Sofitel Dubai Downtown
Great location, great amenities…and from top to bottom, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every single person treated us like we were the most important people in the world. Even prior to our arrival the Guest Services team took care of us. Outstanding!

كما يتميز الفندق عن غيره من الفنادق بوجود ضيافة مجانية شاي وقهوه وحلويات طوال اليوم تقريباً
يوجد اماكن خاصة للأطفال بوجود مراقبات متخصصات في هذا المجال

Unser 2 Aufenthalt im Sofitel Downtown.
Wir kamen nachts an und wurden nach einem kostenpflichtigen Upgrade in ein Zimmer gebucht mit defekter Klimaanlage.
Nach ca 2 Stunden war die Klimaanlage repariert

Teilbereich am Pool schon Nachmittag abgesperrt um für eine Veranstaltung aufzubauen.
Zimmer mittlerweile schon etwas abgewohnt
Frühstück war gut und immer schmackhaft.

As a platinum accor member! Absolutely amazing hotel. Everything was great from room to facilities to service from employees. Especially Robert the Ugandan from reception. He was a very nice receptionist who was very welcoming and warm! He deserves a promotion and a raise! This hotel and robert are the gold standard!

Wie wir es von Sofitel gewohnt sind, ist alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen. Der Umzug auf eine höhere Etage am zweiten Tag lief nicht ganz planmäßig aber am Abend hat es dann doch geklappt und danach waren wir wunschlos glücklich. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders die Kinderfreundlichkeit möchte ich hier betonen und hat dazu geführt das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben

Nous avons réservé une suite junior pour 3 adultes et un enfant. Grâce à mon statut Platinum, j'ai eu un surclassement en studio avec une cuisine, qui est inutile (nous mangeons dehors) et j'attends de mieux, et nous n'avons pas eu le boisson bienvenue, la chambre est équipée un lit queen size donc qui est un peu petit pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant (1,6m) d'habitude les Sofitel ont des grands lits (1,8-2 m). Donc j'ai demandé un lit appoint, impossible (je comprends les normes des hôtels) ou un supplément plus 200€ pour changer une suite. Donc il vous reste une possibilité de nous surclasser, Dommage !

Le club millésime est très médiocre, pour l'heure ouverture ainsi le choix de la nourriture (nous étions 1 fois) Et le petit déjeuner, mes enfants ont pris une fois pendant le séjour, le jour arrivée à 8h30 en attendant avoir notre chambre.
et nous juste un café et les fruits le matin. Tous les matins sont pareils, heureusement nous avons resté que 3 jours. Peut-être les plats ne sont pas à notre goût.

Aucun attention pour les clients Platinum.

Sinon Super hôtel, idéalement placé à côté du Dubaï Mall et de Burj Khalifa à 10 minutes. Le métro à 200 m. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, calmes et bien équipées.

Ms. Husna was the most approachable and the most friendly in your team. We had a wonderful experience in your hotel because of her. She’s very accommodating and welcoming and adheres to our request. The opera lounge is impeccable! Big and nice suite perfect for family. Location is good as well. Beautiful pool area with shisha. Lounge food was also good except for the breakfast which I find limited and not so delicious for a 5* level hotel. Overall, superb and very satisfied

My 2nd stay at the Sofitel Downtown, both times my experience has been outstanding!
I've been blessed to stay in many lovely hotels, around the world, but this has to be the best.????
The views from my room was mesmerising, loved looking at the Burj Khalifa's lights sparkling in the dark.
Slept peacefully, every night.
A big "Thank you" to the housekeeping team, they worked so hard. My room was cleaned to a very high standard, twice daily, with evening turn down and lovely treats.
The buffet restaurant was just delicious, with so many wonderful choices.
Sharjeel, such a fantastic host, attentive, warm, caring and genuinely made me and my family feel like royalty ???? He went above and beyond.
Every single member of staff , a credit to this lovely hotel.
I would like to give a special mention to:
Mr Anwar - Amazing chef.
Miss Solange - Greeted us with a beautiful smile and always happy to assist us.
Robbie - Truly friendly and so helpful.
A memorable stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit top Lage. Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und einem sehr schönen Pool im 5. Stock.

Frühstück ist mega vielfältig und sehr lecker.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé pour une visite de downtown

Magnifique hôtel situé au cœur du quartier downtown de Dubaï. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien équipées. Le personnel est très professionnel et au petit soin avec les clients. Le petit déjeuner est varié et d'excellente qualité. La piscine à débordement offre une vue sur la fameuse Burj Khalifa. Le célèbre "Dubaï mall" est aisément accessible via un piétonnier aérien qui débute à 50 mètres de l'hôtel. Le personnel du spa est également adorable. Le prix pour le service cuisine en chambre est tout à fait abordable. Je vous recommande cet hôtel !
Attention, cependant, qu'il faut ajouter 25% au prix de la chambre pour les taxes et services divers.

le Sofitel downtown est superbe les chambres sont très grande la salle de bain aussi la literie est tres confortable
le personnel est très gentil et a l 'écoute....
la situation de l hotel est idéal car en face de l hotel il y a le métro burj Kalifa qui est d ailleurs magnifique très propre avec les tapis roulant climatisés qui nous amene directement au dubai mall en 15 minutes de marche....
l hotel est superbe on y retournera....
