Quoi dire d'une chambre qui me semblait être pas mal nous avons été surclassé dans une petite suite il faut le voir deux espaces bien distinguent parti chez ma couché partie salon de télé avec votre nom côté douche à l'italienne et la baignoire serviette et des peignoirs incroyables....
L'accueil est simplement grandios on vous prend en charge jusqu'à votre chambre idem pour la voiture..

Au petit matin un petit déjeuner digne d'un grand palace à votre choix à votre guise en fonction de vos désirs les œufs à la coque avec une demande de cuisson personnalisé pour le reste il faut aller sur place ah oui le rooftop apprécier le petit verre de vin blanc au niveau de la piscine où se détendre dans la salle de sport

Le service est au rendez-vous, le cadre et les chambres sont très agréables. Lieu vraiment sympathique, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Prior to checking in to our two rooms, I contacted the hotel and told them that I’ll be bringing a baby with me. They said there is no charge for babies. I confirmed this again when I checked in. However, when I checked out, they took the position that they wanted to charge me more because a baby was staying in the room. I did not agree to the charge, and after fighting with them for a while they finally agreed to remove it from my bill. They then printed out a statement reflecting the charges for the room without the extra charge for the baby. I then SIGNED that statement, we shook hands, and I left to the airport. Two hours after I left and I thought this issue had been resolved, they suddenly initiated another charge for hundreds of dollars without my approval and without notifying me. I never signed anything agreeing to this amount, nor would I. Also, many of the bills we received throughout our stay for food and incidentals had some extra charge that we caught and had removed. To summarize, this hotel is shockingly unethical. This would be true for any hotel, but especially one that purports to be high end and charges thousands of dollars per night, per room. They are rude, disrespectful, and deceptive. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. There are better hotels for the price that presumably won't try to steal from its customers.

Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir lu les avis et d’avoir réservé comme un imbécile… cet hôtel ne vaut pas plus de 3 étoiles, les suites sont minuscules, l’accueil est catastrophique.

Such a great hotel right in the heart of Saint-Tropez. We went to their rooftop tonight for a drink, even though it was early they still were amazing and accommodated us extremely well. Our advice would be to leave going until after the sun goes down as it gets very hot up on the rooftop deck. Service was really good.

Formule verre de vin, eau et café compris pour 38€ ou 45€ avec un service trèèès attentionné et de grande qualité face à la piscine, avec vue sur les toits et la mer toute proche. Nous sommes dans un palace ou presque! Merci Alain, Nicolas et Mme La Directrice pour notre dernier passage
