This address is not to be missed. Thomas is so knowledgeable. He patiently explained the wines and terroir, aromas and flavors, food pairings, and recommended serving temperatures to us in English, German or French. We were able to not only learn about the family winery, but also the wines of Alsace. Their wines are exceptional. And equally as important- as a foreigner who doesn’t speak much French, their hospitality is everything you’d hope for. Go visit Horcher wines.

Fantastic experience. My husband and I went for the "complete experience" - it was the perfect day out. We went for a walk around the vineyards, sampled a lot of fantastic wine and came back with our own bottle. One of the best experiences in Alsace. Highly recommend this to anybody who wants a full wine tour. We can't stop talking about it!!

Very nice winery to visit. Very small scale and very nice family. We were allowed to taste everything and had a nice walk through the vineyards. Thomas helped us and was very helpful and attentive! Definitely recommended

We really enjoyed our wine tasting here. We just walked in and the owners were super friendly and accommodating. Outstanding wines and really friendly service. They speak French, English and German.

Thomas begroette ons bij aankomst hartelijk. We hebben enorm veel mogen proeven, dat was geen enkel probleem. We voelden ons zeer welkom, de sfeer was heel gastvrij. De Cremant was onze favoriet! Zeker aan te bevelen!!!

Nous avons passé la porte un peu par hasard au retour d’une balade, et avons été vraiment agréablement surpris de l’accueil généreux et chaleureux qui nous a été offert pour cette dégustation imprévue, accompagnée de beaucoup de pédagogie et de passion de la part de Thomas !

Wir haben das Weingut aufgrund der guten Bewertungen spontan besucht.
Herzlicher ,freundlicher Empfang und eine tolle Beratung und Degustation von Weissweinen.
Die Weine haben uns sehr gut gefallen ,super Qualität ,gutes Preis -Leistungs Verhältnis .
Wir kommen gerne wieder ,auch zum Pfingsfest .

וואו איזה ביקור מקסים ביקב המשפחתי בחבל אלזס . פרדי אב המשפחה אירח אותנו בלבביות נפלאה עם הרבה סבלנות וידע רב . שמחנו לשמוע על העסק המשפחתי שעובר מדור לדור. טעמנו מספר יינות לבנים מעולים, סיירנו במרתף היינות ופשוט ראינו את כל התהליך של שמירת היינות ביקב מסודר ונקי מאד. כמובן שקנינו מספר בקבוקים של יין במחירים הוגנים ומשתלמים. כל הכבוד לכל המשפחה שלכם ובהצלחה בהמשך.

Vigneron trouvé au hasard d'un détour sur la route des vins lors d'un voyage en Alsace. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires.
Je recommande le Gewurztraminer Mandelberg, le Sporen ainsi que le Riesling Schoenenbourg et le Kaefferkopf
Bref la quintessence des vins alsaciens.

I would not recommend this place at all:

We recently visited this wine-tasting venue, drawn by its positive reviews. The tasting began with a brief tour led by Thomas, who tried his best to explain the wine-making process. However, his English wasn’t very clear, making it hard to understand. Then instead of enjoying the beautiful outdoor vineyard, we were seated indoors in what felt like a reception area.

One of the most concerning moments was an issue with hygiene. While combining two bottles of sparkling wine, Thomas tried to prevent it from foaming over by placing his mouth on the bottle to suck it away????!!!!!

As for the wines, while some might enjoy the sweeter profile, most were too sweet for our taste. The food, unfortunately, didn’t help elevate the experience either. It felt like an afterthought, with mismatched pairings and portions that were quite small. It seemed hastily prepared.

At €25 per person, we left feeling that the experience didn’t offer good value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this venue for the food and wine pairing experience.

Ballade très agréable au milieu des vignes avec une dégustation dans ce cadre d'exception !
Lise nous a fait la visite de la cave : à l'écoute, en temps que passionnée, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec le sourire !
Thomas nous a accompagné lors d'une dégustation très généreuse des vins de leur maison !
Enfin, le père a bu un verre de vin avec nous lorsque nous sommes partis.
Une famille de passionnés avec un grand coeur et le sourire.
Enfin, ils sont très réactifs en back office en cas de besoin.
Je recommande vivement ce voyage viticole qui est plein de saveurs.

Super gastvrij familiebedrijf. De rondleiding en wijnproeverij (betaalde proeverij met hapjes) was heel leuk, interessant en lekker. De vriendelijke mensen van dit bedrijf werken hard en zetten fantastische wijnen neer. Ze nemen de tijd en zijn gepassioneerd. Echt een aanrader. Nu thuis genieten van deze heerlijke wijnen!

Great wines. What’s perhaps better than the wines were the proprietors themselves. We were greeted by Freddy who took turns with Thomas introducing us to the product range. It was a busy Easter weekend and we visited 3 other producers but here was hands down the best hospitality received. Our favourite wines were the Auxerrois and the Grand Cru Riesling and Gewurztraminer. We would not hesitate to return if we find ourselves in Alsace again. If you only have time to visit one winery, go here.

We stopped here unannounced hoping to have a tasting. The owner was in the middle of something but graciously put things aside and did a tasting for us. I thought we'd try 4 or 5 wines but she insisted on pouring all their wines and took a lot of time to explain the varieties in the region. She was wonderful and these were honestly my favorite wines of the ones we tasted in Alsace.
