Première cave vinicole de France, fondée en 1895, elle fait partie des meilleures caves coopératives d'Alsace ! Elle regroupe 40 viticulteurs : 8 lieux-dits, 8 Grands Crus et 235 ha certifiés HVE3. La Cave de Ribeauvillé propose 80 références, parmi lesquelles on craque pour le Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé 2018 (93/100 Wine Enthusiast). Cave de dégustation, salle d'expo, salle des foudres (centenaires !), musée de la vigne, œnothèque, ici tout est pensé pour une visite complète et enrichissante. Les enfants profiteront de l'espace de jeux intérieur.
