Nouvelle offre hôtelière pour Venise, avec cet hôtel entièrement neuf et des prestations au goût du jour. La déco est à la pointe, dans l'air du temps, ( presque un peu trop). Nous avons passé 3 jours dans une suite (spacieuse) et avons été un peu déçus par l'atmosphère: pas de service hôtelier digne d'un 4 étoiles ( pas de service fin de journée/ préparation chambre), chambre assez froide par sa décoration et en termes de praticité (faible éclairage dans la salle de bain, douche tiède, trop peu de rangements pour les vêtements, offre réduite de produits de salle de bain, TV avec un bouquet satellite très limité).
Il manque pas mal de choses, une touche plus humaine et accueillante serait la bienvenue ( bouquet de fleurs à la réception, prise en compte des retours clients). A noter, le petit dej de qualité et l'excellent emplacement à 15 mn des hauts lieux touristiques tout en étant au calme en bordure du canal de la Giudecca. Si vous cherchez un hôtel branché avec ambiance au bar, c'est le bon endroit, pour un hôtel avec une âme, du service et chaleureux, c'est moins le cas.

Maravillosa experiencia. El hotel y las habitaciones son un encanto, al igual que el servicio (especial mención y gratitud a Iván que nos ayudó en todo momento y con todo lo que necesitábamos). Situado en un lugar muy tranquilo con buena comunicación para llegar a los sitios imprescindibles de Venecia. Ojalá volver y repetir con ellos.

Es nuestra luna de miel, el hotel está nuevo. La habitación muy cómoda y la cama genial. Sobre todo gracias a la atención de Ivan que nos recomendó un bistró muy bueno ???? si os alojáis aquí tenéis cerca un supermercado y para desayunar Nico.

Amazing hotel with classy decor, unique for Venice hotels. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, great value and quality. Service impeccable and friendly staff both in the hotel, restaurant and bar. Rooms were spotless and cleaned perfectly throughout the stay. Highly recommend

Great hotel and the value for money is high. The reception desk is such a welcoming, happy place. They always smile and are happy to help you at all times. The design is pretty unique and I enjoyed the small lovely unique details. They also have a good modern Italian restaurant in the lobby, which I recommend you to try. As for the location, it is a 15-20 min walk to san marco piazza, but I still liked the serenity of the location and the fantastic view outside in the morning. Makes for a beautiful walk to san marco.

One thing that I have to mention, which seems to be part of the overall design plan, is the horrible faucet knobs. They are smooth and cylindrical with no ridges or anything to give you the friction you need to turn the knob, so good luck if you’re hands are oily or slippery.

Apart from that, the hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it. I also got a small room but they upgraded it for free! Thank you guys.

We spent 3 nights in a Zattere Junior Suite in December and I cannot recommend this wonderful hotel more highly. The staff were warm, helpful and genuine without being in your face. Our room had a stunning view over the water and Giudecca beyond, a huge comfy bed, lovely coffee for the morning and a massive bath! The design of the hotel is fun and quirky, but still comfy and welcoming, a true breath of fresh air in Venice. The cocktail bar is a great spot, good atmosphere, amazing cocktails and a really lovely and very attentive team. Thank you so much Experimental for a great stay, we will most definitely be back! 10/10, really loved staying here. I planned a trip to propose to my GF (so naturally was nervous to find the perfect place.) Couldn't have been happier. Super charming hotel, incredibly clean, and at a perfect location. Right by many Vaperetto stops (the 5.1/5.2 being our most frequented.)

The bar was also a highlight. Nice staff, and just a great ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay here from start to finish in November. The location of the hotel is perfect, buzzing but not too busy. The bar tables outside were perfect for an apero and we had a great meal in the restaurant as well. The cocktail bar is also amazing. The staff is super approachable and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable hotel!

A magical hotel in every way! Aesthetically incredible, with beautifully designed rooms and interiors. The best cocktails you will ever try. Delicious food (the panisse cichetti I could live off) at the Restaurant Adriatica, with outside tables looking over Giudecca across the water. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything but quiet and not touristy. What makes this hotel unique is the incredible staff- from Guillarme (the super host), to Lorenzo, Francesco, Ivan, Pietro… managed by the calm and capable Christian, I could go on. Every time I visit it is like coming back home. It is also impeccably clean! Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Thank you Christian and the team for making our lives better!

Ho fatto colazione con degli amici, ho ordinato il prosciutto con pane e burro (un asterisco precisava che i prodotti dell’elenco sarebbero stati serviti con pane e burro) il conto riporta un’aggiunta proprio per il pane e burro. Ho chiesto dei chiarimenti e mi è stato risposto che il conto era corretto e che era il menu che riportava una descrizione del piatto non congruente. La cameriera mi precisa che da quando lei lavora lì il piatto è servito secondo altre modalità, mi specifica che il prosciutto è servito con le uova e quindi avevo ricevuto un ordine che non corrispondeva al menu. Invece di compensare l’errore ammesso dopo aver ammesso che il menu era fuorviante e riportava di sicuro un errore, ha preferito spiegarmi che era stato approvato dal manager (anche se sbagliato) e non era colpa sua. Conveniva con me con l’esigenza di correggere e ristampare ma nient’altro. Dopo questa discussione paradossale per un errore di pochi euro, ho preferito andar via senza proseguire con ulteriori richieste. Ambiente sicuramente progettato con cura e aderenza al contesto e alle tendenze contemporanee. Servizio piuttosto superficiale.

Had a cocktail at the hotel bar until the experimental cocktail bar opened at 18:30.
The first pictures are of the hotel bar which I thought was beautifully decorated giving strong 60s, retro vibes. Cocktails priced around 10-13 euro.
The last pictures are of the small cocktail bar that you can access through a door opposite the hotel reception. They have an extensive and interesting list of cocktails, that taste really good (priced around 13-15 Euro).

Apparently you can also enter the bar from the main side of the hotel entrance (see last pic).
I definitely recommend a visit.

Located in the heart of the Dorsoduro quarter in Venice, the Palazzo is a wonderful retreat in the heart of the city. The rooms have a unique, chic vibe. The rear courtyard provides a great spot to sip a little wine or prosecco as you enjoy of the view of the canal. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and we loved ending the day, sitting at a table near the water with one of the great hand crafted cocktails from their bar!
