During our stay the service was excellent, the rooms was very clean , the front desk was professional, the breakfast was delicious. Melina from the dining area was very nice and polite with us . She showed her professionalism. We recommend this place to stay , definitely I would like to stay in this place again.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and this slightly more local and less touristy part of Venice. Conveniently located in front of the vaporetto water bus stop and a short ride to central Venice along the canalazzo etc. Got to see local residents doing morning grocery shopping, speaking in their Venetian language (not dialect) at a taverna bar around the corner (Sottovento), and enjoyed the slower pace. The onsite hotel bars had warm staff and great cocktails.

Nächstes Mal wieder NH Collection auf der anderen Seite des Kanals. Service im Hyatt an der Rezeption unaufmerksam, die wichtigsten Infos gibts nur auf Nachfrage, Zimmerboden schmutzig, Duschgel nich aufgefüllt, Zimmerreinigung kommt früh am morgen ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer.

Really good experience at the Hyatt Centric Murano. Rooms were great, staff were great, location was great, food/drink were great and boat transfer from the airport was fantastic!

The only downside was that due to a system error (that they clearly see all the time) I was charged the €100 hold twice! The staff weren't very apologetic about this and said there's nothing they can do.

Hotel is new and modern, but avoid the courtyard view room as it is really, really noisy at night. At first we thought it’s because of the restaurant but unfortunately it is still very noisy after 10pm. We contacted the reception multiple times and I could still hear people talking and laughing even with my earplugs. Although the rest of the hotel is really good, it is just impossible to sleep. I hate to say this but this is probably the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed, and it is also the last straw to throw me back to Marriott.

Weil unser Flug in der Früh um 9:00 war und der Shuttle Service vom Hotel zum Flughafen erst ab 8:30 arbeitet mussten wir 2x mit der Fähre fahren und schon um 6:30 losfahren mit einem Kind. Oder uns wurde angeboten das wir ein Boot taxi nehmen können um 140€ für 20 Minuten.
Zimmer war okay.. Würde empfehlen ein Hotel direkt in Venedig zu nehmen das man nicht gebunden ist mit dem Boot fahren zu müssen !
Wie waren gestern an der Bar und wollten essen eine kürbiscreme Suppe und Ravioli!! Insgesamt haben wir 35 Minuten gewartet nach dem wir 3x nachgefragt haben wann wir die Suppe bekommen !! Haben wir zuerst die Ravioli bekommen danach die Suppe !! Das einzige was der Kellner gesagt hat ist das wir alles zusammen bestellt haben, in jedem anderen Restaurant bekommt man zuerst die Suppe danach die Hauptspeise ! Danach war die Suppe lauwarm und die kostet 16€!!!

Le choix de cet établissement s’est révélé très pertinent en nous permettant de retrouver du calme et une ambiance plus cosy , après des journées au milieu de la foule à Venise

Hotel is conveniently located 2 meters from Water Taxi stop - Make sure to take 4.1 or 5.2 lines. Also, we used Hotel Airport Shuttle service which was fantastic - free and super convenient. If you want to visit Burano and spend a day in Venice, this is a very affordable location. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located right at the Museo boat station in Murano Island. The food and breakfast is fantastic. The room cleaning is fairly good. The airport shuttle boat was at repair shop. The bartender Stan is our favorite guy of the whole hotel. The receptionist Italian woman was real helpful when we checked in.

Great location to explore Murano. Great service (grazie Maria-Claire) and delicious breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, if they had smart TVs it would be even better.

The location is awful for Venice visitors. It’s 30 mins minimum water bus to get to anywhere. It was very inconvenient. On Merano island there aren’t any good restaurant options and hotel food is a bit overpriced. If you are staying here for the island itself that’s fine but if you are here for Venice don’t book this Hyatt location for the sake of your valuable travel time. It’s better to stay in Mestre, the train will take you to Venice much faster.

Nel cuore di Murano, di fronte alla fermata del vaporetto per i principali spostamenti. Hotel curato e degno del nome della catena. Servizio in linea con le aspettative ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante non ci fosse alcun tipo di vista dalla finestra, la camera era molto bella, ottimamente insonorizzata, spaziosa e ben rifinita. Miglior location per una visita a Murano.

Having stayed at around 125 different Hyatt properties, I would say this property would be in my bottom 10. The hotel doesn't answer emails sent to them, the boat shuttle to the airport is conveniently out of service, the room gets uncomfortably warm with no reasonable way to cool it (AC is turned off in the winter and there is no fan option), breakfast is the same morning after morning, and no Internet available today.

The area the hotel is located in is pretty but it's an average of 30 minutes (18 minutes across to the closest point to 50 minutes from St. Mark's) away from anything of interest. I will admit, I did very much enjoy the boat ride (best seats are outside!).

I recommend looking elsewhere to stay in Venice. This property should only be an if everything else fails.

Ottimo hotel situato a Murano a pochi passi dalla fermata Murano Museo del vaporetto.
Le stanze sono molto silenziose, ampie, nuove e dotate di ogni confort.
L'hotel è dotato di palestra, area wellness, un ottimo ristorante ed un bar adiacente per gustare un aperitivo vista canale.
Consigliato per trascorrere un weekend nel relax e tranquillità.
Venezia è raggiungibile con vaporetto in 20 minuti.

Le rêve !

Le calme de Murano après la foule de Venise ; le bateau privé de l’hôtel qui vient vous chercher à l’aéroport ; la magnifique décoration et son art du verre ; les chambres spacieuses et le superbe petit déjeuner ;
Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Merveilleux séjour

Hôtel exceptionnel a Murano. La navette privée de l’aéroport est inclue dans le prix. Un moyen parfait de commencer son séjour. Rester a Murano est idéal. L’ile est à visiter. Vous évitez aussi la brouhaha de l’ile principale le soir. L’accès a Burano et Torcello (à faire) est facile. Et aussi quoi de mieux que de commencer sa journée avec une petite croisière de 10 minutes avec une vue imprenable sur Venise ?
Ensuite l’hôtel lui-même. Il s’agit d’une ancienne verrerie retapée avec gout. Les chambres sont modernes, décorées avec gout et relativement grandes. L’accueil est impécable et le petit déjeuner exquis.
Les tarifs sont bien moindres que des établissements de standing comparable sur l’ile principale. Mais la localisation est réellement un atout.
