Can’t recommend Constance Ephelia enough. The resort is beautiful and the beaches are amazing! There’s lots of variety for everyone. One person made the trip unforgettable for me and my family and that was Okeke. We met her at the welcome drinks the hotel put on, she introduced herself and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Her happiness and warm spirit instantly put a smile on our faces. We exchanged numbers with her and the next day she picked us up and took us on a tour of the resort and showed us all of the fun things we could do - her recommendations were really helpful and we really enjoyed seeing the whole resort as well as the amazing villas and views. Her service was very attentive and she went above and beyond to make our trip the best. We will definitely be returning to Constance Ephelia because of Okeke’s amazing hospitality that we will never forget. Also special mention to Sofia and Prabu who also went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

Stayed with family for 5 days. Other than the unpredictable weather in December our stay was great in all respects. We stayed in a family villa on the North side, where the beach is simply amazing. What makes this Constance special is the quality of the team. The service team is very kind and friendly. Our villa host, NurAli, was such an amazing person who made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable. I would have had a different feel about our trip had it not been for him. Thank you Ali! Much appreciated.
The villa was great, the food was very good especially that you do not have to stick to the buffet everyday, but you have the option of using all the restaurants as part of your half or full board. We liked in particular Helios; food and service was excellent.

Endroit paradisiaque

I booked Constance Ephelia for my honeymoon and I’m so glad I did! The resort is absolutely gorgeous! Like a dream! The staff is amazing, so friendly and ready to go the extra mile, special shout out to Sandile Zulu and Caroline. We were treated so well, with many thoughtful touches! They upgraded us to a senior suite from a junior and had the room ready with a lovely message, champagne and chocolates. The activities available at the resort were amazing as we went to Theresa island. I really loved staying here and will come back. Only draw back is food for buffet is a bit expensive.

Un resort 5 stelle immerso in due parchi naturali... non serve commentate

During my two-night stay at Constance Ephelia, I was captivated by the exceptional experience it offered. The hotel staff's unwavering friendliness and willingness to assist created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The rooms, not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable, provided the perfect stay. Ephelia's dining options were amazing, Adam and Eve and Seselwa became my personal favorites. The Kabana beach bar had an impressive array of delicious cocktails. The dedication of every member of the hotel staff was evident, as they worked tirelessly to ensure a remarkable experience. Constance Ephelia proved not only to be a place of comfort and luxury but a haven where each moment was carefully crafted to make our holiday not just enjoyable but truly beautiful.

Sehr sehr große weitläufige Anlage mit viel Luxus, Rundumservice und ganz tollem Essen an zwei Buchten gelegen. Insgesamt also eine eigentlich tolle Anlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub . Zimmer mit gewissem Charme und großem Balkon, leider etwas düster. Getränkepreise recht happig.
Das Verhalten von Teilen einer bestimmten Gruppe von Gästen aus R..... in den Buffetrestaurants beim Essen trübte den insgesamt guten Eindruck ungemein. Hier tut die hohe Zahl der Gäste insgesamt der Ruhe etc ebenfalls nicht gut. Etwas unappetitlich und auch die vielen Vögel die sich beim Frühstück ungeniert von den Tellern der Gäste bedienten.
Am Pool und am Südstrand war es toll und entspannend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend . Beispiele waren zB Nanto und Dee vom Restaurant oder Aru vom Poolteam. Ebenso die Ärztin, welche wir zweimal wegen der vielen Insektenstiche (sandflies) aufsuchen mussten. Die Anlage ist eigentlich darauf ausgerichtet, hier die ganze Zeit zu verweilen und nicht zu verlassen. Wir machten aber eine private Tour mit einem Guide in die Berge und nach Victoria, was sehr lohnenswert war. Auch unternahmen wir vor Ort eine kajaktour. Diese gab es kostenlos beim Bootshaus zum ausleihen.
Unser Fazit ist insgesamt sehr positiv, würden für unsere Bedürfnisse jedoch beim nächsten Mal ein kleineres Hotel buchen.

This is my second time in the hotel Constance Ephilia. I’m really enjoy this place and planning to come here 3rd time in 2024. Everything in the hotel is perfect, starting with very tasty welcome drinks and staff who make you feel comfortable at first glance, ending with the fact that employees read your thoughts without words.
(!)I especially want to mention the employees Sanat and Okeke, in 2022 they were not indifferent to our problem and in 2023 there were no thoughts about choosing another hotel precisely because of them.
Sanat is very attentive, always in touch, can help in all the necessary moments.
Okeke is very cheerful and personable, gave all the necessary information and recommendations for booking a trip in 2024.
Also the waitress Caroline is very helpful.
Also this year the hotel was beautifully decorated for the New Year.

