Très joli hôtel, tout confort avec une belle piscine, les buffets petit déjeuner et dîner sont bons et variés, la plage est tout près en plus magnifique, plusieurs commerces à proximité, supermarché, pharmacie, magasin, location voiture et restaurants, Punta prima est un lieu famille agréable, propre et calme malgré le monde, les locaux sont tous très gentils, je recommande vivement

Really close to the beach. The staff couldn't be faulted. Rooms were clean, and cleaned every day. We arrived late, but they kept us a plate of food from the buffet. Don't expect a lively place, this is relax all the way. Fab

We have been here a few times now, and going back again next year, lovely hotel brilliant location, but it's the staff there that make it, they are so helpful and friendly and remember you as well it's a people hotel, very relaxing not a huge nightlife but that suits us we go to unwind, plenty of choice of food and all good, very good coffee machines at breakfast to, if you want a relaxing break next to the beach with excellent staff and not far from the capital city Mahón, I surgest you try this fantastic place

ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti a ottobre 2023. ho trovato ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
La camera era spaziosa e dotata di balcone. Confortevole, anche se non aveva una vista particolarmente bella. Eccellente la colazione, molto varia e di buona qualità. La posizione è molto tranquilla, di fronte alla spiaggia di Punta Prima. Ha un bel giardino ed è dotato di piscina.
Non è vicinissimo alle località più famose dell'isola, che restano comunque facilmente raggiungibili se si noleggia un'auto. Ci tornerei volentieri. Alla sera ci sono alcuni ristoranti in cui si può cenare. Vicino all'hotel sono anche presenti due piccoli market e una farmacia.

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Xaloc Playa verbracht. Die Lage war gut, mit schönen Stränden in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach Deutsch.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Küche. Auswahl beim Essen überschaubar, aber alles schmeckt sehr gut.
Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte; keine vernünftige Brötchen zum Frühstück und nur 5 deutsche TV Sender (ZDF Sender und RTL Sender).
Sonst alles perfekt. Würde sofort wieder kommen.

Bardzo sympatyczny hotel, miła obsługa, czysto. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, aczkolwiek brakowało mi trochę warzyw do śniadania (w zasadzie były tylko pomidory). Obiadokolacje urozmaicone i satysfakcjonujące. W ciągu dnia możliwość zakupienia dodatkowych posiłków w przystępnej cenie. Plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy, łatwe przejście. Basen częściowo w cieniu daje ukojenie w upalnych godzinach. Program animacyjny dobry, trafiłam na pokaz flamenco, który był cudowny ???? Warto wynająć samochód na kilka dni i samemu pozwiedzać wyspę, wszędzie blisko ????
Hotel polecam osobom, które chcą odpocząć od hałasu, zgiełku i pośpiechu. Przyjemnie spędziłam tu 2 tygodnie.

,para que nos vamos a engañar....llevan las uñas detrás de la puerta toda la semana...parece como si limpiaran con agua sola,porque no se huele a nada,en fin dará gusto ver cómo tienen su casa

Einfach klasse,✨✨✨✨✨
Zimmer: super sauber, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, ebenerdige Dusche????
Frühstück: Buffet, sehr viel Auswahl an warmen und kalten Köstlichkeiten, einzige Übel ( meckern auf hohem Niveau) es gibt nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten für alle Gäste ????
Abendessen: sehr abwechslungsreiche Küche, immer auch vegetarische Angebote, immer eine Suppe, frische Salate, Fisch und verschiedene Nachspeisen ????
Pool: immer sauber und gereinigt, Genügend Liegen und sehr gepflegter Garten, Minigolf kann man auch spielen????
Rezeption & Bar: immer besetzt und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ????
Strand: sehr nah, man kann ihn garnicht verfehlen! Sehr sauberer Sandstrand ????
Rundum einfach nur klasse für eine Pauschalreise ????
Kleiner Tip am Rande: Ausflüge & Auto direkt im Hotel buchen, viel günstiger!! ????
Animation sehr sehr schwach, nicht zu empfehlen, da irgendwelche Amateure die Bespaßung der Gäste machen!

Hotel s ochotným a usměvavým personálem. Skvělé jídlo s bohatým výběrem. Každodenní perfektní úklid pokojů včetně výměny ručníků. Pláž na skok od hotelu. Přestože jsme byli až koncem sezony, hotel pořádal téměř každý druhý den nějaké hudební nebo taneční vystoupení.

Lage super, nahe am Strand. Strand selbst und Blick zur Insel mit Leuchtturm sind gut. Die Zimmer sind OK, die Anlage auch. Die TUI Reiseleitung ist den Begriff nicht wert... das übernimmt die Rezeption dafür mit Bravour! Das Essen ... naja... kann sich ein 3 Sterne Haus keinen besseren Koch leisten? Getränkepreise im Hotel OK, dafür wird man im Umfeld gnadenlos arm gemacht. Ansonsten viel einheimisches und internationales Publikum.... Bei uns war der Altersschnitt im Hotel rel. hoch. Autovermietung kommt ins Hotel, Preis OK, mindestens aber 3 Tage!

