Hôtel idéalement bien placé ! Entre la place Saint-Marc et le pont Rialto !! Le personnel est au petit soin et parle même Français. Notre chambre était propre, confortable et la décoration de type vénitienne. Le petit déjeuner était bon et conforme aux attentes. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Venise !!

Idealer Standort, sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, bequeme und schöne Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet, Personal kennt sich mit allem und der Umgebung super aus - wann dürfen wir wieder hin?
Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and nice rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, staff knows about everything and knows the area - when can we go back?

Don't stay in Room 121 staff sitting outside smoking can't open windows. Room really hot an Air Con didn't work too cool down. The view is awful as you can see an the room is really small.

Très bon hôtel situé à 2min de la place Saint Marc et du pont rialto. Accueil parfait chambre raisonnable avec tout le confort nécessaire petit déjeuner complet sucré salé et conciergerie gratuite pour laisser vos bagages et profiter de vos journées! Tres bon rapport qualité prix je recommande vivement.

A little hidden gem! The artist Canaletto lived here, traditional with lots of charm. Great breakfast, friendly staff and a few minutes walk from San Marco and Rialto bridge

A basic hotel with friendly staff.
Had a room to the back overlooking an alleyway, which was very noisy in the morning.
Room had one very small wardrobe and mini bar.

This hotel was perhaps the biggest and best surprise of our trip. Completely hidden away down narrow alleyways with occasional bars and restaurants. We had to use Google maps to find it. The staff were patient with me as I tried out my basic Italian. The room was such a surprise as it looked like it had been very recently decorated. It was a short walk to St marks Square (5 mins), Rialto Bridge (3mins) and La Fenice (9 mins). We would definitely go back.

This is difficult to find unless you plan well first ,its perfectly located 4 mins from St marks square & 4 mins from the rialto Bridge where you get off from the water taxi called aliguna ,buy the tickets in advance so you can get straight off the plane ,then you walk to bay no 12 and take the taxi from there.The hotel has a great restaurant just around the corner ,and us in the heart of Venice so reasonable considering its location ,its styled in old venetian styling the rooms are small bathroom ok ,pillows are like bricks so ask for soft pillows and they will give you them went for the Venetian festival which was amazing highly recommended

Sono stata,in questo hotel, la settimana scorsa, ho soggiornato una notte,posso dire che la pulizia è perfetta, la camera,meravigliosa, e la posizione è tranquilla, una 100meraviglia !!!! Faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff, persone squisite,sempre a disposizione dei loro clienti!!!!il mio voto è 100 e lode!!!

What a unique hotel, tucked in a corner near St Marks Square just 5mins walk away , close to the water bus stop.The bedroom was great with very comfy beds and a superb shower with plenty of hot water! Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat from fruit, fruit juices, cereal, breads, small cakes and even eggs & bacon !
