Wenn man keinen Wert auf Schwimmen oder Schnorcheln im Meer legt (weil zu flach, zu warm und zu unklar), keinen Wert auf den einen oder anderen Spaziergang zum nächsten Ort, wo auch Einheimische sind, sondern den Luxus eines Resorts unter seines Gleichen sucht, dann ist man hier gut aufgehoben.

Das Hotel ist einfach ein Traum! Der Südstrand ist ein einziges Paradies für Leute, die ihre Ruhe suchen. Hier ist man fast immer alleine. Der Nordstrand ist wesentlich belebter. Hier gibt es eine tolle Strandbar, Liegen und traumhaftes Wasser in türkis. Der Strand ist auch öffentlich zugänglich - das wird hier von einigen Leuten bemängelt. Ich kann das leider nicht nachvollziehen, wieso es dafür Kritik gibt. Dieses traumhafte Fleckchen Erde sollte jedem zugänglich sein!
Wir haben die Junior Suite 166 - ideal mit Kleinkind. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch immer sehr schön und super sauber.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal! Man wird stets mit einem Lächeln empfangen und besonders für Kinder wird alles getan! Das haben wir selten so krass erlebt.
Essen in allen Restaurants top!
Unsere Nachmittage haben wir an unserem Lieblingspool verbracht. Hier gab es drei sehr schöne Kinderbecken. Ich möchte dennoch betonen, dass es immer sehr ruhig am Pool war. Das Team rund um den lieben Poolboy Aru hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es gab immer ein trockenes Handtuch, bei Regen wurden die Taschen in Sicherheit gebracht etc... Vielen Dank für Alles.

Es el paraíso. Des del primer momento en el que entramos hasta el último nos sentimos en un paraíso. De hecho, entrando al hotel en taxi viniendo del aeropuerto, nos recibió Prakash en la entrada sud y nos dijo: Welcome to paradise. Y asi fue.
Todo empezó con una cálida bienvenida por parte de Soukhaina que nos dió toda la información sobre el hotel junto a una copa de bienvenida. Ahí nos dijeron que nos olvidaramos de las maletas, y nos las encontramos directamente a la habitación.
Te acompañan en buggy a la habitación y te explican todo su funcionamiento.
El hotel esta dividida en zona sur y norte. En el sur hay la recepción principal, habitaciones suite junior y garden suite y restaurantes Adam y Eve (asiático), Helios (mediterraneo), Zen (bar) y buffet general. Además hay el gimnasio, pistas tenis-squash-padel y spa.
En el norte, están ubicadas las suite senior, las villa familiar, villa playa y villa con vistas y presidencial. También el restaurante Seselwa (cocina kreol), Kabana (copas y tapas) y Cyann (alta cocina y linea mas lujosa). Ahi puedes encontrar actividades como zip line, escalada, escuela buceo y deportes acuáticos).
Las dos zonas están comunicadas con un camino muy agradable entre manglares y mediante servicio de buggie puedes moverte. También servicio de bicicletas que se pueden alquilar en el gimnasio pagando unos 20eur/día (encontré el precio exagerado).
En el spa, puedes hacerte varios tratamientos: masajes, scrub, faciales…los precios inicialmente los encontramos muy elevados pero vale la pena.
La zona de piscinas, jacuzzi y sauna/baños vapor esta abierta de 10-14h y por la tarde pueden acceder también aquellos que tengan contratado algún otro tratamiento aquel día. Ahi también practican yoga y es muy agradable el espacio.
Hicimos buceo y nos encantó. Ofrecen varios packs que puedes compartir con tu pareja el numero de inmersiones y sale más rentable.
Los desayunos en el buffet son una pasada, mucha variedad. En carrousel (zona sur) hay distintas zonas para sentarse y todas tienen su magia. A tener en cuenta, puedes disponer de tarifa BB (desayuno incluido), HB (media pensión) o FF (pensión completa). La totalidad de todo lo que consumas se paga al check out (copas, comidas, actividades…).
El precio de buffet para cenar son 75eur por persona y en los restaurantes, pides a la carta.
Como mejora en los desayunos, aconsejaría zona de licuadora para hacer zumos de varias frutas exprimidas al momento. También jamón serrano, tomate para untar el pan en la zona de salsas, aguacate y salmón ahumado.
Como mejora en el spa, añadiría body lotion crema para hidratarse la piel en los cambiadores. Tuve que ir a la tienda del spa a pedir muestras de crema para ponerme al salir de la ducha.
Como mejora en las instalaciones, a pesar de que en horas punta refuerzan el servicio de buggies, hubo algunos días que durante 15 minutos no nos pasaba ningún buggy por zona como spa (zona de paso) o incluso por otras zonas donde no teníamos posibilidad de llamar al dial 0.
Gracias a todo el personal por su impecable servicio. En especial a Soukhaina por hacernos sentir como en casa des del primer minuto. A Ratna y Mark Joseph por su maravilloso talento en el masaje del pack honeymoon. A Hamal del bar Kabana por su exquisita preparación de cócteles y trato. A Prajin para cuidar de nosotros tanto en los desayunos como en la bienvenida del spa. A Andrew y John para darnos tan buenos momentos en el buggy. A Ruby por hacer de gran guía a la excursión en la cascada y ser tan divertida. A Sandra de equipo fitness por su increíble servicio, el primer día que llegué al gym me explicó todo con detalle, me cuido durante la estancia y tuvo una dulce atención conmigo y mi pareja sabiendo nuestros nombres y preguntando como estábamos, alucinamos. A Mheboob por hacernos la habitación dos veces al día con tanta delicadeza y ser tan discreto y educado. A Tembi de la entrada norte por su simpatía y a Prakash de la entrada sur por su amabilidad des del primer momento. Y a Rose, del equipo Cyann por su buen trato y servicio.

