What a find this was. We needed a holiday and chose this place based on reviews. So peaceful and relaxing. Mahon is in walking distance. As is the marina.
Perfect staff who cant do enough for you. Rooms arw serviced every day.
The rooms dont have kettles and the TV didnt have any english chanels.
They are the only two things id change.
That said, it still didnt stop us falling in love with this place. We will definitely be vack

Great little hotel with a fascinating history. Forget the 1 star bit it's definitely worth a stay. Would love to return in the future

Pro's. Excellent staff,very clean,great views, nice pool, very quiet, great bar,can get food, historic house,bus stop at top of drive,

We had a lovely, relaxing week here! We prefer smaller hotels, we didn't realise the colonial history this hotel has with Admiral Collingwood. Unfortunately, we missed a guided tour of the building, which I'm sure would've been fascinating. Pool with outside shower, with sunbeds around. Shady in the morning, then the sun comes round. The staff were all polite, friendly and helpful and spoke some English. Bar area with a basic lunch and evening meal menu. We had the omlette and chips or burger with cheese and onion - both tasty! There is a small ice-cream freezer there too. A large breakfast dining room, which has lovely views over the garden and harbour. Continental breakfast, including fruit, cereal, pastries, toast, cheese and slices of ham. When asked, they had several gluten free options for me including bread, little cakes and crisp breads. We had a large room with en-suite shower room, with bidet. Plenty of storage, tv, air-conditioning, opening onto the pool. Outside seating areas. Great location with a bus stop near by. Walking distance of Es Castell and Mahon.

- Personale gentilissimo e disponibile sempre
- piscina molto bella
- buon ristorante
- Hotel curato, con interni bellissimi
- stanze comode e grandi
- molto vicino al porto di mahon
punti a sfavore:
- posizione non vicina alla stazione degli autobus a mahon (ma c'è una fermata a 50 metri dall'uscita)
- rumore per gli animali intorno
- prezzo un po' elevato

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Il est situé non loin du port de Mahon, si vous venez en voiture ou en scooter vous avez la possibilité de vous garer en toute sécurité et gratuitement. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. Un service restauration et bar avec un bon rapport qualité/ prix. La piscine est top et nettoyée tous les matins. Concernant les chambres : rien à redire ! Tout était très bien (chambre climatisée, propre, literie agréable etc...) Et c'est sans parler de la vue sur l'entrée au port de Mahon qui est magnifique. La seule petite chose que j'aurais à redire c'est qu'il est dommage de ne pas avoir de petit frigo dans le chambre (pour avoir de l'eau fraiche, ou pour stocker de la nourriture). Bref, nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion !

El hotel del Almirante té una energia màgica! Tant el personal, com les instal·lacions tenen un encant especial. Molt tranquil i romàntic! Les habitacions molt netes, amb TV i aire acondicionat. Llit molt molt còmode! I el esmorzar molt bo. Hi ha unes sales precioses on sents tota l'història dels anys. I una sala de billar fantàstica, espero que no la renovin mai ja que sembla de películ·la. Les habitacions que donen a la piscina hem recordaven a l'encant dels motels de California. Un lloc amb molta personalitat, lo qual costa molt de trobar avui en dia.
A destacar que a recepció pots col·laborar amb una associació protectora de gats de l'illa, comprant uns souvenirs i al mateix temps ajudant a una molt bona causa. Fantàstica iniciativa ❤️ Repetirem sense dubte!

Servicio excelente, la gente del hotel muy agradable y atenta, limpio, con buenas instalaciones y bien situado ya que se puede acceder andando al centro y al puerto en un momento. Una pena haber estado solo una noche.

Personale gentilissimo, camere vista mare, piscina godibilissima, silenzioso in modo assurdo, colazione varia e abbondante, posizione strategica, tutti i comfort. Quando tornerò a Minorca verrò sicuramente qui!
