What a beautiful hotel and centrally located. The staff is professional, helpful and cheerful. I want to appreciate the support of staff ASHOK from security team as he assisted me in getting back home after the flood night in dubai. He was following up with the limousine driver regularly until I reached destination. I'm definitely coming back and will bring my family as well.

Great hotel but terrible restaurant service! I live since 6 years mostly in the best hotels and the Tandoor Tina restaurant and the breakfast service was the worst. Do I have to wear expensive clothes to be appreciated? The hotel reception is friendly and offered me many possibilities to make me happy again :) The Ernst Restaurant is also great!

I came to the hotel after at the night of Dubai floods, i asked for a room but was fully booked. I have a reservation in other hotel but couldn’t reach it because of floods. The staff were very nice and kind, they helped us in all manner. Provided beverages and snack’s, also tried to arrange car for us.
Thanks you so much 25hours for your kindness

The first thing at the reception we found Ms Jesi she helped us a lot and we enjoyed all the services it’s totally different from other hotels the vibe is different.

Einzigartiges, wunderschönes Hotel! Es gibt soviel zu sehen und erleben. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend!
Alle sind so freundlich und helfen bei jedem Anliegen.
Besonders Catherie vom Shop in der Lobby war wirklich unglaublich nett, thank you!

Positiv: das Frühstück ist okay & die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Das Hotel ist optisch ansprechend.

Negativ: Unser erstes Zimmer lag im 2.OG direkt über dem Eingang - bis 4 Uhr nachts schellt die laute Musik, hupende Autos die ein und aus fahren. Nach der ersten nacht wollten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Man sicherte uns zu, dass das neue Zimmer ruhiger ist. Nachts ist es leider nur minimal leiser. Tagsüber ist hier so laut, als würde man im Freizeitpark sitzen. Mal 30 min nach dem aufstehen in Ruhe ein Buch lesen? Undenkbar in dem Zimmer! Ich kann doch aber auch nicht jeden Tag zur Rezeption gehen und umziehen in angeblich ruhigere Zimmer!

Wir haben noch 4 Tage vor uns und ich bereue es mich für dieses Hotel entschieden zu haben. Wer durchgehend Party & laute Musik sucht ist hier willkommen! Alle anderen haben hier einfach Pech… Schade. Bitte lest euch die Rezensionen vorher gut durch! Wir sind nun traurig das wir in unserem Urlaub hier nicht zur Ruhe kommen…

As a family traveling with kids, our recent stay at the 25 Hours Hotel Dubai turned into a really bad night due to an incredibly noisy Friday. The super loud music playing until three in the morning made it impossible for us, and even as adults, we couldn't find a moment of peace. Despite telling the hotel staff twice about the noise, nothing was done to fix it, leaving us feeling ignored as guests. It's sad to see a lack of thoughtfulness for families at this hotel. The noise was too much and not family-friendly, and it really affected our stay. We left feeling tired and upset, deciding never to come back on such noisy nights. Overall, our experience at the 25 Hours Hotel Dubai was spoiled by the really loud noise and the hotel's failure to do anything about it. Families looking for a calm stay should think twice before booking here, especially on weekends.

Very bad hotel, toooooo much noise at night I can’t sleep from the music sound, I don’t recommend this hotel specially for family ????????
Also, the room is not clean, sand and dust ????????????????????????????????????????????????
