You don't need to expect much from a student dormitory, but its advantages are worth considering. The main advantage of this place is the friendly and always ready to help staff.

We were pleasantly surprised to be checked in early and even allowed to leave our things at 7am so we could enjoy walking around Venice without backpacks. It made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hostel is also worth noting. It is located in the heart of the old city, close to the main sights and attractions. Also, it's convenient for those coming or going, as the bus and train stations are within a 5-minute walk.

In addition, the hostel has an equipped kitchen with everything you need, which allows you to cook your own food and save on restaurant expenses. Fans in the rooms provide comfort on hot days.

The terrace on the upper floor was especially pleasant, where you could relax, enjoy the view and spend the evening or morning with a cup of coffee.

So, this student hostel can be a great choice for those looking for affordable accommodation in Venice with friendly staff and a great location in the heart of the city.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Venice, so it's a perfect location. The rooms were clean, as well as the bathrooms. But our double decker bed was very noisy and it didnt seem very stable. The room got very hot at night, but sleeping with the windows open did the trick. Overall, a nice hostel!

Kritik:
- Ausstattung teilweise zu sparsam: meine Bettwäsche wies mehrere Löcher auf, und in manchen WCs fehlte leider Seife
Neutrales aber Wissenswertes
- Das Hotel macht um 23.30 Uhr zu; mich hat das nicht gestört, denn ich bin kein Nachtlebensgenießer, aber für manche dürfte es zu einem Problem werden

Nous avons séjourné avec ma soeur en haute saison. L'hôtel est idéalement situé : 25 minutes à pieds de la Place Saint Marc.
Originellement nous devions avoir une chambre partagée de 6 lits et nous avons dormi dans une de 4 !

Les plus : la terrasse (splendide) et les espaces communs, le calme de l'auberge, la propreté, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est parfait : en réservant en janvier pour août nous avons payé seulement 32 euros par nuit.

Les moins : pas de moustiquaires, pas d'ascenseur, nous ne sommes pas amatrices de climatisation mais on peut noter qu'il y en a pas : il faut se contenter du ventilateur, il peut faire très chaud.

Great option for those on a budget. Nice friendly staff. Room is large, very warm at night due to only having a small portable fan. I did also notice a lot of small bites on my arms and legs after our stay here as a caution.

Terrace on the roof is nice with a good view.

Strange curfew where you cannot come and go between midnight and 7am. Not that, that bothered us.

Around 20mins walk to main attractions.

Ci tenevo a precisare per tutti i futuri ospiti o possibili futuri ospiti che a differenza di altri posti questo ostello ha il miglior servizio possibile. Tutti gli impiegati sono super carini e disponibili. Comprensivi e pazienti, ti vengono in contro e aiutano in ogni situazione. Sempre sorridenti
Hanno fatto sì che, anche se il nostro soggiorno è durato poco, sia stato indimenticabile.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die geteilten Badezimmer immer sauber und ordentlich. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar und bietet einen schönen Ausblick! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, man bekommt einen Ventilator im Zimmer. Es gibt eine Küche, wo man Essen unterbringen und zubereiten kann und Gemeinschaftsräume. Für den Preis mit der Lage einfach super!

Localización óptima dentro de la ciudad, con precios asequibles. En cuanto a calidad de las habitaciones, es una residencia de estudiantes (calidad albergue con habitaciones de baño compartido).

Lovely welcome, clean rooms and not overpriced.
We were received by Rebecca who was very welcoming, gave us recommendation for our stay, and we really felt she was happy and having fun receiving new customers! Made our trip even brighter than it already was!

Народ который пишет гневные отзывы явно не знают, что это по сути студенческое общежитие, а не отель. Для общежития тут всё супер, для отеля конечно нет.
Расположение удобное: рядом с вокзалом и остановкой вапаретто. На ресепшине отличный персонал, помогут с любым вопросом. Есть общая мини-кухня с плитой холодильником и всей необходимой посудой, что однозначно идёт плюсом.
Комнаты хорошего размера с хорошей вентиляцией, летом можно открыть окна. Вместо кондиционера вентилятор.
Это действующее студенческое общежитие, поэтому некоторые части являются только для студентов.
В отеле есть ночной комендантский час и процесс ранней регистрации отъезда. Если приезжаете или уезжаете ночью, то обязательно сообщите об этом и спросите о процессе на стойке регистрации.
В целом, отличное место для отдыха практически за копейки.

Near the train station, great staff. Has a common kitchenette with a hot plate and all the utensils you can need.
The rooms were good size and ventilation but the fan could use more power
This is also a functioning student hostel so some parts are private for students only.
They have a night curfew, and early check-out has a process to be followed, make sure you inform and ask the process at reception.
Overall a great place to stay in Saint Lucia.

Llegamos y nos dijeron que "nos habían mejorado la habitación" y, en vez de una litera, nos daban una habitación de dos camas. Sería genial, si no fuera porque la habitación estaba fatal y tanto mi pareja como yo tuvimos picores toda la noche. Las recepcionistas muy agradables y la ubicación muy buena, eso sí. Pero la habitación, muy mal. De las peores en las que he estado. Las paredes son de papel. Encima tuvimos la mala suerte de que, el último día, una familia asiática no paraba de hablar en alto por el pasillo a todas horas, dejaron el suelo del baño encharcado y a medianoche daban unos portazos de campeonato que te despertaban (y lo mismo a las 7 de la mañana).
