Très bien pour l'emplacement et pour la gentillesse du personnel. Par contre j'ai eu une chambre qui n'avaient rien à voir avec les photos, d'une décoration d'un autre temps, le lino qui se décolle etc... Pas très cosi.

Pour une nuit ce n'est pas gênant mais à ce prix... La déco pourrait être à la hauteur des photos

Ottima l'accoglienza, comoda la posizione, piacevole la stanza e comodo il letto. Non soddisfacente il bagno senza finestra né aspiratore e non soddisfacente la colazione.

C'est toujours un très grand plaisir de séjourner dans votre hôtel, chambre spacieuse et très agréable, calme, accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour sur la côte d'azur, en souhaitant la même chambre, que nous adorons.

Posizione perfetta perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e le vie dello shopping. Camera spaziosa. Parcheggio pubblico (a pagamento) nelle vicinanze. Staff cortese.

Un des meilleurs hotel que nous ayons pû faire en France...( et nous en avons fait ! ) Emplacement génial pour Nice, à deux pas de la place Massena, chambre parfaitement au top, petit déjeuner extra et propriétaires ou salariés tous d'une gentillesse et d'un savoir vivre exemplaire..... Vraiment excellent !!! félicitations a cet hotel....

El grifo de la ducha estaba roto.
Además la temperatura del agua cambiaba sola y la presión del agua era muy baja.

I had an amazing stay! The perfect location, very easy to get to the old town and the beach, as well as the train station. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were really kind and welcoming! The wifi quality was definitely some of the worst I've seen during my European travels. The breakfast was just okay.

Everything was quite like what I expected. The room price was a bit high, but doesn’t probably differ from other hotels of the same kind in the area. My single room (401) wasn’t too small, there was just enough room for one person. The elevator made some noise, but it didn’t bother me. The staff was very friendly both in the reception and the breatfast room, big thanks for that! ????

Zimmer wurde frisch renoviert. Badezimmer braucht noch einige Korrekturen. Montage Duschbrause und das WC ist zu direkt an der Wand.
Abschliessend war es aber für unseren Kurz-Urlaub tip top. Die Lage des Hotels ist super.

Accueil et Hotesses très charmantes , hotel que nous recommandons pour y avoir séjourné pour la 3° fois , seul petit bémol : une très petite odeur dans la sdb en provenance des évacuations d’eaux usées.

We complained on arrival that we had booked a superior room but we’re given a room on 4 th floor that in our opinion was not superior. We then complained 3 times about our shower running cold. Finally on the. 4th day we were given a room onb3rd floor which had shower that worked properly

Biggest problem was the A/C/
We arrived on the hottest night of the year and the room was stifling hot. The AC unit did not work.
We complained but the front desk said nothing could be done will the next day.
They did not even offer an alternate room or a fan.
They did not apologize.
We did not sleep at all that first night. When we asked for a legitimate refund for one night we were refused.
Otherwise the hotel was fine.
