Au niveau des chambres top !
Les équipement sont également de qualités et le fait d’avoir une place de parking est appréciable.
Seul bémol nous avons réceptionné notre chambre à 16h30 au lieu de 16h

Receptionist was rather curt upon checking in. Didn’t think much of it. Tired after a long drive and wanted to order room service. QR code in room didn’t work (photos attached). Tried calling reception multiple times to see if they had a menu or if they would allow our dog in the restaurant so we can eat there. No answer.
We decided to go check the restaurant and upon walking past reception it was manned by 2 staff, not dealing with any guests. Go to the restaurant which was completely empty inside and not at capacity outside and are told no tables available. OK. But it closes at 9.45pm, and this was around 20:30/20:45 so I think it’s a stretch to assume they had a coach load of people booked in ~1 hour before closing (and it was still empty an hour later). Also I had checked a few hours earlier when on route and it showed multiple seatings available for that evening hence I didn’t book as we were also not sure of exact arrival time.
Go back to reception to ask about room service and informed them that the QR code wasn’t working. Response was “what do you mean it doesn’t work?”… well sir, exactly that. Go to bar and order food and some wine and water. 30 mins later no drinks have arrived. 45 mins later see our food arrive and the kitchen staff bringing it talk to the bar staff and leave it on the bar. Bar staff continue going about doing whatever they are doing. After watching it go cold for 5 minutes I go to inform the bar staff I think that’s our food. Her response “oh, is it?” - we are literally the only people in the bar… (food was terrible). Another 10 minutes later wine finally arrived (not chilled), no water. In this time after reminding about the wine order someone seated outside has come in and ordered a cocktail and it’s been served.
The whole experience seemed borderline racist given the treatment of guests around us and there being no other differentiating factors between us and other guests apart from my partner being Asian*.
*Worth noting here that there was a very loud group of Caucasian Americans who came into the bar, were immediately dealt with and seated outside with drinks following within minutes.