Magnifique séjour au Constace ephelia. Très bel hôtel niché dans la mangrove avec différentes villas et petites structures l’intégrant dans la nature qui l’entoure.
Un service de navettes efficace avec un personnel serviable permet de circuler dans entre les différentes parties et activités de ce superbe environnement.
Qualité également des buffets et restaurants dont le Seselwa pour les petits déjeuner en bord de plage…

My opinion of this hotel is a mix of positive and negative aspects. The location is absolutely breathtaking, and the majority of the staff provide excellent service while being incredibly friendly. However, the main issue I encountered is the sheer size of the resort. I wouldn't recommend it if you're seeking an intimate experience, where you might feel like just another guest.
Upon our arrival, the lady who greeted us and guided us through the check-in process seemed to be wearing a forced smile, lacking a personal touch. Fortunately, this was not the case with the rest of the staff, who were genuine and welcoming.
The buffet breakfast and dinner areas were lacking in charm. The ambiance was rather dim, and the staff there were less attentive. I would highly recommend booking a table in one of the resort's restaurants, where the service is exceptional.
The pool staff, on the other hand, were fantastic. They were always ready to fulfill our requests and assist us, even during unexpected rain showers.
The food at the resort was consistently delicious, with my favourite dining experience being at the Eden restaurant.
We had the pleasure of meeting a waiter at Helios who was not only great to chat with but also had fascinating stories to share and made fantastic cocktails.
My husband and I had a blast on the zip line excursion, and the two young men who guided us were delightful companions.
One area that could use improvement is the TV in the room. Despite having Apple TV and Chromecast, it was a frustrating experience to connect, and the signal would frequently cut out. This seemed to be due to the resort's poor internet connection.
The bedroom itself was too dim, and it would be beneficial to have an option for brighter lighting, particularly in the bathroom. This could pose difficulties for guests with visual impairments, which was quite frustrating.
One of the highlights of our stay was the beachside bar, where the atmosphere was lively, and the rum cocktails were exceptional.

Wir waren auf 3 Inseln und auch 3 Hotels. Leider hat uns das Constance Ephelia nicht so gut gefallen wie die anderen beiden Anlagen auf den Inseln zuvor.
Zu viele Menschen auf einen Fleck. Der Service und das Essen sind sehr gut gewesen, viel besser geht es nicht, gerade was das Essen betrifft. Der Strand ist schön, bei Sonnenuntergang sehr schön. Aber es gibt Strände auf der Insel die sind einiges schöner. Wir hatten 5 Tage ein Auto und das hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Uns war die Anlage zu laut, zu groß und so richtige Ruhe hat man hier leider nicht so wirklich.
Preis-Leistung ist teilweise grenzwertig.
Wer große Hotels mag und lieber durch die Anlage gefahren wird anstatt zu laufen, ist hier genau richtig. Wer Ruhe sucht und richtige Natur mag, ist hier meiner Meinung nicht so gut aufgehoben. Da gibt es schönere Orte auf der Insel. Und Praslin und La Digue sind ein Liga höher.

