Tres bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble et personnel tres aimable.
Les possibles améliorations pourraient porter sur :
Le wifi
Des pieces communes? Petite gym ou centre relaxation
Accueil avec des goodies ? (Shampooing, gel douche etc)

Our stay was somewhat spoilt by a dreadful smell of sewage in our bathroom on and off and also in our corridor.I’m doing those comments on there for the hotels in until the 24th of it

Dans l ensemble, satisfaisant, mais dans la chambre 213,qualité de l air conditionné médiocre, odeur de la literie qui laisse à désirer (lessive ou aération coussin).
Petit déjeuner mauvais, (choix, pain pas frais).

Hotel nel centro di Nizza a pochi passi da Place Massena, da Avenue Jean Médicin e dalla Promenade des Anglais, Letto comodo e buona pulizia della camera, cambio di teli da bagno quotidianamente e lenzuola diverse volte durante la settimana di soggiorno. Ottima base per visitare Nizza e la costa azzurra. la fermata del tram T2 proveniente dall'aeroporto e a circa duecento metri, mentre la stazione ferroviaria principale si trova a circa 800 metri o a due fermate del tram T1.

Ottima la posizione,vicinissimo a piazza Masena e al centro storico, non abbiamo usufruito della colazione quindi senza giudizio, unica pecca della nostra stanza il wc posto in un stanzino minuscolo senza finestre e separato dal resto del bagno. Nel complesso tutto ok

The guy on the reception is really great; he was so friendly and helpful and gave us great tips where to go. Perfect. We will come again as the location is perfect to explore Nice.. Breakfast was not so good; Eggs were out and they did not bring them again; only a few fruits..

A perfect place to stay. Staff were all very helpful and upbeat. We didn’t have breakfast so can not comment on that. Our room faced the street and it was pretty quiet.

Excellent hôtel que nous recommanderons à nos proches grâce à la qualité de l'accueil et son rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir stationner devant votre établissement afin de décharger nos bagages et le fait de pouvoir réserver dans un parking payant à proximité (21 euros) de 12 h au lendemain 12h.

Accueil parfait. En plein centre ville, à proximité de la place Massena, du vieux Nice et du bord de mer. N'hésitez pas à venir découvrir Nice dans ce charmant Hôtel à un prix très raisonnable au vu de sa situation centrale. Nous reviendrons !

Nice hotel, close to many shops and restaurants. It was very clean, the stuff was very polite. The strange thing was the decision for the terrace - in front of bathroom /you exit on the terrace from the bathroom/.
The once thing which I think as a negative was the information for parking.

No nos reconocieron el descuento que hace la página al contratar por ese medio en un principio. Tuvimos que revisar y pedir que nos hicieran la devolución. Acusaron un problema de software con los descuentos. En cuando al edificio, lo único "malo" que notamos fue el ascensor y los pasillos un poco viejos. Las habitaciones estaban bien, el wifi estaba bien.

Place pour décharger, et possibilité de parking sur place ou dans un parking partenaire de proximité.
Un tarif réduit pour les enfants pour le petit déjeuner serait apprécié.
