In the heart of Reykjavik, a fully suitable apartment with passcode access to everywhere (no physical key required) - was able to check in 5 hours early at no extra charge because the room was available, spacious and well heated

FANTASTIC! Incredibly easy parking and check-in process. Location is PERFECT - just on the edge of town, so an easy walk into businesses and culture, but just away enough to be quiet and secure. Great service all around - we stayed 3 nights and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable studio apartment. Had everything you needed and very close to the town for shops, restaurants etc.

Nice apartment on a perfect location! The self check-in was easy and with an instruction video, the place was easy to find. The apartment was really clean and has everything you need. We could park the car directly near the front door, using the private parking.
There is no elevator and the building consists of multiple layers. We were on the first floor, so it wasn't really an issue for us.

Very clean apartment which is nicely decorated and has all of the facilities you need. The location is perfect for visiting the city center.

Wir hatten das Appartement 302 eigentlich mit Spülmaschine ausgewiesen aber keine vorhanden...

Fenster sind nicht optimal isoliert ( viel strassen Geräusche) Parkplatz war nen Glücksspiel ????

Aber top Lage, sehr sauber , ansonsten gibts keine Beanstandungen.

Wir würden wieder kommen wenn wir in Reykjavik sind

We stayed in 201 for 3 nights.

Amazing location, less than 5 minute walk to rainbow street but no noise from town when in the apartment. It was lovely and clean and has everything you will need.

Unlike the hotels and apartments our friends stayed in throughout reykjavik, the hot water had no smell.

이틀 묵었고 매우 만족한 숙소입니다.
물론 그만한 지불을 해야 하지만..
숙소가 넓고 주차가 되며 시내 가까이 있습니다. 주방 도구류가 모두 갖춰져 있으며 개인적으로 청결에 대해서도 험잡을 것이 없었습니다.
다만 엘레베이터가 없다는 점은 알고 예약하셔야 합니다.
저는 넓고 깔끔한 느낌 때문에 엘레베이터는 큰 단점으로 생각되지 않았습니다.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Appartement. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Für die Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden und ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Preise für Island üblich. Das Appartement (301) war nicht sehr sauber (das Backblech im Herd verklebt). Die Dusche ist nicht ganz dicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Besteck ist etwas mager. Im Eingangsbereich fehlt eine kleine Bank. Im Sommer wäre ein Stuhl und ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon schön. In der Zimmerordnung wird auf eine Spülmaschine hingewiesen, die aber nicht vorhanden ist.Ansonsten war das Appartement für 3 Personen für 9 Nächte okay

Fotos und Beschreibung versprechen eine hübsche und zentral gelegene Unterkunft, daher hatten wir für 3 Nächte gebucht. Kommunikation vor Anreise lief professionell. Leider wurde unser Flug ersatzlos gestrichen und wir konnten nicht anreisen. Da die kostenfreie Stornierungsfrist bereits abgelaufen war, stellten sich die Vermieter stur und wir mussten den VOLLEN Betrag für die Wohnung zahlen. Kein Entgegenkommen, obwohl sie keine Aufwendungen durch uns hatten (keine Reinigung, kein Verbrauch von Wasser und Strom usw.). Auch mehrmaliges Nachfragen nach einer Kompensation brachte nichts. Die Begründung der Vermieter war, dass man Geld verliert, wenn man uns etwas zurückzahlt. Kundenorientierung ist etwas anderes. Für uns leider insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung mit diesem Gastgeber.

Modern eingerichtete Appartements in der Nähe von City und Fußgängerzone. Gut ausgestattet, viel Platz. Isländische Preise, in dieser Relation gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nicht barrierefrei. Online Check in und Checkout.

The staff responded quickly to emails. It was adequate and in a good location, but there were some drawbacks. There's no parking nearby. The room with two twin beds is very small and there is not enough room to walk between the beds; you have to crawl in from the foot of the bed.. There's also no room for a bedside table, so there are no bedside lamps and no convenient place to charge your phone, especially if you're using it as an alarm. There is a gap of about 10" between the shower door and the rest of the shower enclosure, which means that water sprays out and soaks the bathroom floor. Our group ranged in age from 65-81, so this was a major fall risk. When I asked for a shower curtain, I was told that "we don't have one in stock". Any problems I reported were met with "we'll pass that on to our management"; no attempt was made to correct the problems during our stay.
