Stayed at their Heritage suite and it was amazing. Very nice room with a balcony that you can see the canal side way. The size of the suite is huge for its location. We’re there in January, so the breakfast was only inside at the restaurant instead of the patio.

This is a luxury hotel right on the Grand Canal; there is a gondolier & taxi station next to the hotel providing easy assess to the Guggenheim & other sights across the canal; transfer from airport is a bit pricey & involved both auto & water taxi so be aware & schedule ahead.

The staff, location, and quality of the accommodation were all top notch. Breakfast on the terrace is a must. Highly recommend.

O hotel destaca-se por sua elegância e beleza,possuindo diversas obras de arte que evocam uma atmosfera artística, remetendo aos luxuosos séculos passados, à era do Gritti. Localização excepcional e atendimento, sinta-se hospedado no palácio. Não posso deixar de destacar a maître demonstrou uma atenção, educação e simpatia excepcionais. Ao perceber meu interesse pelos rótulos das embalagens durante o café da manhã,e minha conversa com meu parceiro, ela gentilmente inquiriu a respeito. Ao contar-lhe minhas alergias a ovos e leite, condições que infelizmente limitam minhas opções no café da manhã de hotéis, usualmente restringindo-me apenas a frutas enquanto observo ansiando as demais guloseimas ????, ela prontamente solicitou à cozinha que me fossem providenciadas alternativas veganas. Para minha imensa satisfação, fui agraciada com muffins, o mais delicioso pão de banana que já degustei e maravilhosas torta de pasta frola.

I mean truly, is there a better hotel in Venice? I doubt it. We were lucky to spend time here on Marriott points and I’m spoiled now! The views, the location, the aesthetic, it’s unreal.
The quality of service here is unmatched. You get what you pay for. Every single person here is kind and accommodating. They make it easy to stay here and enjoyable. You feel taken care of! The rooms are a visual feast. Upon arriving, we were greeted with champagne and open windows where you could hear gondola conductors singing below. Is there anything better?
Room service was phenomenal and honestly better than plenty of restaurants! Get the tiramisu, you won’t regret it.
I also want to say our gratitude to who was working the front desk on the 5 am morning shift on March 9th—our water taxi to the airport had been accidentally booked at the wrong time and he went above and beyond to help us get back on schedule without every worrying us. Thank you!

ヴェネチアのベストホテルに相応しいクオリティーで本当に楽しいステイができた。
五つ星ホテルをいくつか利用してきたが、スタッフさんたちの対応で言うとおそらくここが一位になる。
それから、朝食のクオリティーも、全てのホテルで一位かもしれない。運河の横でのお茶の時間をとってみるとこれがまた最高の絵になる。
貴族のようなひと時でした。
五つ星ホテルをいくつか利用してきたが、スタッフさんたちの対応で言うとおそらくここが一位になる。
それから、朝食のクオリティーも、全てのホテルで一位かもしれない。運河の横でのお茶の時間をとってみるとこれがまた最高の絵になる。

L'hôtel est un lieu mythique en raison du passage de plusieurs personnages illustres tout comme l'hôtel Danieli. Situé au bord du Grand canal non loin de la place st Marc, il est accessible par le canal et notamment par la vaporetto arrêt Gilglio. La vue de la terrasse sur le grand canal est très agréable et prendre une boisson n'est pas plus chère que de la prendre au Florian

There is not a better hotel for your stay in Venice. Reception handles everything well and with authority. The concierge service is amazing. The restaurant should be a destination in itself. The bar is comfortable and wonderful. The room was well laid out, with excellent amenities and a bathroom that I'd like at home.
It's not cheap. Being almost perfect in all respects requires good people and planning.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel in Venice! From the incredibly friendly staff to the fantastic facilities, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I got an upgrade to my room, which boasted a stunning balcony overlooking the grand canal. The hotel's location near S. Maria del Giglio station made it convenient for exploring the city, and its proximity to various attractions meant that a lot was within walking distance. The terraces for both the restaurant and bar were simply heavenly, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking views. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Stayed here for 5 nights during the last week of Carnival and it was truly a home away from home. The staffs are incredibly nice and that terrace on a sunny day is heavenly. Got upgraded to the magnificent Serenissima Suite and was very impressed by the facilities offered, including a dressing room, work station, and cozy living room. Location is around 10-minute walk from the Piazza San Marcos, which is completely fine with me because the piazza was so overcrowded throughout the Carnival. While I don't know if I can afford coming back here again, I'll definitely come back here again when I can.

This place is so legit. A historical gem with many celebrities who have stayed but also is modern and relevant. Service was incredible, location is incredible, the views from the veranda of the bar are incredible. They make you feel very welcome and take care of everything. Also highly recommend letting them arrange water taxi service for you to get to and from. Personalized touches everywhere
