Die Besitzerin Francesca ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bereits zum 3.Mal in diesem Hotel.

A very bad experience. Food was really untasty (like plastic) and very expensive. Service was really impolite and bad-mannered (a man and a woman both argentinian). Not recommended. Stay away frof this place!

Worse than McDonalds. Frozen food, expensive and coffee is real rubish. Waiters also disgusting. Not recommended at all.

Abbiamo provato soltanto il ristorante, non mi aspettavo di trovarne uno così buono a circa 2200 metri di altezza. Panini abbondanti e pizza davvero squisita, del tutto inaspettato. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che sono di passaggio e vogliono gustarsi un buon pranzo o una buona cena

Не понимаю, почему у пиццерии хорошие отзывы. Были 2 раза, первый с детьми. Заказывали обычную пиццу Маргарита, ребёнок не мог её есть, очень солёная. Второй ребёнок брал равиоли, принесли пять штук. С трудом наелся))). В следующий раз были вдвоем, я тоже заказала равиоли - те же самые за 14 евро, и порция была совершенно другая ((( фото прилагаю. Остались очень разочарованы рестораном.

Un connubio di alta gastronomia e viste incantevoli. Il Ristorante Savoy è la fascinosa sala ristorante, chic ma informale, del Grand Hotel Savoia. Le tramezzature geometriche in legno traforato conferiscono suggestione e pregio agli ambienti, recentemente rinnovati. Sedute accoglienti, abbinate a tessuti morbidi, rendono l’intero allestimento confortevole, mentre dettagli come gli elementi di illuminazione e l’esposizione dei vini accentuano la sensazione di lusso.
Situato ai piedi della catena montuosa delle Dolomiti, il Grand Hotel Savoia di Cortina d’Ampezzo propone un’esperienza culinaria che ti farà innamorare. Review for the restaurant:
The best pizza that I ate yet, however there are some aspects that I would criticise.
Positive:
Great, extensive selection of pizzas, which can be made gluten free upon request. The one I tried (Haiti) was delicious.
The view from the restaurant is very panoramic, and well worth it.
The bathrooms were spotless, though narrow.
The staff was helpful and professional.
To be improved:
There was a hair in my pizza (please refer to the second image attached), which was quite conspicuous against the background of the topping, so the staff could have noticed before serving.
The menu card was rather dirty, with stains from sauces and hairs. Given that it was laminated, it would be a simple matter to occasionally sanitise it.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. However, special attention to hygiene ought to be payed on the part of the staff.

dopo aver mangiato al ristorante l'unica cosa che si può dire è che lo staff non ha un minimo di preparazione sulla ristorazione, i prezzi super alti per il servizio e per il cibo.
