Un service aux petits soins, les équipes sont disponibles et souriantes, nous sommes extrêmement bien accueilli.
Hôtel propre, neuf, le plus son Roof top avec une vue imprenable sur la ville.

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Radisson du 14 au 15 juillet, j’ai passé un très bon moment, l’hôtel ce situe proche du centre ville, la chambre très belles et le matelas très agréables, le petit déjeuné était très bon et varié, mention spéciale au personnel du petit déjeuné très souriante et attentionnée, le seul bémol est la vu sur le terrain au 8eme étage

Avec une amie, nous sommes revenues au rooftop ainsi qu'au restaurant.
Elodie, Paul et Yanis nous ont super bien accueillies et ont été à nos petits soins tout du long. Côté menu, la carte de saison propose des plats savoureux avec un prix raisonnable.
Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'y passer ????

Le petit déjeuner était super et le service! Il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était bon et frais. Le personnel était sympa et serviable surtout la jeune fille qui parle le Russe était très accueillante et aimable. Merci.

Новый отель с современным ремонтом. Завтрак вкусный. Всё чистое и новое. Расстояние до центра -15мин пешком. Вокруг тихо , спим с открытым окном. Вид из окна неинтересный, но мне неважно

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel including a nice dinner at the restaurant and a great Amaretto Sour. I would like to say a special thank you to Shanon the new employee in the service Team. She took really great care of me and my family. Thank you very much and best regards from Germans. We will definitely come back.

Cerca del centro y con garage al lado, aunque sin comunicación directa entre ambos; no posee dársena para estacionar en la puerta y bajar valijas; hay que hacerlo en zona servicios sobre calle rue de la Petite Vitesse (allí no te guían los programas de las aplicaciones).|La habitación fué cómoda, luminosa y amplia.|Muy amables y atentos en la recepción.|Muy buen desayuno; excelente cena y a precios razonables.

Hotel nuovo, a 10 minuti dal centro, una breve passeggiata.|Si dorme bene è confortevole ha un parcheggio vicino se pur non connesso con l'hotel rimane veramente a 2 minuti,|Il servizio al check in è buono e il personale è gentile e diponibile.|La colazione è un po' scarsa il tutto secondo me ha bisogno di un po' di rodaggiocomunque il personale molto cortese.|Vi è un roof top dove potersi godere un aperitivo,|Più hotel da business.

We got stucked in the elevator during 1h, nobody helped us, although there was an old and sick man with us.|We could go out by ourselves, then the staff said, we were too heavy, which was not true believing the information in the elevator.|We had never an excuse from management of the hotel....||The elevator was often out of service which was difficult with 8 floors.||Not enough places for breakfast.

Perfect for couple looking for simple comfortable base in Reims. Hotel has a boutique feel and all modern and clean. Room comfortable too. The area is a bit soulless but not far from centre. Good base and decent breakfast too. Recommend for couples or working trips.

Die Klimaanlage war für so ein neues Hotel sehr laut. Wir wollten 2x in die Roof Top Bar und diese war zu. Einmal waren wir oben und nach 20 Minuten warten sind wir dann mit 12 Personen gegangen

Great hotel – but not ideal if you’re here for Champagne

We had a lovely stay at the Radisson in Reims. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

That said, if you’re coming to the region specifically for the Champagne experience – vineyard tours, tastings, and scenic countryside – you might want to consider staying in one of the smaller villages instead.

Still, as far as city hotels go, this one is excellent and definitely recommended if Reims is your destination.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Schöne, funktionale Zimmer mit Top Bad. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück mehr als in Ordnung. Frühstücksraum leider zu klein dimensioniert. Parkhaus in direkter Nähe zu guten Konditionen. Super Boxspringbetten!!!!

Preis-Leistung für Zimmerkathegorie "Superior" mangelhaft. Größe, Aussattung etc. war dem eines Standardzimmers praktisch gleich, aber doppelt so teuer! Personal war mit Notsituation (Fahrstuhl mit 8 Personen stecken geblieben!) überfordert. Technik-Personal kam erst nach 45 Minuten! Feuerwehr und Notarzt fühlten sich, trotz lebensbedrohlicher Situation, nicht zuständig und haben einfach aufgelegt.

Un établissement récent, propre , a la décoration soignée , proche du centre ville de Reims a 7 min à pieds.
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Personnels adorables , souriants et a l'écoute.
Un point de plus en particulier aux 2 dames d'origine péruvienne à l'accueil qui sont particulièrements agréables.
Merci pour ce bon séjour nous reviendrons.
Ps: très bon rapport qualité/prix.