Wir haben im November 2023 Urlaub als Familie (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) hier verbracht.

Das Hotel ist toll und man kann hier einen absolut schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Top (5-Sterne-Niveau) sind v.a. Hotelanlage, Umgebung, Strand, Sauberkeit, die Vielfalt beim Essen, das breite Angebot an Einrichtungen, Ökologie und der besonders Kids Club.

Warum vergeben wir dann nur 3 Sterne?

Zum einen, weil der Service von sehr gut bis inakzeptabel reicht und im Schnitt nur ausreichend bis befriedigend ist (v.a. in den Restaurants, bei allgemeinen Anfragen und in Bezug auf das grundsätzliche Service-Angebot).

Zum anderen, weil es hier ein teures 5-Sterne-Resort zu bewerten gibt, einige zentrale Aspekte aber nur im Preis, nicht aber in Angebot und Qualität das erwartbare Niveau haben, sondern eher in der Klasse eines 3-Sterne-Hauses liegen.

Unterm Strich passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis so nicht. Gegenüber z.B. dem Raffles auf Praslin wirkt das Constance um 2 - 2,5 Klassen schlechter - bei vergleichbaren Preisniveau.

Fazit:
Schönes Hotel für einen zweifellos sehr guten Urlaub. Für das Geld gibt es aber (noch) Besseres.

This is a good resort but a few details bothered me which in my opinion fall short of its 5 star rating.

The good - service is attentive, rooms are clean, facilities are extensive, there is a buggy to go to everywhere on the resort, many water sports/activities are included, tennis and racket sports are also included restaurants and food is overall good, we had no issues with restaurant bookings (even less than 24 hours). Overall, it's a really idyllic location with few guests so you can enjoy some privacy too.

The bad - as we were packing on the day of our checkout they wanted to change the t.v in our room (I mean seriously you couldn't wait). This really left a sour taste because there are a few other things that also lacked organisation or consistency. Sometimes we were given a different message by different staff, we also couldn't always get through to someone on the hotel phone to find out more about activities because they were involved in an activity already and therefore busy.
Regarding the t.v being swapped, it was clear someone was told they could do this on the day of our checkout but didn't check with other staff. This led to a somewhat stressful experience as we needed to checkout on time. Secondly, the wi-fi is temperamental in rooms. Thirdly, some of the more basic things are additional charges, even when you have full-board if you have more than one bottle of water or sparkling water then this is an extra charge. I really think soft drinks, coffee should be included given the rates of this hotel. Lastly, if you want to experience the rest of the island you are probably better off staying near Victoria for more options. We didn't feel that comfortable with driving this time around because Mahe has a lot of hills, twists and turns on mountains, ditches and so forth. It can make you very dizzy if you have any kind of motion sickness. The hotel would benefit from a complimentary group transfer in mornings and evenings to Victoria if this was affordable/viable to support arrivals and departures and day trips without the worry and hassle of hiring a car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the breath-taking Constance Ephelia resort in Seychelles, and the experience left me with memories that will last a lifetime.

Upon our early morning arrival, the check-in process did take a bit of time, but the anticipation was well worth it. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne, setting the tone for our luxurious stay. The refreshing arrival drink infused with lemongrass was a delightful touch, providing a taste of the exotic paradise that awaited us.

Despite the slight delay in obtaining our room (Senior Suit), the resort's cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable. Any issues, such as a blocked shower, were promptly addressed by the efficient maintenance team, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. The use of WhatsApp for the reception desk proved to be an effective and convenient way to get quick responses to our queries.

The staff at Constance Ephelia truly exceeded expectations. Their warmth and friendliness were evident from the moment we stepped into the resort. It was clear that the team enjoyed their work and were treated well. Special mention goes to Rendolph, our favourite buggy driver, whose infectious happiness and genuine interest in our daily activities added a personal touch to our stay. Prabu, the manager of Adam & Eve, went above and beyond by making an effort to learn our names, creating a truly personalised experience.

One unique feature that stood out was the pillow menu, allowing guests to choose from a variety of options for a personalised touch to their sleeping experience. The resort's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of our stay.

