Great central location, clean room, friendly helpful staff. The breakfast had a good selection of food.

Clean rooms but the rooms are drafty near the windows. Elevators didn't always work and TV is small not very many channels. The breakfast was decent. The location is the only reason I would choose to stay again. With the location it is very noisy. One night the bars next door were so loud it was terrible.

I have to give the biggest shout out to Weronika ! She was the most amazing staff member helped us rearrange tour and flybus . She went above and beyond to help.
Hotel in prime location , breakfast continental.
Would highly recommend.
Would certainly return.

So I’m a flight attendant & have stayed at many hotels out the country. This hotel was everything I needed and more as a solo traveler. Hotel check in was seamless & fast. The receptionist was so kind & even let me check in early as my flight had arrived in Iceland around 6 AM! My room was the perfect size. I had twin size bed (which I didn’t mind) room was clean. There was a kettle with an electrical outlet attached. They also have an outlet on that same table for people to use to plug in their chargers !! (I’m from the U.S. & all my plugs fit in each outlet for my apple products/samsung products!!) The only con I have is that the bathroom is extremely small! Especially the shower. It was hard for me to move myself around in the shower even though I’m a petite 5 foot 3 girl. Other than that, I think this hotel is perfect for anyone traveling solo! It’s also located in the heart of the city. It’s right next to rainbow street! The closest bus stop to the hotel for tours & airport pick up/drop is bus stop #14!!! There’s also a corner mart like 20 seconds away that you can walk too in case you wanna buy snacks/groceries :) I would def come back here again!! This was kind of a disappointment, I previously did 3 other center hotels which I really liked. This one is right next to some bars and music which is not nice in the evening, definately during the weekend. My room was only 10 meters from the reception which caused a lot of noise at night and in the morning. The beds are bad and short. Bathrooms were oaky and all amenities you can expect were present. The breakfast was very basic an some parts didn't seem to be fresh (some bagels were so hard I felt my cheeks for a couple of hours after the meal)

Nice hotel, get what you pay for. From reviews I was expecting the rooms to be tiny however it was a normal size. Not sure what people mean about the noise, we heard none and slept perfectly! Room cleaned every day however our towels weren’t changed at all over the 4 day period we were there for. Staff really helpful on the desk. Breakfast wasn’t a great choice, we decided to eat else where after the first day despite paying extra for it. We would stay here again however as location is perfect. Would be good if there was parking allocated for the hotel as this was a small issue however there is paid parking around.

Loved staying here. The room was small and economic, perfectly sized for one person. Everything was clean and tidy all over the hotel. What you absolutely cannot beat is the location! It was basically walking distance from everything in the city. I was able to pop back in often to drop things off or just have a quiet minute. The breakfast was included and was always well replenished.

Posizione centralissima con stanze delle giuste dimensioni, pulite. La colazione servita in una saletta molto accogliente, abbondante. Dall'albergo si raggiungono le principali attrazioni. Non dotato di parcheggio ma si trova uno gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze, (chiesa)
