Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with 2 adults in Florence. It's right by a busy street, fantastic location! Lots of stores, restaurants, and sights nearby.

We were greeted warmly from front desk, arriving in early afternoon. Check in was smooth and we were provided with a map of Florence with various landmarks on it. Nice lobby and the back had the area where to eat for breakfast. Shout out to Carlo for recommendations for dinner places to eat at.

The room itself was spacious and clean. Loved the decor and ambience. Bathroom was big as well and provided basic toiletries. There is a vanity area with a bench that you can get ready in, which I thought was super cute. The bed was firm and not as comfortable, but everyone has their own preferences.

We were only able to have one breakfast buffet because we had to go early for an excursion and breakfast didn't start until 730 am. We did request If it was possible to pack a breakfast for us to take which they accommodated!

Breakfast buffet was delicious and lots to choose from! Thanks to Umair for the help. I wish I took a photo of it but didn't think about it because I wanted to eat, lol. It's great that the breakfast is included in the stay at the hotel and that is a huge plus.

Location is amazing, lots of places nearby. The Academia museum was a 5 a minute walk. There is also a bus that comes to the street for public transportation. Check out was smooth and easy and they also called the taxi for us.

I would highly recommend staying here because of the location, safe and clean hotel, buffet breakfast, and the rooms were spacious and I'm sure each room had different decor which would be fun. Could've stayed extra 1 to 2 days here in Florence as so much to do.

Only booked for 2 nights and woke up to a bed bug on the morning of checkout. Notified downstairs sent someone but he only sprayed the luggage not the room. Spoke with Front Desk Manager Francesco Salmeri about never experiencing this issue. His response was that I knew more about it and they’ve never had them before but then contradicted himself and asked If I had bites. Expressed it was hard to enjoy my vacation now that I have to worry about bed bugs. Told me he was unable to do anything since I prepaid and had to discuss with the hotel manager. Asked for my email but never received any follow up response. When I got back from my trip I had to do so much cleaning to prevent an infestation I now need another vacation. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. OTHER WISE BE PREPARED FOR BED BUGS, MOLD, STAINED SHEETS, and DUST!

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura per 14 notti.
La posizione è strategica, si può raggiungere ogni angolo della città in pochi minuti a piedi attraversando le zone pedonali. A 5 minuti dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella e a 2 minuti dalla cattedrale si Santa Maria del Fiore.
La struttura è unica, un palazzo storico mozzafiato arricchito da opere in chiave moderna che rendono il soggiorno ancora più entusiasmante.
Lo staff è impeccabile, ogni volta che varcherete la soglia state sicuri che ci sarà un sorriso ad accogliervi e la migliore cura che si possa desiderare.
Complimenti a tutti i membri dello staff, dalla sala colazioni ( sempre ben fornita ) alla reception.

We are so grateful for discovering this marvel right at the heart of the city. Lovely place, calm, warm and fancy decorated, just the perfect spot for a short trip of intense tourism. We must highlight how lovely all the personnel at the reception were with us, very kind, helpful, making suggestions... cute people.

My mum and I stayed at Il Guelfo Bianco for four nights and we absolutely loved our stay. Everything from the breakfast, to our clean, comfy rooms, to the location and the lovely service provided by everyone was perfect. Our room was beautiful and was a five/ten minute walk from all of the major attractions, and we were provided with advice on where to go and what to see. I even received a birthday present which was the sweetest thing. I think the staff noticed we were enjoying wine in the evenings as they always made sure we had clean glasses in our room! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Florence. Thank you so much to everyone again!

Hotel muy bonito situado a poca distancia del duomo. Personal amable y desayuno muy correcto y muy variado. Pedimos una habitación tranquila y no escuché un ruido en toda la estancia, agradezco al hotel que lo tuviera en cuenta. Estuvimos muy agusto en vuestro hotel! Totalmente recomendable!

Ми вперше у Флоренції, і дуже задоволені, що зупинились на 4 ночі саме тут.
Просторий номер і ванна кімната, високі стелі, старовинні меблі . Вікно номера виходило на купол собору, це просто казка!
Сніданок був різноманітним і ситним. Персонал дуже привітний і уважний.
Якщо ми ще раз приїдемо до Флоренції, то зупинимось тількі в цьому прекрасному отелі.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel vostro hotel ed è un'esperienza bellissima. Posizione dell'Hotel ottima. Personale cordiale, disponibile e accogliente. Colazione a buffet ricca sia dolce che salata. Camera ampia, spaziosa e pulita. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Très bel hôtel de charme, la chambre était spacieuse et joliment décorée, la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un atout car pour tous les goûts et les produits sont de qualité.
Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique et professionnelle !

Spacious, tastefully decorated and beautifully Italian. Our room came with a massive double bed, bidet, plenty of towels, bath products and complimentary water. Love this place and will stay again. Would encourage them to put some discreet USB connections in the room.

Magnifico hotel muy cercano al Duomo y a todo sitio de interés en Florencia. Aun así es tranquilo con una arquitectura singular y mucho encanto. El personal amabilísimo desde recomendarnos restaurantes, sitios de interés … u ofrecernos un café cuando era imposible encontrarlo. Las habitaciones inmejorables, la Cañada muy muy cómoda y el servicio de desayuno es excelente; muy completo y variado y con oroductos de calidad. Hotel recomendable al 100 %.

Am stat 4 zile. Curat, decent, mic dejun bun. La 5 min de Dom. Curățenie zilnic în camere. Preparate proaspete la mic dejun. Personal impecabil. Recomand!

Ho soggiornato per 4notti in hotel per lavoro. Posizione davvero comoda e agevole per raggiungere il centro di Firenze ed anche punti più lontani come l' ospedale camminando un po' per raggiungere il tram.
Il personale dell' albergo sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a risolvere i problemi e a fornire aiuto.
Buffet della colazione ricco e con prodotti di qualità, forse da prevedere e chiedere eventualmente un' alternativa al latte vaccino (latte di soia, mandorle ecc)
Il caffè/cappuccino ecc servito da macchina automatica, valida.
Hotel dotato di ascensore, nel complesso ben fatto e situato nei caratteristici cunicoli fiorentini, qualche piccola sbavatura dovuta secondo me dai normali lavori di manutenzione da fare.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant, car nous avions lu des bonnes critiques. Nous avons été très déçus de l’accueil, un serveur stressé et un cuisinier antipathique. Le repas était bon, mais sans être incroyable non plus.

Aucune fausse note dans ce petit paradis bistronomique italien.....tout est savoureux... produits de qualité exceptionnelle.... créativité...recettes revisitées...ou plus classiques..parfaitement realisees....
Le bonheur épicurien... merci...
