We hadden een erg fijn verblijf in dit hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en net. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is heel erg uitgebreid. Prima locatie!
Speciale dankjewel aan Merry, deze dame hielp ons op verschillende manieren en beantwoordde elke vraag met een glimlach!

One of the best hotels that I stayed in. Me and my partner stayed for his birthday and i asked them if they can put something like design in our room. And they did! We are so happy. They put roses in bed and cake! We got the best view of JBR , the services are excellent! From valet parking to reception. Miss Ross made sure we have all what we need. Definitely recommend this place. Plus it’s walking distance to everything! All u can think about.

What right does the security guards not allow guests to enter the hotel if they enter from the other entrance? All people are guests, first of all! And with this attitude, I strongly do not recommend coming to this hotel. The security does not know how and does not know how to communicate with guests. No respect for men or women here. You come to Dubai, and they follow you like a dog and can't say anything good. No etiquette and subordination. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. If you want to save your nerves and first of all your time, I do not advise you to stay at this hotel. Thank you.

الفندق ممتاز واثاثه جيد وموقعه مميز واطالته جميله على عين دبي والبحر مناسب للعوائل إلى حد ما يعيبه فقط الازعاج في الليل بسبب السيارات وبسبب وجود الملهى ليلي .

Very poor service.
Their scale didn’t work and when I called about the issue they couldn’t send me one, they told me I had to go down to front desk.
I asked for two separate beds and the second bed as a sofa bed, they never made this clear beforehand.
The service at the restaurant where they serve breakfast was mediocre, and not helpful.

Прекрасная локация и сервис! Русскоязычная девушка не ресепшен быстро оформила нам номер в соответствии с пожеланиями. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид на пляж и берег Marina, система кондиционирования работает безупречно. Остались в восторге от уровня кухни, у нас был полупансион завтрак-ужин. Вместе с тем, номера чуть «уставшие», ожидала что будут выглядеть поновее. В целом, исключительно приятные впечатления и очень отзывчивый персонал! Спасибо!

Wir haben 13 Tage im Hotel genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut Top, zum Strand und zum Flanieren. auch die Metro und Tram sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders toll fanden wir auch die Nutzung des Strandes vom Schwesterhotel JA The Beach Resort.

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel und waren grundsätzlich zufrieden.

Personal: überwiegend sehr freundlich.

Frühstück: sehr gut. Schwerpunkt auf britischer und indischer Küche. Sehr viele warme Gerichte bereits zum Frühstück. Ist aber für jeden was dabei. Buffet ist auch jeden Tag anders. Der Frühstücksraum ist relativ laut, da das Hotel wirklich groß ist und der Raum für die Menge an Gästen etwas klein geraten ist.

Pool: Der Pool ist im 3. Stock gelegen und ab 07.00 Uhr geöffnet. Es gibt einen Handtuchverleih, bei dem man auf Wunsch auch einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand bekommt. Eine Bar gibt es auch. Die Anzahl der Liegen reicht aber für die Menge an Gästen nicht aus. Wer gerne schwimmen möchte sollte dies am frühen Morgen tun, später ist der Pool zu voll dafür.

Strand: ist öffentlich und nach ca. 300 Metern zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Fitness: Der Fitnessraum ist für ein Hotel extrem gut ausgestattet. Einige Geräte müssten aber mal wieder gewartet oder erneuert werden.

Zimmer: Groß und geräumig. Man bekommt jeden Tag kostenlos 2 Flaschen Wasser aufs Zimmer gestellt. Insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und hier auch das einzige große Minus des Hotels. Die Lautstärke nachts. Am JBR Beach viele Bars und Clubs mit entsprechender Lautstärke in der Nacht. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und man weiß das auch wenn man in dieser Gegend wohnt. Wäre bei allen Hotels in der Gegend das selbe. Es wäre aber unbedingt erforderlich die Zimmer mit schalldichten Fenstern auszustatten. Gerade am Wochenende ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Auch die Türen zum Gang sind nicht dicht und man hört jedes Wort.

Lage: sehr gut mit Metro und Tram zu erreichen. Von der Tram dann noch 300 Meter zu Fuß. Sowohl Dubai Marina als auch Jumeirah Beach fußläufig mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés.

Отдыхали в отеле в конце февраля начале марта с семьёй. Отличный отель. У нас был стандартный номер. Очень удобный для детей диван, который разбирается вперёд, как две отдельные раскладушки. Между ними поставили диванные подушки, и у каждого было своё место.
Прекрасный вид на море и колесо обозрения.
Отличный персонал. Отзывчивый - на просьбы реагировали очень быстро, не во всех отелях так. Внимательный. Есть руско-говорящие но не всегда. В ресторане еда разнообразная и вкусная, дети были очень довольны. На ужинах нет никаких напитков, только платно.
Уборка ежедневная, хорошая. Из принадлежностей есть в установленных флаконах - гель, шампунь и кондиционер. Отдельно молочко для тела, мыло, шапочка для душа, тапочки. Есть халаты.
Для пляжа на 3м этаже, где бассейн выдают полотенца и зонты. Оттуда есть удобный уличный лифт, попадаешь сразу на променад, оттуда до пляжа 100 метров. Собственного пляжа у отеля нет, можно расположится на песочке на полотенцах или рядом есть сектор с шезлонгами платными.

