Les photos sont retouchées pour vendre du rêve, mais il n’y a ni réception ni Service Client ni personne pour vous aider après 14h30. Les portes d’entrée de l’hôtel sont ouvertes jour et nuit ! Aucune sécurité. Les coupures d’eau sont fréquentes, les toilettes fuient, faisant du bruit toute la nuit et le pommeau de douche était encrassé. Nous avons eu une coupure d’eau de deux heures à l’arrivée. Puis la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas la deuxième nuit. Encore une coupure d’eau à 4h du matin jusqu’à neuf heures. Nous avons tenté de joindre la réception qui n’ouvrait qu’à 8h30 et quand nous leur avons expliqué le problème, ils nous ont redirigé vers Booking sans faire preuve d’aucune compréhension. Nous avions pris rendez-vous au spa qui est en fait situé dans le deuxième hôtel en centre-ville. Si vous n’avez pas de moyen de transport, vous devez donc payer un taxi. Cela aurait dû être précisé à la réservation. Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel même les campings sont bien mieux… à fuir !

El restaurante espectacular. La langosta con huevos y patatas exquisita. El trato y servicio inmejorable. Fresquitos y buenas vistas !! Repetiremos seguro !!

L’hôtel est rural comme décrit. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant et le personnel très agréable. La piscine est très bien. Un bémol, des coupures d’eau régulières tous les jours et personne à l’hôtel après 15h. Un numéro watsapp auquel personne ne répond.

Service hôtelier inexistant. A comparer plutôt avec une location AirBnb.
Aucun personnel à l’hôtel en journée et soirée, communication exclusivement via WhatsApp.
Bon petit déjeuner et bonne localisation. A noter, coupures d’eau a des moments différents de la journée, impossible de se doucher ou tirer la chasse d’eau….
Tarifs inadéquats au regard de l’absence de service. Nous avons déjà réaliser plusieurs séjours dans différents Finca ou Agrotourism, les services étaient au rendez-vous.

Un hôtel qui innove un nouveau concept : pas de réception pour se sentir comme chez soi et c’est réussi. Pas de télé dans la chambre (encore comme chez soi). Un petit-déjeuner très gourmand et varié dans un jardin magnifique, sous des saules pleureurs. Une piscine agréable, un personnel très sympathique, le tout à à peine 1km du port de Castell, que demander de plus.

The setting is lovely and the music was good. We only went to have a drink and listen to the live music so I can’t comment on the hotel or food. However when we asked if we can just have drinks the staff wasn’t very welcoming and quite cold, we were put in a corner and forgotten about, we had to grab a waiter to order and then when our drinks came my friend ordered a glass of wine, the waitress just poured what was left in the bottle, which wasn’t enough to fill the glass to the correct level. So we thought she’d go and grab another bottle but no, she just didn’t come back so my friend just had a very small glass of wine. I’m disappointed that we had such bad service, I think it’s probably because we just wanted drinks and not food. The other people who were eating seemed to have ok service and seemed to be enjoying their food. Also looking at the servers they didn’t smile once at anyone, and they also tried to charge us for a bottle of water that we ordered that we never got, when we refused to pay for it the server was slightly agressive and challenged us over it. So overall poor service/ experience; at least the music was good. I think next time I come I’ll go for a meal and hopefully have a better experience.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato incantevole, tutto lo staff è super gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire a casa. Il posto è molto tranquillo e con una atmosfera incredibile e rilassante.. colazione ottima servita in un bellissimo giardino..e un ristorante super in cui è possibile cenare. Il tutto a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla località di Es Castell e a mezz'ora di auto dalle principali spiagge di Minorca.
Se amate pace, tranquillità e riservatezza è il vostro posto!
