I recently had the pleasure of staying at LHP Hotel River & SPA Florence and it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted by the most amazing staff who were not only professional but incredibly warm and welcoming. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Florence with breathtaking views of the Arno River. It made exploring the city a breeze, with major attractions such as the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery just a short walk away. Being surrounded by such beauty truly enhanced my experience of Florence.

As for the room, it was nothing short of perfection. Spacious, elegant, and meticulously designed, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided ensured maximum comfort throughout my stay. Waking up to the stunning views of the city from my window was an experience I will never forget.

In addition to the beautiful accommodations, the hotel's spa facilities were a delightful bonus. After a long day of exploring the city, I indulged in a relaxing spa treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Overall, I cannot recommend LHP Hotel River & SPA Florence enough. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this hotel truly offers an unparalleled experience. Thank you to the incredible staff for making my stay unforgettable. I look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel cinque stelle posizione centrale, camere un pò piccole, ma la simpatia e gentilezza del personale sono grandissime. Assolutamente da ritornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie e il nostro cane presso l'hotel, al nostro arrivo alla reception abbiano trovato una ragazza gentilissima che ci ha fornito ogni informazione sulla stanza ed su cosa fare, invece c'era un suo collaboratore che nemmeno il tempo di entrare si è preoccupato di proporci un garage per l'auto al costo 32 euro a notte, ho spiegato che non lasciavo le chiavi dell'auto ma ero disposto a portarla io al garage e mi è stato detto che non era possibile, allorché ho chiesto un alternativa e mi è stato detto di metterla in strada sulle strisce blu quando guardando su internet a circa 1 km c'è il garage di piazza Alberti dove si può portare l'auto al costo di 15 euro al giorno dove ho portato l'auto.
La mattina siamo scesi a colazione il Maitrè una persona veramente eccezionale e disponibile con tutti che cura i clienti in maniera impeccabile.
Anche nei vari momenti in cui mi sono rivolto alla reception ho trovato sempre persone disponibili a fornire indicazioni ed molto competenti.
La stanza: Abbiano soggiornato in una camera superior, aveva una finestra che affacciava sul nulla e un palazzo diroccato, non era insonorizzata molto bene si sentivano le voci e i rumori della stanza al piano superiore, la camera viene riassettata una volta al giorno per il cane mettono a disposizione delle ciotole e un cuscino per cuccia che a mio consiglio andrebbe pulita più spesso.
Colazione: A colazione ho chiesto se fosse disponibile uno yogurt senza lattosio e non era disponibile la seconda mattina non erano disponibili nemmeno i pancake, a livello di buffet un pochino povero.
Hotel offre un drink di benvenuto ed è disponibile una spa e una palestra.
Posizione dell'hotel ottima per poter visitare Firenze a piedi.

L hôtel se situe à 10 mn de marche environ du centre. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est varié (sucré /salé , sain/gourmand ….). La chambre est de taille correcte et propre. On a été juste un peu embêté par la climatisation qui a transformée notre chambre en four et qui n a pas pu être réparée par l’hôtel.
Pas testé ni le restau ni le SPA.
Vue sur d un côté sur le fleuve , de l autre sur un bâtiment désaffecté.
Équipe aux petits soins ????

Emplacement excentré mais 10 minutes de marche. Chambre un peu petite et salle de bain exigue mais propre et petit déjeuner top

In the past two years, I have stayed in dozens of 5-star hotels in different countries, and I must responsibly say that this one might be the worst. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on from around 5 in the morning until after 11 at night, making a very loud noise, and the worst part is that there is no way to turn it off. Yes, you read it correctly—there is no switch to turn off the exhaust fan. On two nights during our 4 nights stay, there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom drain, which was nauseating and strong.

Hotel molto bello e ben curato, personale molto gentile ad eseguire le richieste dei clienti, la spa ben attrezzata con Jacuzzi e bagno turco con possibilità di mangiare qualcosa, il buffet Della colazione molto bello perché c'era tanta scelta e dettagli ben curati, l'unico contro di questa esperienza e che c'era un po' di polvere e lo specchio era leggermente sporco , per il resto io con il mio partner siamo molto soddisfatti della accoglienza e il trattamento ricevuto, ci tornerei volentieri di nuovo un giorno

L'hotel ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. I dipendenti Hanno tutti accolto noi e la nostra cagnolina con professionalità e disponibilità, assistendoci ad ogni singola richiesta. La camera insonorizzata era provvista di ogni comfort, la macchinetta del caffè e tutto ciò di cui potessimo aver bisogno; ovviamente ci hanno portato anche il set per la cagnolina. La posizione super per visitare la città di Firenze, stupenda nel periodo natalizio! Colazione ottima e gustosa con torte fatte in casa. Grazie per tutto ????

Far away for a 5 stars hotel. We didn’t have in the room shower gel, conditioner and we received it only after 2 calls in the reception!! For a 5 stars hotel I expected to find a robe, body milk at minimum.
The spa access costs 30 euro/person. The clima system is very noisy.
Parking 36 euro/day.

Una location molto fine ed elegante cucina di livello e grande professionalità

We stayed in 6 different hotels in Firenze in a calendar year, this was one of our favorites. We were there in late May 2023. Shout out to Leo at the bar for making a fantastic Negroni. The spa has a nice sauna and a cold plunge waterfall. We got a top 5 ever massage from Daniela. The hot tub on our terrace overlooking the river had issues but the staff handled it. The view of the Arno was incredible.. especially with a Leo Negroni in my hand.

Room with an air conditioner that must be turned on by calling concierge. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Broken hangers in the closet. Heated towel rack in bathroom that doesn't work, which is absurd. Lights that do not dim, and are too bright for a white room. All of this and more can be yours to experience at this "5-star hotel". Book with caution!

Hotel très bien situé (accès centre historique a pied : 15 minutes) et chambre avec vu sur l'ARNO.
Personnel très serviable (voiturier) mais petit problème avec le français...