The pristine North Beach, reminiscent of a postcard-perfect scene, was a highlight of our visit. The buggy rides, though covering a significant distance from north to south, were enjoyable, thanks to the cheerful and helpful staff.

For those seeking adventure, the complimentary water sports & hikes were a fantastic addition, enhancing our overall experience. The variety of activities provided an excellent opportunity to explore the stunning surroundings of Seychelles and some private beaches.

While the food offered a plethora of choices and was expertly presented, the only drawback was the slightly expensive drinks. However, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, offering a diverse range of culinary delights.

In conclusion, Constance Ephelia surpassed my expectations and stands out as one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the picturesque North Beach to the attentive and friendly staff, every aspect of the resort contributed to a truly unforgettable tropical paradise getaway. I left with a heavy heart, already yearning for the day I can return to this Seychellois haven.

Constance rappresenta da sempre una garanzia, ma qui si sono superati. L’attenzione all’ospite è ineccepibile, il vostro referente sarà contattabile con whatsapp e penserà ad ogni vostra esigenza. Grazie Asumani per averci coccolati fin dal primo giorno.
La location è meravigliosa. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una Beach Villa nella zona Nord proprio accanto alla splendida spiaggia.
Cibo ottimo, camerieri sempre all’altezza ed in generale molto cortesi ed attenti. Ringrazio in particolare Rose del Cyann che si è presa cura di noi ogni giorno.
Davvero non posso che spendere parole di elogio, il migliore servizio di tutti i Constance in cui sono stata! Continuate cosi, torneremo di certo.

The reviews of Constance Ephelia are amazing because the hotel really surpasses expectations. This was a special holiday for us because we booked it to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We chose the Seychelles because it seemed the perfect place to create everlasting positive memories and we chose the Constance Ephelia on the basis of positive reviews. There is little point in repeating what many others have rightly said but I think the one thing that will stay with is above all things is the group of employees who work there. Never have we come across such enthusiastic and hard working people who seem to love their work. Any issues are dealt with rapidly and successfully, every welcome seems to be from the heart and every interaction, whether it be catering, reception, security or even those working on the gardens is extremely positive.

Constance Ephelia has created a remarkable environment for a brilliant holiday which went much further than we could ever have hoped. We cannot recommend it enough - well done to all of you.

We had dinner at Adam & Eve and Helios while friends of ours where staying at Ephelia. Varied menus, excellent food and extensive wine list. Great service from the staff. The beach Kabana has an interesting selection of non alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. Perfect location for sundowners.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und als Gast wurde man sehr geschätzt. Die Zimmer sowie die ganze Anlage war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.
Die Strände in der Hotelanlage sind mit einer der schönsten auf der Hauptinsel Mahe.
Wir würden definitiv wieder das Hotel buchen.

Wir waren im November hier im Constance Ephelia und es war sehr schön! Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend, die Lage direkt am Meer war wundervoll. Das Personal war von Anfang bis Ende äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere Tembi an der Pforte versüßt einem jedes mal bei verlassen und zurückkommen in die Anlage den Tag. Tembi zauberte uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln auf die Lippen. Er ist einfach wunderbar!

The landscape of the hotel is amazing and the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced in terms of size, nature and facilities.
But the management of the hotel is very poor :
- biggest problem at the departure day on 12th of November at 06:00 am - 2 hours before our flight we’ve been forced to repay the 50% that we have already payed at the arrival day on 4th of November and we have even showed them the bank statement which they’ve ignored, but because their employees were unable to sort the payment paperwork out we’ve been forced to repay.
- second problem: the whole stay was a surprise for my husband’s birthday and I’ve pre-booked before a dinner, which I’ve had to rebook with a lot of hassle on the birthday date
- we’ve been charged for 5 days continuously for the children food which was marked as free for kids under 6 (our kids are 1 and 3 years old)
- the room was flooded with ants and even after bringing it to the attention the best was still there, they’ve only sprayed one middle closet, but didn’t solved true rest of 90% of the ants

ספא ברמה גבוהה, שקט ורגוע. בריכה וחוף ים נקיים עם שירות של צוות מקסים.
מקלחות מושקעות ומאובזרות. סוויטת הג׳וניור הייתה שקטה ונקייה. מיטות נוחות, חדר גדול ומרווח ופינת ישיבה מפנקת במרפסת הגדולה.
כל הצוות מקסים בלי יוצא מן הכלל.
