Very very disappointed, I booked my stay in benci House 16th of December for my trip in April. But they cancelled my reservation due to "overbooking" on the 19th of February. Now I have to find a new place to stay. For double the price. Very unprofessional

Struttura nuova recentemente ristrutturata con molto gusto, posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di firenze. letto comodo, biancheria morbida.
prodotti per il bagno ottimi (anche se manca la crema corpo)
Durante la notte abbiamo sofferto il caldo perchè non siamo riusciti a spegnere il riscaldamento nonostante il termostato fosse impostato al minimo.
in bagno la rubinetteria è molto bella ma davvero scomodo regolare la temperatura dell'acqua. o caldissima o ghiacciata..

Nice room! Really comfortable bed. Staff was extremely helpful! Was a great hotel, if it weren't for the nightclub the floor under us. They kept going til 4 in the morning...

Fantastic location for a boutique hotel. Reception staff was very lovely and helpful with city recommendations. The hotel itself was immaculately cleaned, with great design, fully stocked minibar in room, good working air condition and smells great when you immediately walk in. I felt right at home. What I loved the most was that there are only 4 rooms and it's really quiet inside even though it's on a busy street in the city with lots of restaurants and bars on street level. You can't hear any noise. Will definitely be back to stay when I'm next in Firenze! Thank you for an exceptional stay.

Absolute top Unterkunft! Lage 1A, Zimmer sehr sauber und modern, technisch, Einrichtung (Möbel, Bett, Sanitäranlage) auf dem neusten Stand. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Wow, after staying at many places across Italy, Benci House was a sigh of relief. Beautiful room, great welcome, epic location at the doorstep to the city. Will definitely be back!

Stunning interior but that is about it! On top of a nightclub bar that is ran by the hotel owner. Music goes on most nights till the early hours and when enquiring about the noise they denied it had anything to do with them. Breakfast is far from luxury and very limited. Avoid at all costs!

Benci house is in the best spot what you can be in Florence
Close to all what you want to visit very central
The rooms are incredible beautiful and the lounge area very spacious and pleasant to stay

Guest House con posizione comodissima per chi vuole visitare Firenze. La struttura ha un arredamento particolare dove subito ti senti come a casa.
La comunicazione con lo staff è facilissima, sono sempre disponibili. In più, puoi usufruire anche del servizio bar sottostante la struttura.
Consiglio vivamente , non ve ne pentirete.

FAVOLOSO ???????? è l'unico aggettivo che mi viene in mente ✌️???????? location curata nei minimi particolari e accogliente , camere pulitissime,ampie e uniche(la Rovere è spettacolare), vicinissimo al Duomo e alla Galleria degli Uffizi, Sofia è di una gentilezza e disponibilità disarmante..... per me è sì tutta la vita ????????????

Pour résumer : très bon accueil et des chambres vraiment luxueuses !

Nous avons séjourné une nuit ici et l'ambiance du lieu est excellente !
Petit salon avec café et autres services offerts en arrivant.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont vraiment gigantesques. J'estime la hauteur du plafond à 4 mètres. Amusant de voir des portes hautes de 3 mètres ! ????

Le prix vaut clairement le service rendu !

Vous pouvez y venir les yeux fermés !

Nous avons adorés notre séjour ! La chambre est sublime, décorée avec goûts et avec des petites attentions très appréciables (peignoirs et petits chaussons). L’hôtel est lui aussi très beau ! Sofia et son assistante sont adorables, chaleureuses et arrangeantes

Lovely hotel, perfect location close to everything and the rooms are amazing! Very spacious and has everything you need. Bed is comfortable (although we had two single beds pushed together to make a double). Staff are really friendly and breakfast is nice and easy with a few old options, you eat in the bar / restaurant downstairs. Really pleased we stayed here and would definitely visit again!
