Rooms are okay, but not worth the price we paid. Worst hotel experience in Dubai.. any hotel would replace water bottles everyday/ per every night we book the hotel, we booked this hotel for 3 nights and only on the Day 1 they gave us water bottle and other 2 days in spite of requesting them also they never provided even though we argued saying we paid 6,000₹ per night per room, they are like they will only provide one water bottle per customer despite staying how many nights, and we had booked one more night in separate booking expecting a water bottle, again they rejected our request saying they cannot provide it as you are already staying in the same hotel. Pathetic and worst service, never faced such issue in any other hotel. Not even suggesting this hotel for any one of my near and dear. May be if you don’t have any other option and looking for cheap stay, stay for one night and not more than that. Worst hospitality. 1 star is also way too much for their service! Not at all recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay in Golden sands 5.The hospitality was quite amazing.
Anis the receptionist was very nice,had all the time to assist me,ask of Anis anytime and thank me later????
The restaurant was too was nice and their food too

Mankhool area bur dubai near four point sheraton hotel . Very nice location and rooms for larger family and also for expo visitor .

Pleasant Stay with Minor Inconvenience

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing big breakfast offered. It was delicious and provided a great start to my day. The hotel itself was very clean, including the rooms and the nice pool area, which also offered an amazing view. Additionally, the staff were always smiling and seemed genuinely friendly.

However, there was one aspect of my stay that was disappointing. Towards the end of my vacation, I encountered an issue in the lobby. I wanted to put only one bag inside my luggage, but a member of your staff informed me that it wasn't allowed. While I understand the need for certain rules, I felt that the way she addressed me was somewhat unpleasant, and it left a negative impression.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at your hotel and would consider staying again in the future. However, I hope that minor issues like the one I experienced can be addressed to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

I had my guests staying at Golden sands Apartment 5 , Which i had recommended due to it's location. In the past years also they had stayed in the same hotel and enjoyed the stay.
Last time i couldn't visit them as i was out of the country and this time when they arrived they had asked to visit the hotel so i visited the hotel along with my guest. Initially we met at the lobby and my guest request if we can go to the room to have tea as it's apartment hotel and they wanted to meet the other guests. so i went visited and while coming back the bell boy Mr. Raja started questioning as if it was an interrogation. and i had committed a felony . I had a very bad experience. Hope he gets a proper training on how to speak with customers rather than interrogating them.