Stayed here as a group of 5 adults (1 wheelchair bound) & 1 teenager for 3 nights. I have to say this may be a 3 star rating but the staff are so accommodating, the place it self is immaculate, food, bar area and pool are lovely and the rooms were perfect for our needs. The location is 20mins from the airport and the beach, restaurants, and shops are literally over the road. Everything was accessible even managed to get my sister down to the beach in her wheelchair as there is a ramp all the way down to the sea! Everyone in the group loved it. Absolutely recommend especially if access is needed. Really made a difference to our holiday.

Przyzwoity *** hotel z super lokalizacją. Do plaży ok. 50m. Jedyny jej minus, to zalegająca w morzu przy brzegu trawa morska. Jak ktoś chce na plaży leżak to 15€/szt. Zestaw: 2szt+parasol/ 40€. Sam hotel czysty. W pokoju codzienne wizyty personelu sprzątającego z wymianą ręczników włącznie. W opcji HB jedzenie urozmaicone, śniadania w standardzie szwedzkiego stołu plus soki, kawa. Na kolację codziennie można było wybrać coś innego. Napoje do kolacji płatne, od 2€ (np. woda butelka 0,5l). W recepcji, barze przy basenie i restauracji bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Basen mały, raczej kameralny. Przy basenie mini pole golfowe i dwa stoły do bilarda. W czasie naszego pobytu (14-21.09.) w hotelu dużo anglików i niemców, głównie 60+ ????, przez co dużo spokoju i ciszy (jak ktoś tak lubi). Dobre miejsce do odpoczynku. W odległości kilkudziesięciu metrów od hotelu sklepiki z pamiątkami, knajpki, markety i wypożyczalnia samochodów. W okolicy dużo pustych i zacisznych uliczek do spacerowania, szczególnie wieczorem z uroczymi widokami, wszystkie oświetlone. W skali Minorki można by powiedzieć, że Punta Prima to kurort ???? Jest wszystko co potrzeba do wypoczynku. Polecam ????☀️

Schönes Hotel, mit sehr sehr netten Personal. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer sind gut. Leider kostet die Klimaanlage ( wenn meint sie nutzen möchte) 7 € pro Tag, was ich eindeutig zu viel finde, genauso wie für einen Kühlschrank 7 € pro Tag berechnet werden würde. Was für mich eigentlich zum Service dazu gehören würde. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig ausgestattet. Leider lässt die Zimmerreinigung ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Es ist aber trotz allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und würden auch wieder kommen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und auch ausreichend. Das Servicepersonal dort ist top. Das Hotel selber hat eine top Lage. Einmal über die Straße und direkt das Meer. Punta prima ist ein kleiner, aber schöne Ort.

Zimmer sind an sich recht schön und sauber. Das Essen ist jedoch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es unserer Meinung nach nur aufgewärmte Fertigprodukte sind. Der Fisch war jedoch trotzdem meistens lecker. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Sollte ich nochmal hingehen, würde ich nur Frühstück mit dazu buchen und mir abends selbst in den lokalen Restaurants suchen.
Frühstück ist jeden Tag das Selbe. Sollte man einen Ausflug planen und deshalb früher frühstücken wollen, kann man das zwar, jedoch wird hierfür nichts wirklich bereitgestellt. Für Klimaanlage, Safe und einen persönlichen Kühlschrank muss man jeweils 7€ pro tag zusätzlich zahlen.
Auch gibt es keine Möglichkeit, kostenlos seine Wasserflasche aufzufüllen. Vom Leitungswasser wurde uns auf Nachfrage abgeraten, dieses in größeren Mengen zu trinken. Ein nahegelegener Supermarkt bietet aber 1,5l für 60ct an.
Die Ausflüge die man über TUI buchen kann, sollte man sich auch genauestens überlegen, da sie meist nicht das bieten was sie versprechen aber doch recht teuer sind. Diese haben jedoch nichts direkt mit dem Hotel zu tun.
Um die Insel besser zu erkunden und etwas unabhängig zu sein würde ich das nächste Mal einen Mietwagen buchen.
Die Lage an sich ist echt toll mit dem Strand direkt vor der Haustür.

Hôtel proche de la plage. L’hôtel est bien entretenu et propose un très bon petit déjeuner. Par contre les repas du soir sont très très répétitifs et pas de très bonne qualité.
C’est vraiment le point négatif de cet hôtel. Un petit réfrigérateur serait le bienvenu dans la chambre.
