I had the pleasure of staying in Saint-Tropez, and what made the trip truly extraordinary was Samuel, the head of concierge at Hotel de Paris. I’ve traveled extensively, but I have never experienced service at this level. Samuel is, without exaggeration, the gold standard of hospitality.

Every single evening of our trip, Samuel secured impossible-to-get dinner reservations at the most coveted and fully booked restaurants in town, for a large group of friends, no less. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, he also arranged access to the hottest beach clubs, including one or two that we had spent weeks trying to get into ourselves, with no luck and secured beach beds for all of us. He made it happen, seamlessly and graciously.

But Samuel didn’t stop at reservations. He coordinated door-to-door shuttles to and from every destination, saving us the hassle and high cost of private cars or taxis. He even proactively alerted me to traffic delays on the way to the airport due to an accident an hour away, a gesture that literally saved me from missing my flight. That kind of attention to detail is rare.

Samuel was also our trusted insider, advising us on where to shop, where to lunch with stunning views, and what prices to expect so we wouldn’t be taken advantage of. His recommendations were always on point. At every turn, it felt like having a trusted friend on the ground who had our best interests at heart.

What impressed me most is that Samuel never made any of this feel transactional. Though I gladly tipped him, it was always clear that his dedication came from genuine passion and professionalism, not expectation.

To have someone like Samuel on your side in a place as dazzling, and at times overwhelming as Saint-Tropez is truly priceless. He didn’t just enhance our trip, he defined it. If you’re lucky enough to stay at Hotel de Paris, do yourself a favor and speak with Samuel. You will walk away with more than memories, you’ll leave with the experience of a lifetime.

Vue splendide sur St tropez la mer les bateaux . Personnels sympathiques à l'écoute qui font tout pour satisfaire leur clients. Les sont très bon bien présenté tout était parfait.

Eine absolute Frechheit, dass man als Nicht-Hotel-Gast in die Tiefgarage geschickt wird, wenn man das WC benutzen möchte.

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée avec le serveur Pierre. Je tiens à préciser c’est une personne très agréable très professionnel il nous a pas lâché d’une semelle et j’ai beaucoup apprécié Pierre reste comme tu es évolue dans le métier que tu fais et à très bientôt #LesAméricains# MenInBlack

Un magnifique rooftop avec piscine!
Y aller le soir pour un cocktail et des tapas.
Profiter de la fraîcheur du début de soirée dans des petits salons intimistes autour de la piscine.
Les chanceux auront une vue sur Sainte Maxime.
La décoration est raffinée et tendance.
Le service est professionnel et très attentionné.
Les tapas sont bons et le prix correspond à la qualité et la quantité (énorme!)
Nous aurions préféré avoir moins de quantité pour pouvoir choisir plus de différents tapas.
Le mixologue a créer des cocktails uniques, équilibrés et savoureux!
La prochaine fois nous testerons le restaurant car cela nous a laissé un goût de trop peu!

Un soi-disant palace en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez… en réalité, un Ibis maquillé à prix d’or.

Nous étions venus passer une nuit inoubliable — elle le fut, mais pour toutes les mauvaises raisons.
La climatisation est restée bloquée en mode congélation toute la nuit, impossible à éteindre, même après l’intervention de plusieurs “techniciens”. Résultat : nous avons littéralement dormi dans un frigo, jusqu’à 4h du matin.

La restauration ? Une honte. La pizza Margherita était à peine digne d’une station-service.
Quant à l’accueil, c’est le pompon. Tina, censée gérer les relations clients, incarne l’antithèse de l’hospitalité : glaciale, condescendante, et totalement dépassée.
Sa seule réponse face au problème : “Vous auriez dû ouvrir la fenêtre, Monsieur.”
À 4h du matin.

Ce lieu n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles : ni le service, ni le standing, ni le respect du client.
Juste un décor creux, un personnel mal formé, et une expérience désastreuse.
À fuir.
Privilégiez le Lou Pinet, Le Cheval Blanc, La Messardiere !

Intimate hotel in a convenient location with a rooftop pool and bar. The room had a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The spa was incredibly accommodating with a last minute booking and one of the best sports massages I've ever had.

First time visitors will find that driving in the main village is extremely difficult. Several hotels are landlocked by pedestrian zones-you can’t even get there by car. By contrast, Hotel de Paris is perfectly situated on the nearest edge of town as you roll in and has excellent valet parking.

The convenience of this location is unbeatable.

The rooms are wonderful as is the rooftop pool and cabanas and restaurant. They often have a DJ up there. Enjoy a drink and panoramic views of the city and bay.

My only knock is the Concierge. We asked about Nikki Beach and were told we needed reservations and they would be happy to make them for us.

HEADS up. There is no beach. It’s a pool club with a DJ and no view of the Mediterranean Sea.

A concerned concierge would clarify that tourists can enjoy a pool club and DJ by simply taking the elevator up a few floors. Assuming we wanted a pool club and not an actual beach was a mistake.

Other than that snafu, we loved the hotel and will be back.

My wife and I are fortunate to have stayed in the most beautiful hotels arround the world. This hotel takes position # 1. The service that was provided by Samuel, Celine and their team was simply spectacular. The attention to details, the quality of the facility are just the BEST. Unless of a BAD LUCK, or client being difficult there is NO reason for someone not being amazed.

We recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez and had a truly memorable experience???? The hotel’s location is unbeatable; right in the heart ♥️ of Saint-Tropez, just steps from the iconic port and the lively Place des Lices????, making it easy to walk everywhere and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the village...

The hotel itself is a blend of modern luxury and classic Côte d’Azur elegance, with beautifully designed rooms and suites that are both comfortable and stylish♥️ I especially loved the rooftop pool and terrace area, which offered a stunning setting to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun???? The pool’s unique suspended glass-bottom design added a special touch, and the rooftop bar and restaurant made it a perfect spot for both daytime lounging and evening cocktails????

Dining at the hotel was excellent, with options inspired by Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine, but I also highly recommend exploring the nearby restaurant Maison Marguerite????. It’s just a short walk away and offers a fantastic selection of French cuisine; perfect for anyone wanting to experience local flavors.

The staff at Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez were attentive and welcoming♥️, always ready to help with recommendations or anything else needed to make the stay special The amenities, including the spa and wellness center, added to the overall sense of relaxation and indulgence....

Ovvvvverall, Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez is the ideal base for exploring Saint Tropez, offering luxury, comfort, and a prime location???? I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in the heart of the French Riviera????

Énorme déception lors d’un déjeuner en famille sur le rooftop le vendredi 12 août. La serveuse retire notre parasol au profit d’ un autre client, on se retrouve en plein soleil sous 40 degrés… avec une bouteille de Meursault brûlante.. Aucune communication du staff avant de passer à la caisse, et le manager qui refuse à deux reprises de venir nous parler… 400 euros de note et des frites surgelées. Je déconseille. Heureusement le directeur est finalement venu nous présenter ses excuses à notre départ..

Depuis la prise en charge à l'arrivée jusqu'au départ tout est vraiment parfait.
Les repas sont délicieux et l'emplacement au top.
Cela mérite les 5 étoiles ????
