酒店总体来说是很不错的，在建筑都是历史文物的威尼斯市中心，重现装修的新房间有大质量又好！唯一的问题是我们被分配在了河对岸的outsize房间，并不在酒店的主楼里，这样子让酒店的服务的使用以及公共空间的享受都出现了问题！

Zentrumsnahe gelegenes ruhiges Palazzo mit Anlegestelle. Nette Suite, sehr sauber. Gutes und reichliches Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal im Service. Rezeption ganz toll besetzt. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

We spent 4 nights here in March 2024. The hotel is conveniently located in a quieter neighborhood but is still only a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square. We booked a Superior Room which was clean, quiet and spacious.
The breakfast was okay - plenty of options but the hot food selection is limited. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
Overall, we are very happy with this hotel.

4 nights in Venice, beautiful Hotel perfectly placed.
Clean and comfortable, breakfast plenty and good choice.
The lounge on the 2nd floor is ideal for relaxing, playing card games etc with a glass of wine. Very civilised.
Only complaint is the Hotel smells constantly of cigarettes, I guess it's a non smoking environment so am confused as to why the odour of stale smoke?
Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Just home after 3 night stay, fantastic old style Venetian hotel ,very central and great for exploring even if we did get lost numerous times ???? place is spotlessly clean , staff very helpful . Magical Venice.

We spent four nights here, and I could spend all day raving about it.
We had booked the deluxe double room with canal views, but when we got into our room, we realised that they had upgraded us to the 'king romantic suite with canal view.' The room was massive, with three giant windows that opened up to the canal. As well as that, we essentially had a walk in wardrobe, two bathrooms with a shower, jacuzzi bath, and a sauna.
I don't have a single complaint about the cleanliness of the room or the hotel in general. And for the size of our room, there was not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere.
The location was quiet but still only ten minutes away from the square with lots of restaurants and cafes minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, this was an amazing stay, and I really believe that it is what made our trip to Venice so amazing.

Çok güzel konumda otantik havası olan güzel bir otel. Odaları ve banyoları ferah, personel çok candan ve yardımsever. Süit ve standard olarak 2 oda tuttuk. Kahvaltıda aç kalmazsınız ama hiç sebze ve zeytin yok. Bir Akdeniz ülkesinde bunları gözlerimiz aradı. Otelden her yere yürüdük. Çok keyif aldık. Özel Water Taxi tutacaksanız kendi iskelesi var, bu da ekstra bir kolaylık.
