It was our 2nd stay here and every thing was perfect.
All the staff were very polite and helpful.
I must have special thanks because of reception specially Mr. Mahmud.
Our apartment was very clean and all the home keeping staff specially Sujantan and Janaka were very helpful and did their best.
Access to pool was very easy and the pool was one of the best in my experiences.

من به همراه خانواده سوئیت ۲ خوابه به مدت ۵ شب گرفتم اتاق ها به نسبت تمیز بود امکانات اتاق خوب بود تقریبا همه چیز داشت و کمبودی حس نکردم برخورد پرسنل خیلی خوب و گرم بود و هر کمکی میتونستن انجام میدادن تنها ضعف هتل صبحانه تکراری و متنوع نبودن صبحانه بود. موقعیت هتل برای من خیلی عالی و رضایت بخش بود چون در کنار سیتی سنتر بود و برای خرید خیلی راحت بودم و برای گشت و گذار هم چون ماشین کرایه کرده بودم هیچ مشکلی نداشتم در کل پیشنهاد این هتل و به همگی میدم

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences. The housekeeping staff, especially Tania and Abhilash, always brings a smile to my face. Always polite and smiling. Their wallet parking staff are inconsiderate of the traffic queues they create when they park customer cars in the way of other cars instead of parking at designated hotel parking spaces ...

8 stayed 14 days with my 4 sisters in Pullman appartements. The stay was very nice thanks to the staff especially Kelvin. They organized a special Women's day for us. We'll come back and recommend thé hôtel.

Great hotel and staff. Stayed at Pullman Dubai Residences. These apartments were clean and had all necessary equipment. Great access to gym (part of hotel) and good equipment. Outstanding service from Shiva and Motaz (among other things kindly extended my check out considerably). Recommend very much hotel.

Pullman Hotel deira City center is one of rhe best Hotel iv stayed in whenver I visit dubai. The price , the comfort , services and security 10/10. The reception staff are really respectful and handle their guest verywell and they are so considerate and helpful especially when you extend your stay with them, they are helpful in managing your bill and also in the executive lounge staff Ms Sulochana for being nice, and attends to the guest needs and all the chef and waiters in executive lounge and Medley restaurant as well . Thank you to all the portermen that handles our luggages and thumbs up to Valet staff. Thats why I keep coming back to Pullman hotel not only for the good location but especially for their great service .Thank you and Godbless????????
