wij bezochten in Cassis.

Agréablement déçu par le service, je paye une chambre plus de 250 € Je laisse un pourboire, et lorsque je demande de rester garé une heure ou deux pour aller à la plage à côté on me refuse Tandis que le parking est vide.

Lage perfekt !! Stilvoll Dekorativ und liebevoll eingerichtete Suite mit persönlichem Charme. Die Betten waren sehr gut und sauber. Es scheint als werden die Matratzen regelmäßig getauscht .Klimaanlage und Minibar vorhanden (Minibar war sehr laut ) wir haben sie ausgezogen zum schlafen.|Das Bad war oberflächlich sauber ,jedoch erfolgte in der gesamten Suite am 2.Tag nicht wirklich eine Reinigung . Quasi einmal grob gefegt auf den Laufwegen ….das wars … :( Der Mülleimer vom Vormieter war auch noch nach 2 Tagen da.|Wir haben mit 4 Personen gebucht aber nur 2 große Handtücher und 4 kleine bekommen. |Die großzügige Terrasse hat wackelige und marode Stufen. Jeder Tritt wird zum Abenteuer. |Das Frühstück war für uns alle ungenießbar,muffelige Baguettes und Instantkaffee….ihren Preis pro Pers. ca 20€ nicht ansatzweise wert.Kein Ei ,keine Wurst,kein Käse. Dafür 3 Marmeladen und Honig .Nirgends findet man eine Beschreibung was im Frühstück enthalten ist .|Der Aufgang zu den Zimmern war eng…viel zu eng vorallem mit Koffern. Hilfe wurde nicht angeboten . |Free Parking war ein plus weil dort kaum kostenlose Parkplätze bereitstehen.|Die Verständigung auf Englisch war nur mit 1 sehr netten Mitarbeiterin von 3 möglich …finde ich persönlich schwierig wenn man international vermietet ….||Alles in allem würde ich den Preisfür die Leistung nicht als gerechtfertigt sehen .|Sehr schade ,weil das Hotel wirklich Potential hat einzigartig zu sein .

Cassis is nestled into the cliffs! The Jardin d’Emile is an Amazing location, beautiful views, lovely breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable and spacious overlooking the Mediterranean. You could walk to the water front and enjoy delicious food, drinks, local shopping, and village life.

Super hôtel avec un charme fou. Nous avions la suite du haut avec une terrasse de rêve. Le personnel est très accueillant, petit dej top , vue sur la mer, accès aux calanques à pied et au centre de cassis en moins de 5 mn. Allez y sans hésiter mais attention il n y a que 7 chambres. Dommage que le restaurant qui existait il y a 10 ans n existe plus mais bon cela permet aussi d être tranquille !

Very cute boutique hotel perfectly located right in front of the beach but secluded further away from the main strip so feels more private. Charming decor, garden and lovely service. The breakfast is perfect. Double bed should accommodate most but may be slightly cosy for larger / taller couples.

Vous voulez vous sentir comme à la maison !!!! Alors n’hésitez pas, emplacement face à la mer juste magnifique à 5 minutes à pieds du port. Un grand merci à Gabin qui nous à réservé un super accueil.

Such a great location next to the nicest beach, and great walking routes, of Cassis. Very charming small hotel - very friendly and obliging staff. Rooms are a little basic and lacked soap & shampoo - so good to bring your own. Bed was incredibly firm. Breakfast was tasty but perhaps a little expensive for what it was with a surcharge for eggs. Great little garden to enjoy a drink and relax and a pretty conservatory to take shelter in if the rain comes.
