The reason for the low overall rating is based on the following:
1) Clogged bathroom sink.
2) The lighting in the room was very dark. It should be brighter, especially in the bathroom.
3) The furniture were very old and the work desk was very small
4) When the guest above my room took a shower, the water was dripping in my room through the ceiling
5) There were no face towels (the smaller ones) in the bathroom

On a été bien accueillis a notre arrivée et bien renseignés sur les excursions possibles dans la région de Nice en cas de départ l hôtel s occupe de réserver les places ce qui est positif
D autre part la chambre est équipée d un réfrigérateur et. d une bouillotte en plus du distributeur de boissons au RC c est très appréciable

Hôtel propre, calme, bien situé. Service très sympathique, les réceptionnistes, les femmes de chambre et le Monsieur au petit-déjeuner ont 10 points sur 10. Le propriétaire devrait réfléchir à la rénovation, la petite peinture changera beaucoup.

The hotel location is very good. It’s close to the beach (Promenade des Anglais), to the old town and to the Main Street. Not far away is Monoprix where you can buy food and a lot of restaurants. Very friendly and helpfully staff. We had triple room and fir me it was rather small, and it hadn’t got any view from the window. And the breakfast was very small (not suit for everyone), but as I understand it’s typical for Nice, and it’s an option, so you cat not buy it.

Le seul gros souci fut les bruits de canalisation durant la nuit (j'avais l'impression d'être, par intermittence, sous une énorme cascade, venant des étages supérieurs).
