Accueil compétent et charmant d'une jeune femme très souriante ????
Vélos électriques en bon état, faciles à utiliser et de bonne fabrication (de marque Arcade... nous sommes vendéens et un peu chauvins ????).
Tarifs raisonnables.
Notre balade en bord de Seine était un régal.

What a fantastic adventure we had. Givernon made it so easy to schedule, pickup, and return. They also gave helpful advice. The ride to Giverny was stunning and the e-bike ride made the day for our teens.

Un accueil très sympa dans la boutique à 2 pas de la gare, des vélos électriques au point et une grande balade très agréable ( Vernon, Giverny, la Roche Guyon…). 50 kms entre amis !

Des vélos tout à fait conformes à notre attente qui nous ont permis une belle journée à la découverte des petites routes du Vexin. Le prêt du casque et le panier super pratique à l'avant du vélo sont très appréciables. Avec un plus...l'accueil très souriant de la jeune femme présente ce dimanche.

Used the luggage rental service - the madame there was lovely and explained everything very well. Just use the online "bike rental" procedure and after all the bikes, you'll see a picture of a suitcase representing the luggage rental.

Boutique idéalement située à deux pas de la gare. Excellent accueil. Les vélos que nous avions réservés par internet étaient prêts à notre arrivée. Prêt de casques et antivols très pratique. Nous avons eu un souci de dérailleur sur un des vélos après une demi-heure de balade. Nous sommes revenues à la boutique et on nous l'a gentiment et immédiatement échangé contre un autre plus fonctionnel. Sinon RAS, vélos de bonne qualité et selles confortables ont rendu le trajet aux jardins de Giverny très agréable.

Resa Internet efficace et prix correct. Caution restituée instantanément. Bon accueil.
En revanche : freins mal réglés sur les 2 vélos et selle qui s’abaisse systématiquement sur un des vélos. Les sonnettes ne fonctionnent pas.

very easy online booking experience. Easy check-in although at train arrival times they could use more staffing. Bikes were perfect and reasonably priced. I would absolutely repeat.

Ich habe mir bei diesem Verleih ein E-Bike für zwei Tage ausgeliehen. Das Fahrrad war neuwertig, funktionierte einwandfrei, hatte ein Körbchen für meine Sachen und alles hat gut geklappt. Betonen möchte ich aber die Freundlichkeit. Ich kann nicht sehr gut laufen, benutze einen Stock und bin übergewichtig. In diesem Laden war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Dame war herzlich und freundlich und hat mir das entsprechende Rad raus gesucht was zu mir passt. Und das macht den entscheidenden Unterschied. Sich mit dem Fahrrad dort fortzubewegen ist wunderbar.

I am not sure I’d use their services again. The lady at the shop was nice and helpful but the bikes are not well maintained. The couple in front of us came back 2 minutes after getting their regular bikes with a flat tire. And then, 30 minutes into riding our electric bikes we got a flat tire also. They said they couldn’t pick it up and bring us another bike although the towns are very close to each other. We had to leave the bike half way to Giverny and they required that we took the other bike with us. So one of us had a bike and the other didn’t. We had to ride the train back which was so crowded and on a schedule. We did not have the freedom of riding whenever we wanted and that was a bummer. They did refund us for the one bike which was nice but I wouldn’t rely on their services again.

So grateful for this bike rental team! The staff member was incredibly kind and understanding as we had some unexpected hiccups on the road from Giverny. The bikes were in fantastic shape (6 gears!) with a helmet and lock to boot. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I decided to rent bikes instead of taking the shuttle to Giverny, and it was the perfect way to enjoy more of the countryside and have the freedom to tour at our own pace.

Aluguel rápido e fácil! As bicicletas são de excelente qualidade e lindas para aparecer na foto. Fomos para Giverny pedalando e foi uma experiência deliciosa!