Great holiday with the family. Rooms are spacious and clean. Salt water pools in the resort. 2 beaches both which are very clean. Service is good and the buggy service is spot on. Its about 40 min drive from the airport. Staff are receptive and do their utmost to make your stay comfortable.

The resort location is amazing. We stayed in this resort for 2 weeks, and we got junior suite. For room give 4 stars due you can see in the pics lime scale on the sink and in the bath, somebody try to clean shower tiles with chemical which not suposed to use, as well one of the sink not working. For this price you pay it could more attention for room detail. Drinks prices in the resort are overpriced, outside the resort in the restaurants. You pay half what you pay in the resort. I'm not sure why they put so high prices for the drinks. They have 4 a la carte restaurant. We try two of them one. First was Adam & Eve, and I was disappointed time with an overcooked food. We booked a special dinner on the beach and...it was raining so we needed to go inside Cyann restaurant, I know you can't pick the weather but if raining this much you should able to reschedule or they need it to build canopy where that table on the beach, would be amazing. But cyann is next level food experience. Overall, our stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they always smiled and were ready to help.

Die Seychellen kennen wir auch so: Ferienwohnung, Einkaufen im lokalen Store, Selbstverpflegung, Restaurants von Einheimischen und verschiedene Wanderungen, Orte, spannende Strassen (z.B. die nahe "Sans souci road"), Strände, kleine Museen, lost places und Gärten und Künstler:innen entdecken.
Man kann das alles auch vom Constance Ephelia aus, aber man muss nicht, es wäre sogar fast schade, wenn man mal da ist und sich in der 5-Sterne-Welt perfekt "pampern" lassen kann, was ja sehr schön ist.
Denn: Dieses Hotel ist an der schönsten Bucht (Port Launay Beach) von Mahe gebaut, hat (viel besser ausgebaut als vor zehn Jahren) eigene Urwald-Naturtrails, über Hügel, oder zu einem versteckteren Strand, in der Nähe durch Mangroven und zu einem Wasserfall, ebenso nahe Marine Parks (direkt in Port Launay Beach, vor allem aber Baie Ternay), bietet mit dem Seselwa-Restaurant eine hervorragende einheimische Küche und vieles mehr. Zuvorkommender, professioneller 5-Sterne-Service in saubern Räumen und einer perfekt gepflegten Hotelanlage. Und betreibt noch Naturschutz, obendrein.
Was etwas fehlt ist der vom Hotel institutionalisierte Kontakt zum lokalen Mensch. Der im Dorf vor dem Hotel wohnt, am Sonntag zur Kirche geht, wohl selten selbst in den Luxusgenuss kommt aber tausend Geschichten aus der Region kennt, die er am Abend Gästen erzählen könnte. Der Kontakt zur Kultur, zur Geschichte: Hier war ein Ort für die Erziehung von Jugendlichen und Kindern (National Youth Service village) währen der kommunistisch angehauchten Phase der Seychellen, bevor das Hotel kam, und mit den vielfäligen Nüssen und Früchten von den Bäumen haben die Kinder damals gespielt, wo heute die Hotel-Trolleys leise surren, oder mit Holzsperen Oktopusse gejagt, wo heute ein Hotelgast schorchelt.

Man kann das alles auch vom Constance Ephelia aus, aber man muss nicht, es wäre sogar fast schade, wenn man mal da ist und sich in der 5-Sterne-Welt perfekt "pampern" lassen kann, was ja sehr schön ist.
Denn: Dieses Hotel ist an der schönsten Bucht (Port Launay Beach) von Mahe gebaut, hat (viel besser ausgebaut als vor zehn Jahren) eigene Urwald-Naturtrails, über Hügel, oder zu einem versteckteren Strand, in der Nähe durch Mangroven und zu einem Wasserfall, ebenso nahe Marine Parks (direkt in Port Launay Beach, vor allem aber Baie Ternay), bietet mit dem Seselwa-Restaurant eine hervorragende einheimische Küche und vieles mehr. Zuvorkommender, professioneller 5-Sterne-Service in saubern Räumen und einer perfekt gepflegten Hotelanlage. Und betreibt noch Naturschutz, obendrein.
Was etwas fehlt ist der vom Hotel institutionalisierte Kontakt zum lokalen Mensch. Der im Dorf vor dem Hotel wohnt, am Sonntag zur Kirche geht, wohl selten selbst in den Luxusgenuss kommt aber tausend Geschichten aus der Region kennt, die er am Abend Gästen erzählen könnte. Der Kontakt zur Kultur, zur Geschichte: Hier war ein Ort für die Erziehung von Jugendlichen und Kindern (National Youth Service village) währen der kommunistisch angehauchten Phase der Seychellen, bevor das Hotel kam, und mit den vielfäligen Nüssen und Früchten von den Bäumen haben die Kinder damals gespielt, wo heute die Hotel-Trolleys leise surren, oder mit Holzsperen Oktopusse gejagt, wo heute ein Hotelgast schorchelt.

