Un charmant et paisible hôtel 3-étoiles proposant des chambres récemment rénovées
Une escale française très agréable à deux blocs d'Union Square. Cela fait plus de cinquante ans que Monsieur et Madame Lambert font vivre ce charmant et paisible hôtel 3-étoiles. Les chambres ont été récemment rénovées et l'atmosphère est devenue plus claire et moderne. Orléanais d'origine, les Lambert ont dédié leur restaurant de cuisine française à Jeanne d'Arc, à la décoration chevaleresque ! Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre (mais pensez au tip) et bon service de restauration. Accueil et conseils de grande qualité, en français bien sûr !

The hot water was non-existent when all 3 of us wanted a warm shower at 4am before we left for the airport but it was freezing cold and we had prewarned them we were leaving at 4am
. The service is not very helpful. They stand there and watch a mother move her bags without even offering to help. I sent them a few emails with no response.

Very good experience! The staff were super nice, they helped us with everything. Even after checking out, we came back to take our baggage and had dinner in the hotel lobby. The room was also quiet and clean. The best thing was probably the breakfast which was both enough and of high quality. Definitely would stay at this hotel for the next trip.

Hidden Gem! Good price! Quaint, small room that was perfect for what we needed. The staff was more than wonderful! Everything was very clean. The French theme stayed true throughout the building. Breakfast was very simple but at least it was complimentary. Would stay here again.
