We loved our stay at Hotel Ariel Silva. The staff were super helpful and nice. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the location was fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice place! I actually enjoyed my stay! Room was very nice, very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful! Great location between bus/train station and St Mark's square. I took water bus from the airport and it dropped me off round the corner from the hotel. It's located in quiet walkway.
Please read what room you're booking as you might be placed in different building - but that's clearly stated.

Il était indiqué sur la réservation « qu’il était possible d’être logé dans un bâtiment appart avec salle de bain commune », effectivement nous sommes étonnamment tombé sur ce cas de figure… un petit peu déçu, nous aurions dû lire les petites lignes.
(Ps: pas de coffre fort dans notre chambre)
Le service de draps passait quand même tous les jours dans la chambre du bâtiment ! Et l’emplacement de ce bâtiment est bien situé donc ça va mais il est à 10 minutes à pied de l’adresse indiqué sur Google.

Yeni geldik, henüz bir olumsuzluk ile karşılaşmadık. Otoparka 1 km mesafede, yürüyerek gittik. Oda güzel, son katta kalacağız. Sizlere daha sonra yorumlarımı ekleyeceğim,
İki gün önce geldiğim bu yerden her hangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadan ayrılıyorum. Bazı yorumlarda belirtildiği gibi değil, gayet güzel bir yer ve kendi evimde gibi hissettim.
Uygun fiyat ve tam merkezde olan bu yeri size gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.
İki gün önce geldiğim bu yerden her hangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadan ayrılıyorum. Bazı yorumlarda belirtildiği gibi değil, gayet güzel bir yer ve kendi evimde gibi hissettim.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo prenotato una camera all'ultimo piano per la posizione comoda ma al risveglio ci siamo ritrovati nella laguna di Venezia(la camera era completamente allagata).
Per fortuna non avevamo niente di elettrico per terra ma tutte le nostre borse erano piene d'acqua,inoltre quando abbiamo notificato l'accaduto il personale delle pulizie è stato molto sgarbato sminuendo il fatto e dandoci la colpa.Il titolare ha cercato di trovare un compromesso dandoci un rimborso parziale(unica nota positiva). Potessi dare zero stelle le darei.
A voi che avete risposto alla mia recensione di ieri mattina. Non avete il diritto di sbandierare gli affare dei vostri clienti ai quattro venti,detto questo buona continuazione.

I know why you are checking this hotel, it is the cheapest option in Venice.
I booked here for 5 nights as soon as I saw how cheap it was. The email confirmation I got seemed suspicious, so I emailed them to confirm my booking. It is an @hotmail email. I emailed them 13 days ago, and as of today I still have not received a reply.
I also tried to call them on the number they provided, the automated response said that the number does not exist.
Please book somewhere else. I am currently in the dispute process with my card provider for hundreds of pounds. Please spend a little bit more for something decent and don't be an absolute cheapskate like me.

La atención es extremadamente cordial,

El hotel tiene las instalaciones en perfecta conservación y la limpieza e higiene son impecables ...muchas gracias....los súper recomendamos y si volvemos a Venecia seguramente volveremos. Aquí....El señor Gabriel muy atento a todos los detalles siempre.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station with only 1 bridge to cross. It is a very peaceful and quiet area compared to St Mark's square and more affordable. It is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Jewish Ghetto area in Cannaregio, and therefore close to 2 kosher restaurants and 1 kosher bakery, and the synagogues. It is about 25 minutes walking to St Mark's area. The hotel concierge helped us call a porter so we did not have to carry our multiple bags back to the train station and gave us advice for getting a refunded train ticket at the station since there was an error with the ticket we purchased. The room is on the small side with not much space to walk around - they give you a nice double bed and closet - but we fit ok. The hotel also has no elevator, FYI.

L'appartamento ha rispecchiato le aspettative tranne la pulizia del bagno e la vecchiaia. La doccia presentava evidenti segni di malcuranza.
Posizione ottima.
Personale gentile, siaal nostro arrivo che la partenza, vista la pioggia ed il fatto che l'appartamento fosse altrove rispetto la reception, ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli così da non averli al seguito.
Si può trovare di meglio.

