Cet hôtel de grand luxe aménagé dans une batisse historique de style espagnol colonial en plein centre de Palo Alto, vient d'être entièrement rénové et a changé de nom. Un bel escalier, un grand arbre devant la façade, et les soixante-deux chambres sont parées de matériaux luxueux. L'attention est donnée au détail, avec goût et raffinement. Elles sont toutes spacieuses, habillées de carrelage blanc et bleu cobalt méditerranéen du plus bel effet, tout en conservant un style classique victorien dans son mobilier. Restaurant italien Il Fornaio au sein de l'hôtel.

I was here on business, Pulled up in front of the hotel, valet was quick and easy. Check in process was fast, the front desk staff last night were super friendly. I got up to my room and it was clean and quiet. The bed was soooo soft. They had a fully stocked robobar and some snacks. I ate the cheesepuffs! its great that they had this in room, I didn't have to leave. The shower was hot! loved it. Room was quiet, I didn't hear anyone the whole time I was there. I looked at the room service menu, they had some items I definitely would have tried but I ate before I arrived. All in all a great experience, i'd definitely stay here again!

The staff was superb: attentive and extremely pleasant. The location could not be better. The room (we had a suite) was quite large and very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice (separate tub and shower in all marble). I will definitely stay again when we come back to visit family again. El PRADO was one of the best boutique hotels we stayed at in the US.

This is an beautiful hotel in downtown Palo Alto. We stayed there for one night and the beds were very comfortable and the little sitting room was nice to just to be able to sit and talk.
