Posto meraviglioso e immerso nel verde. È facilissimo raggiungere il centro di Venezia con la barchetta che si prende a poca distanza dall'albergo. Personale gentile. Sono sicura che con qualche accorgimento in più diventerà ancora migliore

I would have happily stayed here for the whole trip. Beautiful location, quiet area and very friendly staff.
There were some language barriers but that was totally expected given I came to a country where I only spoke one word! Though the staff were patient and friendly and we eventually got there.

The vaporetto is every hour and you can reach Murano and Venice so even if the island feels far away travel is really easy.
The bikes are a genius addition to the service with gorgeous views around the island and friendly locals.

Perfect location for a Lincolnshire countryside girl to get her first taste of Italy.

Enjoyable stay

4 nights stay with breakfast included.
The host was really nice & helpful. Room had air conditioning with direct access to garden. We had joyful rides on the island with the bycycles found on premises.
10 minute walk to vaporetto stop ( vaportettos usually reach Sant Erasmo from hour to hour)
Recommend this booking if don't mind the extra travel back and forth from island to Venice and the the other way around.

Ottimo il servizio di sala. Ottima e sostanziosa colazione. Ottima accoglienza e servizio dal al vaporetto. Ottima cucina anche a base di verdure dell'isola. Ottima pulizia della camera. Vantaggiosi i prezzi a pochi minuti di navigazione per Venezia, Lido, Murano, Torcello e Burano. Molto interessanti gli eventi culturali e artistici promossi dalla Direzione.

Appartengo al gruppo corale SS. Ignazio e Giuseppe di Bologna, sebbene abbia soggiornato una notte, ho trovato il luogo pulito, comodo per raggiungere con la linea 13 sia Venezia Fondamenta Nuove dove trovare la linea per la stazione che Murano Faro, dove si possono trovare le linee per le altre isole. Prezzi e posizione per me sono molto interessanti, inoltre per chi vuole trattenersi più giorni si può godere della mezza pensione con cena alla sera, comunque personalmente della cucina non posso dire molto in quanto non ho avuto il tempo di apprezzarla ma ne ho sentito parlare bene

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel, it’s run by very warm and friendly family, hotel also provides breakfast in the morning.
It’s roughly an hour travel from Sant Lucia using 1 change; Hotel provides courtesy pickup and drop off from Sant Erasmo station; whilst water services between Fondamente Nove and Sant Erasmo is every 50mins till late night, services to Fondamente Nove is limited in late night, we experienced 2 of the scheduled water bus did not turn up around midnight and we had to walk reasonable distance to it catch service to Sant Erasmo, rest everything was excellent

Really great place. Very ‘homey’ and the staff was very nice and friendly. The prices regarding meals were also reasonable. The only real downside would be the location being relatively remote but they do operate a car that will take you to the nearest boat, so personaly distances were not much of an issue

L'hotel è situato in una posizione splendida immersa nel verde davanti a Venezia. Siamo stati accolti in maniera splendida dal gestore .Camere pulite e cambi regolari della biancheria. Inoltre è possibile cenare all'interno dell'hotel con menù casalinghi veramente buoni e a un prezzo eccellente. Colazione a buffet veramente abbondante e ricca. L'hotel offre il servizio biciclette per girare l'isola ( 10 km circa ) gratuito ola Un posto veramente tranquillo e ospitale .

Ci ho trascorso il capodanno 1998/99 ( davvero una vita fa), ma non posso dimenticare la bellezza e la pace dell'isola, le escursioni in bici, e l'estrema cortesia e professionalità dei gestori, che mi hanno lasciato un bel ricordo che dura tutt'ora

Отличный отель. Очень колоритный остров. В отеле включен завтрак. Завтрак довольно неплохой. Овощи, фрукты, колбасы, сыр, йогурт, капучино. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Огромное им спасибо. Есть возможность взять велосипеды для прогулок. Номера просторные, чистые, немного не хватает кондиционера в номере, но особого дискомфорта это не создаёт. Единственный минус данной локации это обилие комаров. Возможно это сезонное явление. В остальном все очень понравилось.

Splnilo naše očekávání. Klidné místo a super personál. Perfektní výchozí bod. Koupila jsem jízdenku na 3 dny a pořád jezdili po ostrovech. Pokoje a snídaně skromnější, ale nám to vyhovovalo. Děkuji Markéta

Einfach einzigartig! Wir kommen wieder!
Mittlerweile sind wir seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste.

Alle Teilnehmer sind mit den Hotelzimmer sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist immer zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen shuttle service von der Vaporetto Haltestelle zum Hotel. Der
Zimmerservice wird liebevoll von der Hausperle morgens erledigt. Es ist für alles gesorgt!!

Igazi családias hangulatú kis hely, a tulajdonos nagyon kedves, barátságos, minden igényt próbálnak kielégíteni, a szobák tiszták, rendezettek, a vacsora bőséges, a reggeli kontinentális, az egyetlen, ami hiányzott talán az a zöldség. A kávé frissen főzött, és nagyon finom. A vaporettoval nagyon egyszerűen lehet a szigetre jutni, a kapcsolattartó felajánlotta, hogy a kikötőhöz kijönnek kocsival, de a 800 m séta sem megterhelő. A szobában a ventilátor állítható fokozatú, megfelelő körülményeket biztosít alváshoz melegben is. Az ágy kényelmes.