Our stay at Constance Ephelia was, in a word, fantastic! We were warmly welcomed by Hiru and Sheila, who took good care of us and helped to ensure that we really felt at home in this resort. Sheila gave us a tour and told us about all the beautiful things Constance has to offer, because there is so much to experience and see here!
From a beautiful spa to multiple tennis courts, 5 restaurants, its own zipline course, hiking opportunities, a kids' club and fitness room. Whatever you name it, Ephelia has it!
What is also very special is that the resort borders two beaches, yes indeed, this resort is that big! But they still manage to make it cozy and pleasant, with several small swimming pools, bars and restaurants.
The food is exceptionally good, really compliments because we had such delicious meals at Ephelia. Especially at Cyan restaurant, where we had a fine dining menu with matching wines that sommelier Johanna perfectly selected for us.
The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. These are cleaned thoroughly every day and in the evening the bed and bathroom are already installed for you so that you hardly have to do anything yourself ;)!
I can only be positive about our stay. I would recommend it to everyone!

We had the incredible pleasure of staying at the Constance Ephelia Resort in the Seychelles, and it's hard to put into words how thrilled we are with this experience. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special.
We would like to particularly highlight our buggy driver, Mike, who was always there for us with a smile on his face and kind words, and our island guide, Clive, who showed us the most beautiful spots on the island. Equally impressive was Mrs. Caroline, our breakfast server. Her warm and sovereign service and the delicious food made starting the day a true delight.
The resort itself is breathtaking, surrounded by tropical beauty and with stunning beaches. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Ephelia Resort offers a wide range of activities and culinary delights. It was an unforgettable stay that we highly recommend to everyone. Our stay at the Constance Ephelia was amazing. The location is very big, and includes multiple beaches, a great nature hike, and many spots to relax and enjoy. It is located by a marine park, so the snorkeling by North beach is amazing on a clear visibility day. There are many food options and the quality of the food is really good. The service is also amazing. Special thanks to Serge B., the GSM, as he really took care of an issue we had in our room, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Great service all around. I highly recommend a stay there.

I was travelling with my husband to Seychelles. Had booked stay at Constance ephelia, Mahe for 3 Nights. Had to cancel the trip as our flight got cancelled by the Airline. The management of this hotel is not at all trying to understand the situation and denying refund. So disgusted with the hospitality of this hotel. Will not suggest anybody travelling to Seychelles to ever stay at this property.

Pathetic Experience with the management team of this this hotel. Seychelles is a purely tourist bases Island and This Hotel claims to be a ultra luxury customer oriented property but they are exact opposite of this. Their customers service is absolute pathetic. I will not suggest anybody visiting Seychelles to ever stay at this property.

We have just returned from a ten night stay at the Constance Ephelia where we had the most fantastic holiday. This is an outstanding resort in a paradise setting with the most friendly and welcoming staff you could possibly wish for.
Everything about it was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants
on the south beach.

The spa was incredible and treatments there were superb. In particular the facial was probably the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was fantastic with so much choice that we were never bored. We tried all of the restaurants except for Cyann and without exception they were excellent.
The resort never felt busy and there were so many places to sit and relax.
We used the fitness centre - I swam and my husband used the gym where facilities were great. We also tried the zip line on the resort which was great fun and joined the walk to swim in the waterfall which was difficult but a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one rates among the best. We would return again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

The Constance Ephelia is an extraordinary Resort, which leaves nearly nothing to be desired! Service, rooms and food are excellent quality. Only the prices for the beverages are extremly high. Maybe the management could think about it...
