Le Park Hyatt est intensément, profondément, définitivement chic, gâté par la nature, la vraie, la verte et bleue, puisque installé dans un golf, au bord de la marina observant sur la berge d'en face le poumon chlorophyllien du plus grand parc de Dubaï. Composé de petites unités blanches à dôme bleu, la plupart de plain-pied, il se distingue des innombrables buildings de la ville par son aspect de petite cité arabo-mauresque. Ponctuées de touches orientales, les chambres conservent la sobriété noble d’un agencement design qui privilégie l’ouverture.

موقع ممتاز وخدمة احترافية جدا ولكن السلبية الوحيدة هي عدم وجود شطاف في حمام الغرفة وهو شي مستغرب جداً بالنسبة لي. وعدم توفر مقابس شحن بالقرب من السرير او المقاعد مما يجعل الإقامة غير مريحة نوعاً ما.

This hotel certainly stands out, not merely for its luxurious features but for the outstanding service that complements every facet of the stay. From the moment of arrival, the staff were thoroughly attentive, ensuring a splendid experience. The attention to detail is apparent throughout, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the impeccably kept grounds. Dining here was also a pleasure; each meal was consistently good. The hotel also offers an array of activities and amenities to suit all tastes, whether you're in search of relaxation at the spa or keen to explore local attractions. It strikes a fine balance between comfort, sophistication, and attentive hospitality.

I'm giving it only three stars due to a disappointing experience by their front of house team (particularly a member of the team 'Isaac' who my wife and I were surprised was a part of Hyatt; rude and arrogant). Particularly surprising as everyone else representing the hotel were great.
If you can look past the above, this is a hotel is beautiful. Highly recommended as the authentic Dubai experience.
