LA BRASSERIE DE L'IMPÉRIAL PALACE ^{* * * *}

Il s'agit incontestablement d'un très bel établissement.
Mais peut-on imaginer autrement.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end.
La chambre le service d’étage étaient parfaits .
Pour le restaurant nous avons beaucoup aimé les plats .
Nous aurions juste 2 remarques
la première c’est le bruit nous sommes montées en chambre le dernier soir car nous n’arrivions même pas à nous parler .
La deuxième un petit désagrément avec une serveuse qui a gentiment préparé mon jus de tomate mais malheureusement je ne mets rien dedans et pire j’ai une véritable contre indication médicale à tout piment mais cette personne a lourdement insisté pour que je goûte il a fallu être ferme pour dire non cela m’a mise mal à l’aise .
Une autre remarque sur la communication entre vos différents services :
Dès notre arrivée nous avons signalé avoir un ma massage le samedi .
Le jeudi matin nous réservons un créneau pour le SPA en fin de journée le vendredi et nous redemandons comment cela se passe pour le samedi avant notre soin .
Nous avons réservé aussi des vélos pour la journée entière du vendredi.
Hors nous nous sommes trompées dans la date le soin était Le vendredi !
Heureusement le SPA ne nous voyant pas arriver nous a appelé.
Nous aurions apprécié que ce soin soit vérifié par la réception ou d’avoir en chambre un papier nous rappelant la date et l’heure .
Voilà cela pour ajuster votre prestation.

After a week of exploring Paris and surrounding areas, our family of five arrived at the Imperial Palace weary from travel. From the moment we walked in, we felt calm and welcomed. It was instantly clear we had made the perfect choice for a few days of rest and luxury.

We stayed in the Terrace Suite, which was spacious and comfortable for our family, with a lovely living area and a large terrace offering stunning views. While most of our stay was rainy and cool, limiting our terrace use to brief moments with coffee and admiring the scenery. We were fortunate to have one clear, crisp day. The concierge kindly informed us of a local market happening in Old Town that morning, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The market was vibrant and full of charm, winding through the old streets with a glacier-blue-green river flowing between historic buildings. It was a beautiful and memorable way to experience the heart of Annecy.

The staff throughout our stay were absolutely exceptional. From the time we booked, the concierge reached out to help plan our visit and support our needs. We had a large vehicle and professional driver waiting for us at the train station, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The same company also provided service to take us to the bus for our day trip to Chamonix and was there to pick us up upon return. Every detail was thoughtfully handled.

Inside the hotel, everything was elegant, clean, and peaceful. The views from our suite were breathtaking.

And the food, what an experience! Every dish we enjoyed was expertly prepared and beautifully plated. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors balanced, and each meal felt like a special occasion. The desserts, in particular, were extraordinary—a true assortment of gourmet creations that delighted us every time. From delicate pastries to rich chocolate offerings and refreshing fruit-based options, the dessert selection was as impressive as it was delicious.

When the rain kept us indoors, the hotel’s spa offered a luxurious and relaxing retreat that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our time at the Imperial Palace was truly a gift, a few glorious days of beauty, rest, and renewal. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly grateful. We hope to return again in the summer to enjoy even more of what Annecy and this wonderful hotel have to offer.