Для меня был один недостаток, как для человека с очень чувствительным носом - так это сильный запах на входе и всём первом этаже. Там большие композиции с лилиями не каждый может это переносить.... И даже когда ты ступаешь в крутящуюся дверь, не знаю, может это ароматизатор, парфюм.....Но ОЧЕНЬ резкий! Голова иногда на это очень сильно реагировала.

Как пожелание - используйте более нейтральные запахи и цветов тоже огромное количество, которые не имеют такого резкого аромата как лилии.

На моё счастье - всё это заканчивалось на ресепшене - ни в коридорах, ни в ресторане, ни в номере никаких резких отдушек не было.

А так, действительно, очень приятный отель, куда хочется вернуться.

The hotel is good, I recommend it for a visit. Good breakfasts. Among the shortcomings I would like to note the cleaning of the room and plumbing.

My mother and I spent one week in JA Oceanview hotel. Our experience was impeccable! Everything from the hotel location, the hotel itself, and most importantly the service were exceptional. When we arrived, we asked for a disabled access room, and the staff immediately provided us with such accommodation.
JA Oceanview hotel is located at JBR walk, which in my opinion, is the best neighborhood in Dubai to spend a relaxing vacation (right next to the beach, walking distance to numerous high quality restaurants and shops, and 5 minutes drive to Dubai Marina Mall).
Special thanks to Mr. Hashim and Ms. Merry, who made us feel like home! We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back!

The hotel deserves 5 stars out of 100%. Good location in the rich Marina district, elegant hotel with large rooms and a view of the ocean. Our room was sparkling clean thanks to the work of Laximi Bal.
Delicious breakfasts and dinners.
The team in the hotel restaurant is wonderful, Koe, MD, employees from Kazakhstan and many others made staying in the restaurant a great pleasure.
We had a problem, even though it didn't concern the hotel, manager Hashim quickly found a solution. Mr. Hashim is very cordial, friendly and professional.
Merry Pereira Senior Concierge supervised and resolved our problem. Merry is just fantastic.
This November we are planning a trip to Dubai with our family to celebrate my birthday, of course to JA Ocean View Hotel

Excellent hotel and place to stay. Location is the ultimate thing. Its right on the shopping and restaurants street with beach about 5 min walk. All amenities in the hotel are excellent. The bets part is the drinking water bottles in the room are not chargeable and can order more if required. Food is good breakfast is well laid out with a lot of variety.
Room size is good with an extra bed easily possible to put with still place to move around in the room. Tthe best part is the location and view. Each room has a balcony to sit and have cup of tea with sea view. Swimming pool also at the hotel.
Water sports activities at sea very near by with a lot of cafe and restaurants to eat.
All in all an excellent stay and wonderful & supportive staff. I would stay again if I plan to go to Dubai.

The hotel is located near the beautiful Dubai Eye / Marina Promenade / Marina Mall.
The hotel reception is staffed by very helpful / kind / friendly professional staff. The hotel is responsive to your special requests.
On the day of arrival, a welcome card with a box of candy was waiting for me in the room. It was a wonderful heart warming zest from the hotel. Thank you!
The hotel room is large and beautifully furnished. There is a possibility to make coffee / tea in the room. There is bottled water in the room.
The bed is comfortable. Pillows / blankets are soft and comfortable. A beautiful view of the Persian Gulf from the balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with shampoo / conditioner / shower gel.
The hotel's pool area has sun loungers /a bar and a cozy seating area. The sandy beach is opposite the hotel. Beach towels and a parasol will be nicely packed by the hotel for you when you go to the beach.
The hotel's gym is suitable for even the most demanding customers. The gym has a wide selection of high-quality training equipment. Music plays in the background / there are three televisions on the wall where you can watch various news if you wish. And the best thing is that it is open from 6 in the morning.
The breakfast is very rich and tasty. Hardworking chefs take excellent care of the display. Private orders are kindly accepted and quickly delivered to the table.
The special themed dinners were super nice. Background musicians. The food was delicious and the service was great. The restaurant is small, but perhaps I should contact an architect regarding its design ;) Perhaps I felt the lack of details that create a mood, such as softer light and a quieter atmosphere.
The hotel has a very helpful and friendly porter. A kind and smiling concierge who is quickly ready to organize a taxi for you and open the doors.
Only one a small observation for the hotel. The only weak link in the hotel was the room cleaning / rude room attendant. Everyday he left some towel / paper / toilet paper / tea bag / water bottle without putting in the room. At the same time I think that all visitors should be equal for the hotel staff, regardless of their gender or religious views. Politely greeting children and women as well, not just male visitors.
Overall everything was great. I warmly recommend visiting the hotel and for my part I would like to thank the wonderful staff of the hotel for their kindness / friendliness and helpfulness.

Отель отличный. На ресепшене есть русскоязычные сотрудники. Рассказали всё подробно. Номер двухкомнатный с отличным видом на залив. Уборка тщательная, ежедневная.
Питание разнообразное, на обед и ужин не включены напитки, имейте ввиду.
В целом отель шикарный, вернёмся ещё

Мы прожили 4 дня в гостинице Ocean view hotel jbr. Персонал очень хороший, особенно на завтраке нам помогал мальчик по имени Азим, он был очень добрым и отзывчивым.
И девушка из рецепшига по имени Nasrine была очень вежливой , она нам помогла с номером комнаты с шикарным видом на море.

Понравился отель и особая благодарность Галине и Nisrine на рецепшене очень добр ые чуткие ко всём посетителям