We were about to not show up to our booking after going through all the reviews, however our stay was as comfortable as it could have gotten. Yes we stayed at the apartment few blocks past the hotel location, yes we carried ourselves and our luggages 8-10 floors up, but overall we had a comfortable and cozy 1 night stay as 2 ladies. Location is prime, and checkin-checkout was as smooth as it could be. Don’t expect anything grandiose , you are choosing a 2 star hotel. Towels are thin like pillow case texture and thickness, but it does its job! Choose this spot if you want to save some $$ on your accommodation in Venice. Arrivederci!

Do not book this at all. Hotel and agoda are making fool to everyone. I have booked this with agoda and they confirmed the hotel booking but when you reach there then hotel team will throw you in appartment where no hotel service available and worst rooms and as per receptionist its a agoda mistake and as per agoda hotel should accommodate you in hotel what booking confirmation is saying.
Am totally lost here and in pain for paying too much money for appartment which is too far from station

SCAM HOTEL! Beware!!! “Queen bed” is a sofa bed. The room was 1 km away from the train station and advertised location. We had intentionally booked close to public transport to catch a 6am flight. I asked the 2 men at checkin about options for an early taxi or way to get to Marco Polo. They laughed and told me that was too early and I should use the internet to figure it out. They also said it was too early for checkin. We decided to leave bags there and they had nowhere to store them so they sat out in the open. Not only did we have to lug 6 bags an extra km further over 4 bridges, our room was on the 6th floor! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!

私達はフライトの都合で到着したのが深夜0時頃でした。ブッキングサイトにはレイトチェックインの場合€30と記載されていましたが、€60請求されました。指摘すると間違いだったとシラをきられました。
また、受付と実際に泊まる場所は徒歩10分弱あり、これもブッキングサイトに記載されていませんでした。
途中、街灯はなく真っ暗。大麻ショップや治安の悪い飲み屋があり恐怖を感じました。
現地に着くと、エレベーターはなく20キロの荷物を持って5Fまであがりました。また、部屋に入ると更に階段があります。
部屋に入るとベッドではなく、ソファーベッド。一部の部屋は電気がつきません。
冷蔵庫のコンプレッサーの音もうるさく、不快極まりありませんでした。
今まで数多くのホテルに泊まりましたが、人生最低のホテルです。
繰り返しますが、絶対に泊まらないでください。詐欺ホテルです。お金を払う価値はありません。返金してほしいです。旅行が台無しです。

Es un hotel modesto pero perfecto, limpieza, personal todo muy bien, desayuno básico pero todo muy rico. La ubicación es buena, cerca de todo caminando, en una calle estrecha como tantas en Venecia. Fuimos mi hija y yo y hemos quedado muy contentas. Lo recomiendo.

Ho soggiornato in questa hotel una sola notte.
L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione abbastanza vicino a piazzale Roma e ai trasporti pubblici di Venezia.
Il prezzo è buono e le camere sono sobrie e pulite.
Questo hotel è adatto a soggiorni brevi.

Cependant...nous arrivons tard le soir avec ma compagne et payons un supplément de 30 euros, comme convenu, pour l'arrivée tardive. Le check-in se passe, on investit la chambre qui est très petite (10m²) mais suffisante pour notre séjour. Le lendemain matin, on nous réclame un supplément de 150 euros car notre réservation est pour 1 personne. Effectivement, l'erreur vient de moi, mais il règne un flou autour des chambres pour 1 ou 2 personnes, d'abord à la réservation, puis sur place. Nous avions investit la chambre la veille sans nous rendre compte de rien étant donné qu'il y avait un lit double, 4 serviettes, 2 shampoings, etc. On nous dit qu'on ne voulait pas nous faire attendre au check-in et que nous avons donc eu une chambre pour 2 personnes. Mais nous n'en avons pas été informé -le lendemain seulement- aussi la chambre ne correspond pas à la photo sur ma réservation.
Nous avons réglé les 150 euros de supplément pour une chambre très petite donc, dont on ne sait toujours pas si elle prévue pour une personne seule ou pour 2. Mauvaise surprise qui a entaché notre séjour puisque notre budget était établi à l'avance, et que nous n'avons pas profité de la prestation correspondante à cet extra.
