Emplacement exceptionnel : hôtel situé à deux pas du pont « Rialto », chambre spacieuse et propre (chambre n° 8), au calme agrémentée de son charme vénitien. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux avec vue sur le canal. Tous les ingrédients pour un merveilleux séjour dans la Sérénissisme (Période Mars)Cordiali saluti. Lucia Cagnina

Ein sehr schönes und gutes Hotel am Kanale Grande.
Frühstücksraum im dritten Stock mit Blick auf den Kanale Grande.
Wir hatten angrenzend ans Hotel eine kleine Wohnung. Sehr sauber und super schön.
Einzig, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuss ist, eher nicht zu empfehlen. Aber sonst TOP.

Tout était parfait, le personnel était très sympathique. La personne à l’accueil parlait français et nous a donné de très bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec une salade de fruits frais. Nous avions la chambre 2 avec une vue sur le grand canal, température agréable, chambre propre… on reviendra. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Bon emplacement, confortable et petit déjeuner sympa. La chambre 6 à eviter si vous voulez faire une grasse mat, la préparation du petit dej se déroule juste en face avec pas mal de bruit.
Bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

We absolutely loved our stay. Yeah there are stairs. A lot of them. We had two 45ish pound bags. I lugged one, staff lugged the other. I’m not complaining. If that’s a challenge for the elderly or the out of shape, find another place. It was totally worth it to us and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and plenty spacious for two, the view from Room 1 was spectacular and had everything we needed. Five stars even though steps. It helps you burn off all the calories from the exceptional nearby dining. Highly recommend!!

Nettes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Zu beachten ist nur, dass es im dritten Stock liegt und man eine lange Treppe hoch muss. Den Zimmerschlüssel muss beim Verlassen jeweils abgegeben werden. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht und in der Stadt gegessen (es sah etwas mager aus für den Preis).

Overall it’s ok. Friendly staff. Nice location and you need to choose the room to have the view on the canal otherwise you’ll end up with no view like us in room number 8. Breakfast with a nice view on the canal and the rialto bridge.The hotel is on the 3rd floor without elevator! An authentic experience with old style rooms but request some additional maintenance.

I enjoyed the lovely decor and the warm hospitality of the staff. The location along the Grand canal is excellent, offering pitturesque views. However, the breakfast options were limited, and some areas of the hotel need maintenance. Overall, a pleasant stay but there is room for enhancement.

***IMP*** It’s on the 4th floor without lift! Not recommended if you’re traveling with an elderly person or a lot of luggage!! Otherwise, Perfect location! Clean & good service! ????
