Horrible experience with heater not working on day 1 and even after requesting to check the heater on the 2nd day morning nothing happened. I was asked to go down 5 floors to get another room key to check if the heater will work at 9pm after whole day of walking ( no lifts in this apartment). Extremely bad service and won’t listen to customer complain.
Pathetic reception work and no help at all. I won’t recommend anyone.

Exceptuando la ubicación que es perfecta, todo lo demas esta mal.
Nuestra habitación estaba en el 1° piso con vistas al río, no cabe ni una silla para dejar la ropa y si abres las ventanas la gente de la calle puede entrar en la habitación. Es una pensión con precio de hotel de 4 estrellas.

Notre séjour dans cette hôtel a été une bonne expérience. La chambre était impeccable (petit plus car elle est équipée d'une enceinte et d'une ventilation qui ont grandement amélioré notre confort. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est tout simplement parfait, au bord du Douro et dans le quartier Ribeira de la magnifique ville de Porto. Nous avons été enchantés par la propreté des lieux et par la beauté de cette ville. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous les voyageurs à la recherche d'un séjour mémorable à Porto.
Le personnel nous a bien conseillés sur les activités, restaurants et autres à faire !

I can't say enough about how great a stay we had! Matilde at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave us a bunch of excellent recommendations (Nata Sweet Nata ????????). The view was incredible. We were very centrally located and the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast that comes with a stay was so good!

Cuando reservamos la habitación nos dijeron que cuando llegara el día nos dirían las indicaciones de como entrar porque entrábamos tarde y acodamos con ellos en que nos recogiera un Taxi. El Taxi no apareció y nos obligaron aun así a pagarlo! Ellos dicen que fueron pero allí ni había nadie con nuestros nombres después de esperar tiempo y finalmente coger un taxi de la calle.
Entramos al hotel llamando a un portero, porque por booking no nos contestaban con las indicaciones de entrar!
No contrates con ellos taxi!!!

Ubicación inmejorable , la mejor zona del casco antiguo , está todo cerca, restaurantes , excursiones y zonas a visitar , vistas muy bonitas desde la habitación., Un poco ruidosa pero genial, mejoraría el desayuno. Visitar el restaurante casario que está en las inmediaciones del hotel 100% recomendable.

Booked a 4 night stay but left after 1 night…Appreciate that it’s a central location so we would expect some street noise. What we didn’t expect was to be kept awake until gone 2am due to a boat party!
Even with earplugs and the windows shut, it felt like the bed was in the middle of a nightclub.
Very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you were incredibly deep sleepers.
Also, be aware there is no elevator so could be difficult to navigate the steep/narrow stairs with luggage if you have mobility issues.

Posición ideal, al lado del río y con multitud de restaurantes y tiendas cerca. La habitación cómoda, limpia y agradable. No le doy el 5 porque nos ha decepcionado que hubiera ruido durante toda la noche e incluso la madrugada... A mejorar sería la insonorización de las habitaciones para poder descansar en condiciones.

Hotel posizionato ottimamente nelle immediate vicinanze del fiume Douro. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La pulizia delle stanze è eccellente. Le pecche da me riscontrate sono le seguenti:
Avevo la stanza al terzo piano e non avendo l'ascensore risultava molto scomodo;
La mia stanza non era lato fiume quindi non godevo di nessuna vista;
Sua la stanza che il bagno sono molto piccole;
I rumori si sentono tutti.

Это лучшее место в Порто)
А то, что пишут про шум, мне этого было совершенно не слышно (номер на верхнем этаже). Тем более, что все музыканты к 8 вечера уже заканчивают на набережной)
Номера в идеальной чистоте!
Я рекомендую!
Тем более выдают карту с основными достопримечательностям (с пометкой о нахождении отеля!). Очень удобно!
Я была зимой (январь) и электрический радиатор вполне справился!!!!! При чем управление по вай фай.
Радиатор имеет и режим сна и на солнце и на холод. Сверху так же есть вентилятор для циркуляции воздуха!
Мне было не холодно (в плюс 7 за бортом, можно спокойно спать в нижнем белье или кто как привык))))! И, думаю, летом бы, с такой техникой, было бы так же не жарко)))
Единственный минус, что в номере нет халата, холодильника в номере (но это и требования к отелям выше), и на кухне нет микроволновой печи (но, возможно, я просто её не нашла).
