HOTEL SAN GIOVANNI *

So — the 1st thing — the hygiene of the shower is quite not enough. It is “clean”, but there is mould. The soap is there, shower gel too, but the shower gel is just a small plastic package, not enough for one. And also, the curtain of the shower is not a good design for somebody over 60 kg and 180 cm.
2nd — old houses has wooden floors, that are noisy. Very noisy. Especially, when people from other rooms decide to run through the corridors, when they come late at night. Old equipment is romantic — but it has flaws, everything is shaking, screetching and moving.
3rd — the design of light switch in the bathroom. The light switch that is right near to the red alarm switch (?) maybe resulted, in us not sleeping last night. Because right after our festive and loudly running neighbours finally calmed down, somebody must have switched on the fire alarm by mistake. Or maybe someone decided to lightup a cigarette, which I doubt, because there was non-smoking signs everywhere.
To wrap it up — one star is maybe to harsh, but I want this noticed. And I am thankful, that there were no bugs, not other parasites. (Or none that I know about now, while just returned.) Walking out from the “hotel” everyday straight out to the Piazza del Duomo was an amazing experience after all.
