Mein Aufenthalt im Grand Hyatt Dubai war absolut phänomenal! Vom Moment meiner Ankunft bis zu meiner Abreise wurde ich von einem Team begrüßt, das echte Gastfreundschaft demonstrierte. Die Architektur des Hotels ist beeindruckend und die Anlagen sind makellos gepflegt.

Mein Zimmer war geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Skyline von Dubai.

Die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels sind erstklassig. Der Poolbereich ist ein wahrer Traum und der ideale Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Sonne zu genießen. Das Fitnesscenter ist gut ausgestattet und bietet eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten für ein effektives Training.

Insgesamt kann ich das Grand Hyatt Dubai uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Bonjour actuellement en vacances dans cette hôtel ne venez pas perde votre argent ici , l hôtel ne mérite pas le 5 étoile ,je ne savait pas que la piscine pour enfants de moins 3 ans était fermé qui il y a gros chantier pour un futur parc aquatique dans cette hôtel ,le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner sont médiocre voir degeulasse ,le service voiturier sont long pour ramener votre voiture ,les chambres et la vue depuis la chambre sont moches ,et le kid club est payant ,voyage privé mon arnaque sans déclarer que l hôtel est en travaux , vraiment a fuir cette hôtel ,depuis les chambres la nuit on entend la sonorisation d une boîte de nuit qui appartient l hôtel ,faire le bon choix mais ne venez pas ici !!!! Croyez moi plus jamais ici

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to in Dubai the service is great the rooms are amazing and clean the hotel has multiple pools and each pool is better than the other there is a kids club and a spa it’s was an amazing experience

Lovely experience at grand hyatt everything is not far and the staff was so kind and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable. I forgot her name but i think asmi was really good. Would recommend to everyone and i miss my room 1416 alot.

Hotel was great, good proximity to the airport, easy to get around (via Uber) as it’s close to most things. Customer service was EXCELLENT, hotel and the room is beautiful and clean.

From the moment I arrived, Mr. Siddharth and Mr. Rahol went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the stage for a memorable stay.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Raj, Rajendra, Har and John at the Front of House, Karan, Robin, Rizan, Ruzanna, Rajeev, Ajas, Chef Shashi and chef Mohit in the restaurant, Gita, Anil the rest of the pool crew as well as the house keeping team were stars of the hotel! They made every effort to make sure that our stay was the best experience that we had! Happily come back next year for our next trip.

Me, my husband and our baby had a staycation at Grand Hyatt and it was very special indeed. From the day we checked-in, they already upgraded our room and received a bowl of welcome fruits. The hotel itself is very luxurious and has a man-made forest inside. They have a huge pool with different deep levels, they have a peacock sanctuary which my baby enjoyed watching, they also have an indoor pool to enjoy when the weather become too hot.We had dinner at the Wox restaurant and the food was great! We had breakfast at The Market Cafe which is good although the choices are more Indian. Mr Mithun was very thoughtful and gave us a Bon Voyage cake which we greatly appreciated. We thank Ms Jackie at the Reception for the lovely hospitality. Overall our stay at your hotel was very memorable, we will surely come back again.

Bin in den letzten 15 Jahren fünf mal im Grand Hyatt Dubai gewesen und habe mich sehr wohl und angekommen gefühlt! Danke dafür!

Natürlich hat sich auch einiges geändert, wie zum Beispiel die Liegen am Pool und die schöne kleine Rutsche.
Das sind Dinge die sich im Laufe der Zeit ändern, aber das ist nicht schlimm.

Ebenso kommen auch neue Dinge hinzu, wie z.B. der Wasserpark.
Bin schon gespannt wie dieser wird.

Firstly, I want to commend the room allocation process. The room I was provided with exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the breathtaking views to the comfort of the furnishings. I was thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation and found it to be an excellent retreat during my stay. Front office-Jackie , Hommam at the Front office thank you immensely for your help. Also Suresh and the housekeeping team provided the surprise decoration in the room as we had a pre-birthday celebration for my daughter .Furthermore, I was extremely pleased with the level of cleanliness maintained in the room. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into ensuring that the space was immaculate, which contributed significantly to my overall comfort and satisfaction.

The spa experience I had at your hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil ambiance of the spa facilities, I was transported to a realm of relaxation and rejuvenation. The attention to detail in creating a serene and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed, and it set the tone for what was to be a truly memorable experience. I must commend the professionalism and expertise of the spa therapist Lyn. Their skillful hands and attentive care ensured that every moment of my treatment was not only therapeutic but also deeply restorative . Shout out to Lyn and Rhea here from Ahasees Spa.

The diverse range and high quality of the culinary offerings truly impressed me. Each meal I enjoyed was a delightful culinary journey, showcasing a variety of flavors and cuisines that catered to a wide range of tastes. Moreover, I must commend the impeccable service provided by the staff at the restaurants and bars. Rajeev, Adi, Vipin, Ajas, Mithun, and Abhi at The Market Cafe in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Their professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced my overall enjoyment of the meals. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the food buffet varieties. While I found the options provided to be of excellent quality, I couldn't help but notice that there were fewer choices compared to other Grand Hyatt properties I've stayed at in different countries. Please note that this is not to say that the offerings were lacking in any way, but rather a reflection of the high standard set by the Grand Hyatt brand, which tends to spoil guests with a plethora of choices. I believe that expanding the variety of food buffet options could further elevate the dining experience and align more closely with the expectations set by the Grand Hyatt brand. Nonetheless, I want to emphasize that this feedback is provided with the utmost appreciation for the exceptional service and culinary experiences I enjoyed during my stay.

Last but certainly not least, I must commend the outstanding customer service demonstrated by your colleagues throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, me and my family were met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every interaction I had with your team members left a positive impression, and their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience did not go unnoticed.

Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Location: After a long flight from Australia, the location was perfect for us and only 10 mins from the airport.
Room: Well equiped, spacious, clean.
Food: Breakfast was fantastic. Buffet dinner was ok, kids loved it though.
Club Access: More a place to hang out and get some drinks during the day, which is a good option. Just drinks though.
Pool: It’s great, kids loved it. I see reviews whinging about ongoing work but it was not an inconvenience and will be amazing when done. Kids clubs staff were great also.
Additional: Staff were really friendly on during the entire trip.
After we left for the airport we mistakenly left a backpack in a taxi. The hotel were able to source cab registration and make contact with driver just before our flight departed. I CANT THANK THE STAFF HIGHLY ENOUGH, particularly Michael from security.

Das Hotel war ausgezeichnet! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück, da unser Flug am Abreisetag sehr früh war. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr freundlich und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Halbpension beinhaltete alkoholfreie Getränke im Buffetrestaurant zum Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig genug und boten einen tollen Blick auf den Burj Khalifa.
