C'est le restaurant chic du Sofitel de la baie. Service et gastronomie à la française selon les normes du groupe. Au rez-de-chaussée, à deux pas de la piscine, des espaces confortables vous attendent pour savourer la cuisine du chef Alejandro Abad. Ce jour-là, un filet mignon aux petits légumes de haut vol nous a régalé... Service très attentionné avec la petite touche d'humour qui ajoute au bien-être.

Had a 10 day stay here everything was ok but the hot and cold water ratio. I would have to adjust it every 15 secs.

Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed did not have a sheet. Despite calling the front desk to request either a bed sheet or a room change, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the next morning, when I attempted to use the iron to press my shirt, I discovered that it was not functioning properly.
Even the management was not responsive at all after reaching out to them!!!

The property itself is really nice, with full restaurant and bar. Plus well situated near 101. First time I have a great experience, received an upgrade. 2nd and 3rd time, most of the front desk and restaurant staff is distinctly unfriendly or snooty. Here’s an exchange from last time I checked in: “I was wondering …” She immediately interrupts to say, “Whatever your question is, the answer is no.” She wasn’t trying to be humorous, she was truly that annoying. Next check-in I ask to be upgraded bc hotel is not heavily booked. She tells me I need to reserve a better room to get an upgrade. I’m in my 50s and I travel frequently so I’m used to being upgraded when there’s availability, that’s what happened first time. But nope, had to haggle for better room. Restaurant wait staff will barely engage with you.

That and the propeller planes buzzing in frequently really kill the experience.
