Ich weiß nicht wer diesem Hotel 4 Sterne gegeben hat. Und dieses Hotel ist nicht in der Lage die All-Punkte gutzuschreiben. Mir fehlen immer noch Übernachtungen, die nicht gutgeschrieben wurden.

I had a speech so I was visiting the hotel, I had a good experience with the people working there. I needed urgent access to some services and a quite place for my online meeting after the speech, thanks to Monica, the deposit manager, the requirements were provided. Overall the services and personnel are great.

we are familie of 8 people'. when we come for breakfast at 09.00 there almost nothing left.we ask for reffile but surprisingly the employee so rude.unbelievable. I think because we are asian. shame on you.

Located not far from Venice main parking Tronchetto 15 minutes. Clean, breakfast regular, staff friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights and having perfect experience, we suggest our relatives to stay in the same hotel during their visit of Venice.

Absolutely horrible, first room we had didn’t have a flushing toilet and the second didn’t have a properly draining sink, food was horrible too expensive, a 330ml can of coke cost €4.00 and water cost €3.50, the Wi-Fi was horrible and at times couldn’t even load google. The only thing good about this place was the staff. Not worth the price.

Albergo bello, camere con qualche pecca, sarebbero un po da modernizzare. Ragazzi alla reception molto cortesi e preparati sulle informazioni da dare. Colazione veramente ottima con tanta varietà di cibo.

Hotel di Buon livello con personale molto disponibile e capace. Camere pulite non molto grandi ma dotate di ogni confort. buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotel meraviglioso, camere superconfortevoli, in bagno c'era shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma, fono e poi hanno fatto trovare kit accappatoi e ciabattine.La colazione ottima sia dolce che salato.Personale ultra gentile disponibilissimo. Hotel veramente completo.complimenti!!!

На первый взгляд отель хорош, приветливые сотрудники отеля, чисто, хорошо пахнет, хорошее расположение. Но, есть и минусы на мой взгляд как для 4х звездочного отеля и это:
1) паркинг предоставляемый для гостей платный!
2) при входе возле ресепшен стоит футбол настольный и он тоже платный!
3) чтобы попасть на завтрак нужно выстоять огромную очередь! Тоже самое и касается лифта - огромные очереди на каждом этаже - лифтов явно не хватает!

У меня вопрос- для чего делать завтрак Включен, если ваш ресторан не рассчитан принять такое количество гостей. Настроение унылое после этого отеля! Кажется что тебя все время хотят нажучить.
